Amazing staff and excellent care. The quality level of treatment is exceptional. The trusted therapists genuinely care for their patients. They keep you challenged and teach you the proper exercises to increase mobility and strengthen your body. Thanks to them, I'm literally getting back on track.

My first experience with this place was bringing my mother to her appointment's. From the moment you walk in it's like family is greeting you. The therapy she received was excellent. So much so, that when it came time for myself needing care I didn't hesitate to come here. Mark is great and so is Luis as I'm sure the other young ladies working there are.

What a great team of physical therapists! I have utilized their services twice in the last couple of years and each time their efforts have been completely successful. Each time, I was seen primarily by Mark and he is incredible. The depth of knowledge of his craft is just amazing. He knew just how hard to push me to get the desired results and seemed to take my therapy sessions personally. On occasion I was also seen by Amber. Obviously, she can't match the years of experience of Mark, but well versed, very knowledgeable and extremely competent and caring. I would not hesitate to see Amber again in Mark's absence. Luis, who runs the office does a great job of scheduling and tracking appointments. With my varied schedule, I was amazed that he was always able to find an opening that worked for me. This team came very highly recommended from my orthopedist and I am proud to share the same high recommendation of them personally.

Attentive and knowledgeable staff, great environment. There’s always laughter and positive conversations between therapists and patients. Diana is excellent, really pays attention to my body’s reactions to exercises and helps me adapt them to get the most benefit with the least irritation. Mark is an excellent therapist. He listens carefully to what you are saying and adjusts therapy to your needs. Louis at the desk is the perfect person for that position. The facility is neat and clean. Would highly recommend PTS!

Professional, knowledgeable, compassionate – that’s what Mark and his team are all about. Great office hours, appointments were on time and they always made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They did a great job assessing where I was in my recovery – adapting the therapy as time progressed – encouraging and pushing me when needed. I arrived here for physical therapy on the recommendation of a friend. Everything from scheduling to therapy was outstanding. All the staff are friendly and helpful, and Mark (the owner) made sure I understood my therapy and the mechanics of my body that were causing my pain. I am now pain free and know how to address how to deal with it if it returns. I cannot say enough about how great this locally owned business helped me! Try it out if you need it!

I recently utilized PTS services for a back pain issue I was experiencing. This practice is awesome! The staff is courteous and responsive. Mark MacGregor, the owner, was exceptional. He spent a great amount of time in the very beginning consulting with me to learn about my situation. He did not just look at the MRI report and dive into treatments. He listened to me and maintained a holistic approach relating to my entire body, not just my back. After only a few sessions, I felt much better! In fact, I only went to him for a minimum number of visits. He did not prolong the therapy to maximize his revenue interests. The service at PTS is personal and customized to suit the individual patient, not just processing patients like a number and milking the insurance that I have experienced at other PT centers. They really care and it shows! I highly recommend this practice.
