Friendly, down to earth and not at all ‘pushy’ as I have found some others to be. Lynn was such a lovely lady who offered excellent advice. 10/10 experience, the ladies are super helpful and really accommodating. From originally going in, and ordering our final wedding rings in the correct sizes, to collection was around 4 months as we wanted to wait a bit. Not once did we feel rushed or pressured. They even threw in a free cleaning of the engagement ring we had before. Too service, some of the most friendly people in the entire Jewellery Quarter.

Returned after having our wedding bands 10 years ago, to purchase an eternity ring. Great to see the same fantastic service and quality at Warstone Jewellers. Got the perfect ring plus my other rings cleaned and a small repair - all sorted in a couple of hours. Highly recommend and will be back.

We were dreading wedding ring shopping. Angela was just amazing, she was so kind and patient with us, knew exactly what we wanted and was just the loveliest lady. We are over the moon with the bands we have arranged, they do engraving and she is going to polish my engagement ring also. They were priced under what we expected to pay. I cannot recommend Warstone Jewellers enough. The team was fantastic from start to finish - from advising my partner as he built the perfect ring; to being incredibly speedy with any alterations we’ve had since. We’ve now used them multiple times, including buying wedding bands, engraving services, and resizing, and they’ve always been so friendly, as well as professional. After a very overwhelming and at times, disappointing search for wedding rings today, we ventured into Warstone Jewellers and immediately felt comfortable. Smaller than others in the area, this jewellers manage to have a wide selection on offer but also feel like a small run business. What wonderful customer service we experienced yesterday when shopping for my eternity ring. Kelly couldn't have been more helpful & made absolutely certain that I was happy with my choice. My ring was resized & my wedding & engagement rings made to look like new on the same day. We went for a drink & within an hour or so, everything was ready! No hard sell, (often seen in the Jewellery Quarter & something which makes me uncomfortable) more reasonably priced than similar rings we'd seen. Exceptionally clear & sparkly diamonds & a perfect fit for my very small finger (I usually struggle). We can't recommend Warstone Jewellers highly enough. Thank you! Spent a few hours today looking for an engagement ring in other shops but couldn’t find the right one and didn’t feel very welcome in some shops. However Warstone was great! Greeted with a smile by Kelly who then went on to really help us decide. Explained a few things to us about diamonds. Got everything re-sized on the day and made the whole experience nice and easy. Had a perfect ring shopping experience with Kelly, who was absolutely amazing and helpful. My husband and I customized our wedding bands at Warstone a few months ago. Since he accidentally lost his ring two weeks ago , we had to go back to get him a replacement. Kelly was still very helpful and tried her best to make sure we could get it before our trip abroad the country next month. We were worried that we could not get it on time but Kelly called and brought great news this morning. We are very excited and grateful right now, will always recommend Warstone and Kelly and the whole team.

I came in yesterday and was served by Kelly. I was shopping for a ring for my 50th birthday and was a bit overwhelmed as to what I wanted. Kelly was so helpful and produced this one ring which I instantly loved. She was so helpful and knowledgable and was really friendly and warm. I realised this was the second time I'd shopped in Warstones and wouldn't hesitate to go there again - highly recommend this jewellers.

What a gorgeous little shop with such lovely staff. There is a massive selection of beautiful jewellery and definitely something for everyone. Kelly who served us was so knowledgeable, gave her honest opinions, pointed out things that I had not thought of or noticed and really understood what I was looking for even if I did not. She was not pushy at all and was really patient with me. We went into this shop first and walked around a few others and none compared at all to the service we received here.

A very easy 5 stars! Having bought my wedding ring from here 4 years ago it was a no brainer to start there while looking for a replacement engagement ring! We didn’t need to go anywhere else. Angela looked after us and was so helpful and informative it didn’t take long to find ‘the one’ I chose the setting and diamond separately and could have collected a few hours later but chose to collect today! I am overwhelmed at how beautiful it is. Seriously love it! As an added bonus I had my wedding ring re rhodium plated so it looks as if I have 2 new rings! Fantastic place. We had to visit a number of times during the process of getting our wedding rings and every time the ladies in the store were helpful, friendly and informative. I can’t rate these highly enough. I went in to get my bracelet repaired and they were fantastic. They got it sorted very quickly and I also purchased a necklace whilst there and they upgraded a few bits on that. The customer service was amazing. Would highly recommend going here for both repairs and all jewellery needs. Nothing is too much for them. Thank you for the fantastic service today.
