Wow!!! Had my wedding band re sized here and the diamond from my engagement ring made into an updated white gold engagement ring to match my band… I couldn’t be happier.. Paul made the ring exactly as I described within less than a week. They also polished my wedding band so it looks brand new too! Well done and thank you 😀

Incredible service. We brought in some old rings from both our parents and my partners grandad to make into our wedding rings and they did a fantastic job. Right down to the wood bark texture and plating. We checked out a few places around the area and stuck with our first visit and gut instinct! Haven't been to A & A for several years but went in recently and was treated as if I had only been in the week before! I took an item that I no longer wore and with the scrap value Adrian made me a beautiful pendant and earrings with the brief just being "make me something I would wear" and he has I will get lots of wear out of them

We were turned away from multiple jewellers due to the work being too complex to undertake, but this wasn't a problem here. Very grateful for the work undertaken and the price was also excellent. I couldn't be more grateful for the efficiency, service & quality of product I have received from this jewellers! After being messed around and given attitude by a well known 'high street' jewellers, I had just 4 weeks until my wedding day with no wedding ring! I found a ring I loved on A&A website, placed my order and explained my situation. I had a call the next day to say the ring was ready to collect and they would rather me come in to try it on to ensure it is right for my wedding day. I have been to collect it today and it is just perfect. Whilst there, I asked about costing of resizing my engagement ring and they said it could be done within the next half an hour. They had cleaned my ring too and it looks brand new again. Thank you so much, we will be back in the future for jewellery as your customer service and clear love for what you do is outstanding ❤

Trying to park is hell, well more like making sure you don't get a tickert, machine don't work , so it's downloading the app, because you can't phone. What a nightmare. Love jewellery Quarter, but this is just hell. I saw several people looking bemused and confused so I know it was not just me

Wow, these guys are fab, great customer service! They were recommended to us by another repair jewellers in the area. They charged us less than a quarter of what Andreeas Design shop quoted us and were much, much more pleasant to deal with!

I have used this shop for my jewellery needs for a few years now. Adrian made to my design an Infinity Knot with Heart pendant in 9 carat gold for my golden wedding anniversary He alternated a diamond with a turquoise stone at my request and the workmanship was perfect The pendant is not small measuring approximately 42mm long x 21mm high and me and my husband are delighted with it

Replated a white gold ring, and replaced a missing diamond in another ring. The work was done to a great standard, and was (in my view) very reasonably priced. Very happy with the work, so much so that I'm sending some more work their way.

come on here to give a good review as I hadnt seen the website before.We were at the jewellery quarter to have an old ring repaired and a ruby changed for an emerald in a ring.Seeing all the excellent reviews I can only agree with them all. Adrian was so helpful and a true gentleman made a beautiful job of both rings and the results were outstanding.Its our second visit in a couple years and we would not go anyhere else now.

Have been here a number of times to sell old jewellery or to have something remodelled. Adrian is really knowledgeable and will always give the honest response with regards to valuing any jewellery. I had a necklace remodelled with diamonds taken from another ring to create a new bespoke diamond necklace - I love it!
