Bought my engagement ring here today yaaaayy. The lady who served me, I didn't get her name but she was thorough enough to check the ring size I thought I was and had the foresight to check my current ring to see the size. She checked the availability and it wasn't in stock then and there which was unfortunate but she's got it delivered to my local store and we also took our insurance and I cannot wait to have the phonecall to go and pick it up 😁😁😁 I'm so excited

Bought a great watch about a week ago, lovely man called Joe helped with any questions I asked and the rest of the team were polite and helpful too!

The staff was friendly and helpful. And welcoming. All questions ask was answered to the best of their ability which was right on the money. The ear piercing was al clean and sterile which was shown to you before opening so you could see it first. Overall very happy with the service and staff.

I reserved on line and quite quickly I received a phone call to tell it was available for collection. This would have been good if my wife hadn't been sitting right by me. I hope the surprise isn't ruined. In the shop I was served by a young man who was very pleasant but was rather unsure of himself. I'm sure he will improve. The watch looks great.

I chose this jewellery shop yesterday, as I have always received excellent service many times before. After explaining what I needed, the young ladies pulled out all the stops, they were so helpful - I am really pleased with my purchase - I would not hesitate to visit them again. ( it was a very warm day, they even found some tissues, fir me to wipe my eyes - thank you).

We wanted to buy 2 replacement Wedding rings matching each other the Assistance we got was First Class, The lady helped us to choose 2 beautiful Wedding Bands and informed us that they would have to Order them for us in our size's and that they would be available for us in a week to 10 Days. After just 4 days we got a phone call informing us that the rings were ready for us and so could pick them up. The staff was brilliance and so Helpful. A first class service .

I was served by someone called Louise (got name off receipt) , she was very unhelpful and made me feel as though I was a child, i don't appreciate people talking down to me especially if I am asking simple questions about the necklace I would like. I only went through with buying the necklace due to needing it for Christmas or I would have just walked away.

Wanted to purchase an item I had seen at a F Hinds store yesterday. Called the Telford store (as they are my most local store) and after three times of trying to get anyone to answer the phone someone finally did. I explained I wanted to purchase an item of jewellery and had the relevant code. The person I spoke to was terse and off-hand and said I had to go into the store to order as they needed payment before ordering. Fair enough, I asked if I could give them my card details over the phone and pay that way? I was told no, you can only order by going into the Telford store. Very strange given when I called the Stafford store they were able to take part payment over the phone and the rest when I went to collect the item in person. £350 to F Hinds Stafford, £0 to Telford. Will use the Stafford store in future, better service and their staff don't have an attitude problem, unlike the Telford branch.

Went looking for a ring that was advertised online. Young lad who served us was excellent. But he needed to seek advice from the manager. That's where the problem started! I've never encountered someone in a management position who was as rude and uncooperative. It really did seem that she did not want to be there. Snapping at both the young lad and us. Truly embarrassing service and the manager should be thoroughly ashamed of herself.
