I booked the venue for my sisters graduation. I couldn't fault the venue or the service I received. From the 1st initial enquiry to the end of the party, I was imoressed with how calm and collected the brother was, giving a gentle reminder of the rules for booking and what time I needed to leave for the next event to be set up. I was given plenty of time to come in and have everyone set up their displays without any interuptions, tables and chairs were already set out which helped a million and the sou d system was left ready for me to use. The venue was clean and clear, i also loved the fact that i had access to the kitchen. Thankyou very much and there is no doubt i would be back with my next event in sha allah

I had my daughter's first birthday party at Pickwick hall, and it couldn't have been any better. The venue was amazing, the team were very friendly professional and accomodating, especially with allowing us to add our own personalised touches to the space. A big thank you to the team Shakil Raees Kasim and Tahir, couldn't have made my daughter's party special without them. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Booking was very easy. I came to view the venue and Shakil showed me around and I had shown him the theme of the party and how we wanted everything setup. He gave us plenty of time to set up on the day before guest arrivals. He even helped us with his own contacts to arrange for entertainment for the children. As we weren't sure who to book. He looked after us very well, the prices we were quoted were very competitive. We were given seriously good value for money compared to other venues. This venue is perfect for family functions like parties, engagements, nikkahs etc. They do have an outdoor marquee to cater for the larger functions/weddings. However we only had around 70 guests. The venue has everything you'll need for your events, dedicated kitchen space for catering, round tables and chairs, space for a centered stage, decoration and lighting, dessert table area, dedicated prayer space, outdoor seating, men's and women's toilets. As well as a scenic background of the cricket pitch, outdoor lighting and much more. Theres always someone on hand to help with whatever you need. They were very prompt with all my queries. And everything ran smoothly. The party was a success and I will definitely book Pickwick hall again for any future functions.

We held a small Nikkah at this venue and had such a smooth service from the first enquiry to the event itself. The function hall was the perfect size for around 40-50 people and we were allowed to use the outdoor space also. Shakil was very professional, approachable and helpful with the planning and organising of the event. The stage was beautifully set up as requested, along with the tables and chairs. All our guests were very impressed. Thank you to the Pickwick Hall team for helping to make our day special. Can't recommend this venue highly enough.

Great service, very friendly and helpful. Staff really professional, providing excellent customer service. Tent was put up promptly without any hassle. Tent quality excellent, even under bad weather. Looked very nice too. Everything was done on time without any chasing up. We have used this company on previous occasion and they have never failed to deliver. Highly recommend.

The new proprietor has done an awesome job. Really working for the community by providing this kind of facility for youngsters. My first club in 1982 has since seen it go down and down, until now! Hopefully, it can reach its former glory.

Used this venue for a wedding in the Marquee. The management team and on-site staff were so helpful and informative. The staff in particular were always willing to go above and beyond to ensure the event was a success. Often being proactive to offer assistance whenever they could. Good amount of parking and the kitchen facilities were clean. My only gripe was that the front section of the Marquee does get very hot on a summer's day, which can be uncomfortable for guests. The rest of the marquee was fine. We had a great day.

Had a small graduation party here, it was affordable, had good lighting and a good amount of space for my 40 guests. Good communication with main organiser of hall, answered all questions. We were allowed earlier to prep which was great as a lot of things needed to be moved. And the guy there helped us with setting up which was very nice of him. 100% will be booking again in the future.

Had my daughter's Nikkah here on 4th August 2023. Fantastic venue and service provided by Shakeel and his team. We felt it was a great location with the green backdrop of the cricket pitch and pleasant surroundings. There was ample room for well over 150 guests, with excellent parking facilities. The stage had been beautifully prepared and all the tables really nicely laid out with crockery as promised. It was also really good value with a reasonable price.

Top place, booked twice and honestly can't fault the team. We paid, had to change dates and they worked with us well and accommodated our needs. Strict with timings, as expected, but helped us out and made sure we were happy always. Always quick with responses, polite, and ensured all equipment we booked worked before leaving us to our ladies night. Not many places like this one, I'd defo book again when I need it!

Amazing venue, with great hospitality. Been here many times to provide different services and have also booked for many family events. Always my number 1 recommendation for any family orientated event. Clean & tidy with a car park facilitating Upto 50 vehicles!

We used the venue to host our Year 13 prom and it was perfect. The team were very friendly and helpful, easy to contact through all the planning and they helped to make sure the day ran as smooth as possible. Definitely would recommend for all events , there is plenty of space and facilities also which is great. Overall 10/10 no complaints 👍😁

Used the marquee hire with tables and chairs Best quote we had, knowledgeable and helpful on numbers and configuration options. We had a lot of complements from guests about the set up. The service was reliable and efficient to put up and remove. Not normally a reviewer but they deserve the 5 stars

Hired a tent from Shakeel for a couple of weeks for my daughters wedding. The team were friendly and quick during installation and dismantling. The tent was clean nicely lined with drapes on the ceiling and covering the metal poles. A nice chandelier provided enough light during the dark hours. We had led lighting at the front of the house which looked amazing and was working faultlessly throughout. The prices are the most competitive around and i would definitely use them again. Thanks.
