    My cousin is a patient here and her condition is causing her involuntary movements and stiffness. Last week, her doctor told her that she would need an EEG machine to monitor those movements to see if they could find the cause. She was NEVER told that she needed to research (ON HER OWN WITHOUT ANY KIND OF REFERRAL) where she can get one set up. She has been calling this office to see when the doctor wanted her to come pick up the EEG machine and instead of telling her she needs to research on her own, they have been giving her the run around and saying the doctor is not available and that they would call her back which they NEVER did. It wasn’t until she popped in the office with my aunt that they told her that vital piece of information without any kind of resources, just that she’s on her own. Not to mention that the office manager violated HIPPA by disclosing her medical information by yelling it across the halls of the office. The office manager was right next to the front desk during this situation and didn’t even acknowledge the fact one of their patients was not having a pleasant experience WHILE STILL HAVING INVOLUNTARY MOVEMENTS. So she sees she’s not feeling well/ that her condition is active but doesn’t even step in???? Terrible customer service and that office manager needs to be demoted or fired because that should of been handled on the spot and apologized for at least. Apologies and sympathy go a long way. My cousin is too nice to write this review but I’m not. BBB will here from us soon and so will the owner of this clinic.

    My son has been going for 5plus years. horrible, unorganized and rudest office staff and practice!! MANY times we have showed up for a particular appointment only to find out the doctor was never given the MRI or EEG results to read. Had to reschedule. This latest issue took the cake: March 15, My son had bloodwork a week before going to appt. (Mind you they called to remind of the appt to discuss bloodwork). When we arrived, I asked before I even sat down if the lab results were in. They werent. I said, "You knew we were coming!" Receptioist was rude, and said, Just sit down, I'll get them. As she was talking to Quest's automated system, I overheard her giving dates, names etc that were not my son's. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and figured she was getting more than one patient's results. 20 minutes later we sit and wait for Dr Sam o come in with the results. He comes in, says hello etc, says all the labs look good, except sodium was not there. It was on the requisition. He asked someone to call and get the other half of labs. After 20 minutes again, they tell me its taking too long and that once they come in he will call me. As we were leaving to checkout, I ask for a copy of lab results to take home. When I look at them, THEY WERE SOMEBODY ELSES LABS!!! MAJOR HIPPA BREACH!! I said, Where are my son's labs??? The office just had the deer in the headlights look. The receptionist asked for the wrong labs, and just acted like nothing happened. And the Dr missed that too.. I insisted on talking to Dr Sam but "he was busy". Later in day I spoke to office manager and said I did not want this to be charged to his insurance as it was NOT an office visit and it was a major HIPPA violation. She told me it most certainly was a visit as i spoke with doctor and received my results over phone after we left. She tried to blame Quest. She said, "I will discuss your accusations with Dr, and call you back" Never received a call. Never do they call back, or answer. We will be looking for someone new...

    Best neurologist I’ve been to, I’ve been going to Dr Sam for over 10 years. He listens and hears your issues. He has helped me feel better than I have in years. Office staff is friendly and professional. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a neurologist.

    I had a problem with my arm, the staff were great in getting me an appointment and Dr. Sam was very thoughtful as he performed his tests to figure out my problem. His comments were very reassuring. I look forward to having him complete my treatment.

    New patient trying to make an appointment. Provided my insurance information only to be told 7 days later they "do not accept Cigna Advent Health (Disney Insurance)".Asked why was I not told that in my initial call : they said "the person you spoke with should have informed you of this". This WAS the same person I spoke with on my initial call.

    Doctors are great. Office staff has poor customer service skills. Hard to schedule appointments and follow ups.

    Office staff tried to scam me. I went for an interview and they asked for my SSN straight up before I even spoke to the office manager. After the interview, they didn’t even bother calling me back or updating me. Very strange experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

    The Doctor is very good but totally let down by his office staff. 5pm I got a call to say I needed to get an EEG before my appointment the next day at 10AM. Cancelling and going elsewhere.
