The wait was over 1 hour for drive thru. I didn't have a choice because i had paid thru the app. When i got the window, i asked if it was fresh since i ĥad waited so long. The woman said yes. However, when i parked to check, everything was cold.

I've had never seen more friendly mcdonald’s employees anywhere else. They always greet you with a smile, are kind, and wish you a nice day. The line can be a bit long at busy times, but the staff always gets you through as quickly as possible. While the quality of some of their other food does vary, the fries at this location are always delicious. I sometimes go here just for the fries, they're that good. This is an excellent location.

These one is by far the worst McDonald’s I had ever stop by . Drive thru was pack so I went inside . They had these Cashier who was paying no attention to customer, she was more interested in talking to who I think was her boyfriend. Either way I took my own order in the kiosk . I waited 35 min to get my food and they make my quarter pounder wrong . I was waiting in front for her to ask me . She clearly saw me with the sandwich in my hand but she didn’t care . I waited 10 more min before I told her my sandwich was wrong . She acted like she didn’t understand what I was saying so I scream my order to the person making the burgers . He made it right for me . I know there is luck of employee right now everywhere but it’s better to have no one than to have someone so disrespectful like these young girl . I didn’t speak to the manager . She was too busy taking orders and running for drive thru

Waited for a good 15min for my food, seemed like they forgot about my order cause I had to go back around. Eventually got my "order", I wouldn't care too much but I paid $11 for a burger (no onions or pickles) and fries, ended up just getting the burger with onions and pickles, and no fries. Night services needs to set up the game

Ordered 3 bacon ranch crispy chicken sandwiches and they gave me regular crispy chicken sandwichs, ordered a double cheeseburger-didnt get it, nor the honey mustard. $40. This McDonald’s will scam the hell out of you, they didn’t even give me a receipt.

I often stop here for a break and a coffee and snack on my way to Atlanta. I have always had good experiences. The food and drink are tasty. Service is usually good as well.

Had to repeat my "No Bun double quarter deluxe 8 times at the sign and they still got it wrong. Repeated 6 more times to various different employees at window 3 and couldn't get any response. Went inside after waiting in line for 30 minutes for the employees cursing each other over it and the Manager acting like it was my fault they couldn't get it right. With no less than 15 employees in there, looks like it could have been more professional.

If you like coffee they have really good iced coffee for pretty cheap. The food isn't just thrown together like some McDonald's I've been to. And everyone is super kind and sweet as all hell. 8/10 good place to eat in too. Usually very clean unless veryyy busy

I haven't eaten at McDonald's for a while cause I can almost literally feel myself dying little by little with every bite lmao but for it being McDonald's, 5/5. Sweet employees, fast in and out, and the food was actually good. For the first time in a long time, I enjoyed a McDonald's meal.

I was a customer yesterday. I was sweating while waiting for my food. I actually ended up not eating it. I can not eat while hot! The poor workers apologized tremendously. He'll I felt bad for them. They said the ac doesn't work!!!!! What the he'll McDonald's. Whoever the owner is Maybe we need to call dol. First it's un sanitary working conditions. Second you pay these people minimum wage and expect superheros. Quite frankly If it was my job and no air I'd quit. So I'm hoping the next time I go in there the air is fixed. If not I'll call the health department myself!!!! Message to the owner!!!!!!!!!

Service is always very slow and order is always wrong. The people who work there are uneducated, not properly trained and act like serving you is the last thing on earth they want to do.

I don't get mcdonalds often and I only come to this on because it's right by the house but every single time I come to this one, they always forget something. Always. I started making sure I check my bag before I pull off but I shouldnt have to do that.

Today was the franchise National Fry day. Waited in line for about 10 min to be told their "code system" with the reward points is "down" (like the ice cream machine excuse) during this promotion to avoid honoring it and giving free fries. Cheap service to reject me showing the offer and everything and said I couldn't get it regardless. Very stingy of a restaurant to trip out over a free fries promo they are running. Waste of time.

Went there tonight. The lady in the drive thru taking orders has ZERO customer service skills. She didn't greet and when I asked for sweet and sour sauce, she gave me one. After I had asked twice. She didn't acknowledge me at all. I ordered a meal LARGE, she gave me a LG fry and med drink. When my food was finally ready, she just handed me the bag. I will never return to this location. It's always bad service.

Food was typical for McDonald's, hot and served quickly. I settled in to the cleanest dirty table wishing that they have given me something besides the three napkins in the bag with my food to clean the table top. Everyone working in the back was focused on the drive through and counter service with no attention at all to the dining area.

The plus size women working front counter was rude. I got some tea that tasted bad and wanted to exchange it for a Dr pepper and she wanted to charge me a separate order for the the exchange 4-23-23

Fast friendly service. Only gave 4 cause my fries were not hot. But my sandwich was awesome.

I get it... it's cheap food. And it's good. But you had one job with the cheese.

I ask for no onions due to an allergy and they are swimming in them! My daughter is trying to eat it anyway but it’s complete garbage

So when you have a need to the most simple of "food" you go to McDonald's right? But when it's a virtual impossibly to even get the most basic of service from a location, why even bother. How many times do does the consumer have to be fooled before they don't go back. Just look at this place. It's a literal disaster.

Very nice breakfast. Friendly staff. I was able to hang out and get a couple hours of work done with their free wifi.

I don't know why I keep getting asked to review this McDonald's. It is the absolute worst McDonald's I have ever been in in my 59 years of life. I never pull away from there with the order that I submitted in the drive-thru. I have to stop at the window and check it every single time and believe it or not it's never right. We came home one time with a quarter pounder with cheese deluxe and it had no meat on the burger. Wth? Every time we order a six piece chicken nugget kids meal my granddaughter gets a four piece. When she orders extra fries she never gets them. She always gets the apple slices instead. I just can't begin to tell you how bad this McDonald's is. I really wish they would close down.

Get a craving for filet of fish and large Coke. The filet has been ok but I sure love a a really hot one. They are sooooo good

I hit up the drive thru. Food was hot and decent for McDonald's. Nothing spectacular but filled the need in a rush.

I came thru the drive thru pretty late. It was running very very slow. Once we paid there was a very angry loud woman two windows down screaming got me to pull down to her. She shot us dirty looks and said things under her breath. Not likely to return do late. The service was awful. The food was only a little better than the service

Awful customer service, some of the worst I've seen. We get there to order lunch at around 10:55 or so, and they say it's not lunch time yet. That's fair, it is before 11, so we order breakfast. They get the quantity we order wrong, so we ask why they left some things off the order. They say it's because they ran out of those items. Then tell us that before ringing us up! So we ask if we can get those items they left out, they say they don't have any left. So we ask to get lunch because at this point it's around 11:02 or something. They say they're not ready for lunch yet. Then how are you open? You're out of breakfast but not ready to do lunch? How the heck are you still open?
