From the time I arrived, to register, to pre-op, to surgery, to recovery, to my room…hands down the best experience. I was quite nervous but the staff (shout out to Sadie in pre-op) who kept me calm. The staff on my floor following surgery was amazing (shout out to nurse Destiny who answered all my questions following surgery). All in all a wonderful experience. Thanks to everyone involved in my care from beginning to end.

Dr. Goyal very unprofessional my girlfriend has had him multiple times and every time he blames her issues on one thing when literally every other doctor, nurse and emt says that he’s wrong including my primary and GI specialist. he lets his personal beliefs get in the way for helping sick patients and when talking about anything to him he becomes very rude with a bad tone. Definitely feel hopeless when we see him walk around the corner because he will tell you your fine while your throwing up in terrible stomach pain and then send you home saying “since your fine nothing I can do go home now” those were the last words he said to us and I made a complaint to the nurses but everyday people need to know to please stay away from him he’s unprofessional and unsafe (side note nurses are nice and for the most part respectful just the doctors that are the issue)

The care I received was incredible. The nurses and the patient care workers were excellent. The nurses were a great resource for me. The doctors were caring and took the time to make sure I understood what was going to happen to me. I do have to say that the emergency room doctor was very cold and seemed very uncaring, he never introduced himself and I had to ask him if he was my doctor. Then several hours later the nurse came in and told me that I was being admitted. My husband and I asked why. The doctor never returned to explain the results of any of the tests that were done and when the nurse stepped out to call the doctor. We were told by the nurse that the doctor who was on call would explain everything to me in the morning. Thankfully the doctor that saw me the next day was very knowledgeable and helpful. The rest of my stay upstairs on the third floor was fantastic. I really like Advent Health but not your emergency room.

My mom came to the ER yesterday. She told me it was a great experience. She felt cared for, safe and really had a great nurse Peggy. (Big thanks from me Peggy). I arrived this morning during shift change. I work in health care and was so impressed by the very thorough exchange of information. They included my mom and did not just speak over and around her. They were really friendly and kind to her. Her caregiver came shortly after and was delightful and really made both of us feel like we could ask her for anything. My mom needed to go to the bathroom and her bed alarm sounded and in less than 30 seconds her caregiver was there and was so kind and took her time with her, she did not make her feel rushed. I am so impressed with this little hospital. Thank you Bruny, Nadia, Brianna, Tina, Bethany and I am sure so many more. Dr. Banoub is one of the best doctors I have ever met. I am so impressed.

As much as I don’t like visiting hospitals I equally don’t like overnights. The staff was very pleasant and really attentive to my needs and concerns. Dr Soto was thorough and honest in her response to any questions that I had. I believe she went the extra mile in my overall care. The telaneuro doctor, nurses, food service, imaging services, lab services, therapy everyone I came in contact with made my stay as comfortable and stress free as possible. My family and I greatly appreciate it. Thank you and God blessings to you all

I have to say from emergency room experience to hospital stay was a pleasant, comfortable, and caring situation. From the nurses to other hospital employees it was very professional, but yet personable. I wish I could name them all, but the list is too long. There was this one nurse that was phenomenal. Most doctors were very attentive and took time to answer questions. Of course there were a couple that were not attentive. Never stayed in the room long enough to ask questions. There was a problem on my discharge as I was going to a rehab. But I do have to say the people at Advent are working very hard to right the wrong. I appreciate very much what they are trying to do to help my situation and make it good for me, not them. Overall it was very good.

Currently still here after being transferred from 3 days in the ICU. Ive been through here with my wife multiple times since moving to Lake Wales. From Philadelphia to West Palm Beach this is by far the best medical facility I've been to; from being seen quickly in the ER to thorough and courteous care, Advent Health should be proud of this faith led place of care! Special shout out to Dr. Ausi, and nurses Nikki, Marco, Shannon and Mikey!! Thank you all for your dedication to your patients.

I had amazing experience. I had my gallbladder surgery at this AdventHealth Hospital. That I haven't visited before. The Doctors and Nurses all worked together to give me the best care that I needed. And for that I am very thankful. Betty M. Davis

Great nurses. Great staff! Sucked with how much they needed to draw my blood and how hard it was and how hard it was to get an IV in me and have it not blow my vein out, but despite that small ordeal, the food was good, nurses were really nice, the doctor was a bit scary at first but you could tell that he was stern because he cared.... other than that my room ended up haunted which was kinda freaky... the nurse saw what I saw and helped me to switch rooms which was very helpful and slightly more comforting.... Other than that, id highly recommend this hospital. They took good care of me and treated me very well

My husband has had multiple experiences with The Wound Healing Center. Each has been wonderful. The entire team is caring and creative. Dr. Howard developed a very professional and caring relationship with him and engaged him in his care. We are grateful for this team.

As a Retired RN myself I KNOW how it should be done. My initial thought was unimpressed . I was taken back to gurney by wheel chair very weak and sick, the transporter said "jump up here" didn't really offer assist and did not put up either siderail . I was a bit uncomfortable and felt unsafe. But then just a few minutes the nurse came in and started iv drew blood , explained everything she was doing. MD ordered CT scan along with the CXR and labs. When he came in he had ALlL the test results and had his plan suggested admission for IV antibiotics. Not a very long wait before I was taken to room on 3rd floor , Annie was my admitting nurse on night shift and each night I was in. The care was excellent, everything was explained, told me every medication and why. Made sure I was kept comfortable, offered me something to eat , limited by my full liquid diet. I am sorry I didn't remember every ones name but every staff member from nursing, respiratory and housekeeping were friendly and professional. I was quite impressed. When MD came in to discharge me he advised called in ABT to Walmart but Walmart had already texted me that my script was ready and the cost. My whole experience was pretty good. At 65 yrs old this was my first in patient experience beside having my children. Thank you all very much. Dianna

Receptionist was too busy working on her computer to register me for my appointment for 10 minutes even though I received reminders to be on time for three weeks and asking for my $150 copay. I even had to ask to make the copay! I had to lay on a gurney for 20 minutes in the procedure room while 6 different staff moved in and out of the room through 3 different doors. Three staff seemed to be having problems with a computer behind me. No one seemed to even recognize my presence or tell me why the delay. After I loudly asked what was going on two assistants tried to calm me down, but still no explanation or apology.

Dr. Howard is an outstanding doctor. He gets five stars. Many doctors are excellent in diagnosis and some are five stars in bedside manner but Dr. Howard gets five stars in all aspects. That is a rare quality. He really cares about his patients.

Need your doctor's, to revisit HIPAA. Your older nurses, need to relax a bit and realize where their for a reason. Don't discharge someone till you no your ride is on their way. Everyone needs to look at name bracelets on arm. Just just walk into a room and ask if I'm this person and I'm not. Them come back and say I need to see you now. Come on really. Everyone needs to chill out and not be book smart and talk it. Come down off your high degree and be on our level. It will help us feel better. Try and bring a little happiness and understanding. We are all human beings. I like to joke, but some just couldn't be bothered. Humor us. We don't want to be their, but we need people to understand us. Go with the flow. I really have no complaints. Just some touch of here and they're. Love most of all the staff. One or 2, not so much.
