After my local coffee shop closed I needed a new source of local roast beans and stumbled on Night Sky Roasters. I initially ordered their sampler and picked three different coffees (I like medium roasts). They didn't have one and I was notified quickly and picked a replacement, the beans shipped quickly as I live south of Atlanta, so not that far. I have since ordered a second sample set of 3 and a larger bag of one I particularly liked. All the coffees have been great! Many of the flavor/notes open up more once the coffee is cooled so I prefer cold brews however, hot brews are still smooth and delicious. Night Sky Roasters are great folks making great roasts. I have already decided to be a regular customer and love supporting a local business that cares.

This was my first order with Night Sky Coffee Roasters. The experience was excellent with timely and responsive follow ups. I ordered the Baratza Encore coffer grinder to replace my 16-yr old Baratza Solis Maestro (I still miss my retired Solis Maestro)As soon as I found out Night Sky is a local authorized dealer of Baratza, I immediately jumped on the privilege of ordering from a local small business. The experience has met my expectations. I will order from Night Sky again.
