    Amazing service and clean our waitress was fast. She kept the drinks coming without having to ask 😊 amazing. I even seen her go under a table and clean up 🧹 great worker. I’m super happy.

    Went here June 8th for a family members birthday - had a party of 8. It didn't take long to be sat but there was no point in sitting us, because we were never served after almost an hour of waiting. We got sat in the far back of the restaurant and watched multiple servers ignore us and serve tables that came in after us. The host repeatedly came to apologize, but the severs and manager just kept looking right past us and ignoring us. Once we put 2 & 2 together that every table getting service wasn't white and that us, the only white table was being intentionally ignored, we all just got up and left. I also came here for my anniversary with my husband previously and received the same exact treatment. Meal took 40 min to arrive despite the restaurant being empty, my husband's dish was missing half of the ingredients which the server never told us they were out of so we had to send it back. The server was cold, rude and unapologetic, and the experience was very bizarre and unwelcoming. We still tipped her extremely well because we didn't realize she was racist and thought she was just having a bad day that we could turn around, but after no "thank you" and the second obvious experience, we will never return here. If you are white, prepare to be blatantly ignored and given the worst customer service you've had.

    Drove 40 minutes to pick up a to-go order. It wasn’t ready on time and the employees including the manager were all complaining about wanting to go home. I bought this as a birthday craving but I ended up regretting spending the money. I got the shrimp three ways and was most excited for the Shrimp Alfredo only to get 3 shrimp and next to no sauce. Value for money is not there.

    Yolanda winter Haven location was an amazing. She was very patient and kind and she continued to check on us to make sure everything was okay. When we ordered a drink she did recommend the larger one and she was right I was able to handle it I ordered the Bahama Mama and it came with an extra shot.

    I came in with my family on 7/2/2023 and even though we had an elderly member they sat us all the way back in the restaurant. We waited forever for service when the host finally arrived and asked us to move to the other side of the dining area because they were having server problems. We complied and walked over to the other side and were seated again. Once again, we were totally ignored by hosts, wait staff and any other employee who happened to walk by. After about a half hour we got up and left and not a single employee seemed to notice nor care. We were all white and noticed that most of the diners were not which seemed curious. We have been to this facility in the past and received poor service but this time was especially bad. I thought discrimination was a thing of the past, but obviously not at this restaurant! We will NEVER go there again and I'm thinking the manager will be perfectly happy if we never come back and show our white faces there again. BEWARE! This is a racist establishment!

    Reb Lobster is NOT what it used to be! No Salad before your meal, biscuits not Fluffy, a Bowl of Soup is now a Quarter Cup of Soup. Our waitress was polite, professional and friendly. She’s the winner of this family’s outing.

    We usually enjoy Red Lobster, but the food and service were both a little off at this location. We don't normally frequent this area, but we may give it another try in the future.

    Absolutely the worst dining experience in quite some time. My wife was hell-bent on having coconut shrimp. The server seemed to be in outer space. The biscuits we were told were late because of a shift change. The 2-fer shrimp was served lukewarm, and if I hadn't inquired about the appetizer crab dip and chips, I'm not sure we would have gotten it at all. I'm 100% sure I'll never eat there again

    First off, we have always had a good experience in winter haven rl! This afternoon, we spent 2 1/2 hours watching a very poorly managed restaurant fumble along pretending to be a top quality seafood place. We got seated right away, unfortunately into an area where our waitress was having to do 10 other jobs because management tries to have the bare # of workers. When we finally got to order, we still didn't have drinks, which should come 1st, and then waited at least a half hour for food. When the food came, we didn't have silverware yet, so we asked and the waitress actually said "you'll have to wait until I go back and wrap some.(exact same thing repeated at the table behind us and then another one beside us! ) the food was good except for 1 of our party order shrimp scampi Alfredo. When it came out, the noodles that didn't have Alfredo sauce on them were dried up and hard! A 7 year old could tell that was wrong. Shame on the cook! How do you expect to get repeat business when you treat your customers like this? Talking to the manager was a joke also! He was dressed like a busboy. We probably will go back, only because it's the closest. And the worst part, I left the receipt on the table and got no points for the app!! $95 worth! It was very dark in our corner, which isn't too big a deal, but I had a little spot light right over me blinking on and off.

    Nebraska saved the day. She's the best manager I've encountered in a very long time. Our waitress was very inexperienced and slow, but when the manager stepped in and spoke to us, all issues were resolved. She had great customer service and communication skills! Thanks, Mrs. Nebraska for making my family dinner worth having.

    We took our Daughter for her birthday shortly after the restaurant opened today Sunday September 24 2023. We were informed they only has 1 server, Beatrice G. This young lady was amazing taking care of everyone in the restaurant. Service was slow but she was doing everything all by her self with no support and no leadership even popping thier head out to check. I feel the manager should of helped her or at least checked on the dinning room but I guess the manager rather hide in the back letting Beatrice and the bartender do everything.

    Super blessed time last night. Good was super good and service was even better with my server/bartender Mysteris. Was a much needed blessing that she waited on me and took such good care and was awesome at her job. Divine appointment for sure.

    The food was better than i had previously expected. They start you off with a free bowl of their biscuits. Then we had the shrimp rangoon as appetizer which was really good with the spicy sauce. The English Clam Chowder is pretty good too. You get a lil paper with the fresh catch of the day on it from which i choose the Rainbow Trout that i had grilled amd paired it with the mashed potato's and coleslaw. It was quite good and with barely any fish bones. We did get a wrong side (the mac and cheese) but after they got me the right sides we were told to keep it so that was pretty nice.

    We had several shrimp, coconut shrimp, flounder, and crab linguine entrees in addition to a captains feast with an extra crab leg cluster. Everything was pretty good and the staff at this location was much more attentive and friendly than most of the Red Lobster's that we have visited in the past. Overall a good experience!

    We love Red Lobster! We're visiting from the UK and the last time we came, we loved it so we knew we wanted to visit another one the next time we visited Florida! The food was so tasty but the thing I personally love the most are the biscuits ! They are so tender and I wish we had them in the UK ! Our waitress was so kind and helpful! There was a male worker that was a bit rude and dismissive to me when I asked him if we could sit in a booth but luckily our waitress was so kind to us! I am glad we had her! Thanks

    My husband and I ordered curbside pickup last night (Valentine's Day), for his birthday. We had a big order, b/c we also have four kids. Order supposed to be ready at 8:20 pm. We check in at 8:20 pm. At 8:40, no one brought us our food, so my husband called the number on the pickup sign. Female answers, husband tells her we've been waiting for our food. No apology from her at all. To sound cliché, I work in customer service, so I noticed when she didn't apologize. Gave her our order info, hung up. Waited about another 5 minutes or so, someone comes out and brings us our food. We stayed in the spot to double check everything (large order). I notice our two kid's meals are both missing the drinks. Husband calls, explains to the female kid's drinks are missing. She asks what were the drinks. We tell her what they were. Hangs up. We wait another 10 minutes. No one comes. Then the same person who brought us our food comes back out to the car next to us (who had also been waiting a long time), to bring them something that the restaurant forgot to bring them. My husband calls her over to our car and tells her we've been there almost an hour and are waiting on the drinks. That's when she decided to tell us that they are completely out of to-go cups, and apologizes to us. I immediately realize that nothing was offered to us for them not being able to provide us with two complete meals. Again, I work customer service so I notice when it's not being provided. My husband asks for a manager. We wait about another few minutes. A male comes to our car, not wearing a name tag, doesn't introduce himself to us, and asks me what's wrong. I explained to him that our kid's meals are missing the drinks and that we'd like a discount since they aren't able to give us the drinks. He tells me, matter-of-factly, that they are not going to offer us a discount and they can't give us any type of refund. Wow, okay. Good job at the defense there, my man. He then says that with kid's meals, the drinks are free so they won't be offering us compensation. I looked at him and said, the drinks come with the meal that I ordered and paid for. You are giving me two meals that are incomplete. He then interrupts me, and repeats what he had just said. My husband then interjects and asks him what his name is. Chase. Chase is his name. He is a service pro (not a manager). My husband asks for a manager. Chase just feels like repeating himself about the discount thing, and the drinks being free, whatever Chase. You don't want to help us, that's fine. We go home after being in the parking lot for an hour. I'm not going to sit here and argue with you about drinks, when you should've done what you are there for, and give us a coupon, discount, something. Dude ruined the night for us. Food was great, though. Chase was not. Also, I had never been to Red Lobster before. I won't come back to this location because of Chase. You suck, Chase. Also, when we got home, my husband's meal was missing the side of coleslaw and some sauces that were supposed to come with it (we didn't know it came with that until I was checking everything again after we got home). Chase, I hope you had a better night.

    I went here to order the lobster dip to watch the Super Bowl. And this is what I received. They didn’t even have the decency to fill it up. I paid $14 for this!!! This is ridiculous. And let’s not talk about the fact that it took 30 minutes to bring this out!!! I’m so disappointed. I just moved to this area. Orlando Red Lobsters would never do this!!!

    The server was semi-flirting with my company, after nearly waiting 10 minutes for our drink order. He barely spoke to me, even though it was my birthday. Good thing the chef was on point. Excellent food! The sauce on the fish was creamy and delicious. The lemon cake was so yummy!

    We went to Red Lobster for our 50th Wedding Anniversary. That is where we ate the night we were married. For the appetizer we had fried green beans. I had Rainbow Trout with Cole slaw and baked potato, my husband had Popcorn shrimp with Cole slaw and french fries. Red Lobster was so gracious to give us a Celebration Sunday that we enjoyed very much. Thank you Red Lobster. We will be back for more of those fried green beans.

    Food was great. Oh my goodness the biscuits! Let me tell you I freaking loved their biscuits. Absolutely delicious. The server was awesome. Sorry I don't remember her name but we had a party of like 14 people & we were celebrating my nieces birthday this past Sunday. They even kept the birthday cake in the fridge until we were ready for it Absolutely amazing service. Thank you so much Red Lobster!!! 😁😁😁

    After reading the reviews I can assure you that no corrective action has been taken to improve the terrible service that my son and I received today. When we entered there was no one welcoming the diners, then a very friendly girl arrived and took us to a table. The server we had seemed very friendly and at first seemed very efficient in what she did... but no! We ordered two beers and a cold glass, two cups of clam chowder and biscuits; she served me a warm beer without the glass I had ordered and put the biscuits on the table without the small plates; I had to go ask for my beer to be changed and it was the manager who served it to me and gave me the cold glass. We kept waiting for the waitress to show some interest in serving us but she was busy taking photos at another table so I had to get up several more times to ask when they planned to serve us the soups and when they planned to serve us the food we ordered. A total disaster! They served me my dish without one of the sides, they brought it when I was almost finished so I didn't even try it. I communicated to the manager my dissatisfaction with the service, the waitress's lack of attention, and emphasized that having only two people at a table does not justify offering inferior service. The conclusion that my son and I reached: there were many tables with many people and we inferred that that is why the tip would be higher and they put more effort into the service. Moral: the waitress lost our tip because mediocre service does not deserve a reward. We said goodbye to this restaurant after visiting it so many times.

    Stopped in for dinner on July 3rd. I usually get the endless shrimp but they were out so I ordered the grilled flounder (blackened). It was horrible. Didn't seem like the fish was grilled. Our server was excellent though. There was also no silverware available so I had to eat with plastic. That's just one bad day. I'll be back.

    I ordered the admiral's feast for 25 bucks when it came there was no fish then they told me afterwards when it was on the table that they had no more fish they could have told me that up front and I would have ordered something different, they tried to bring me a piece of cod and some fries the card was so hard you couldn't barely cut it and you certainly couldn't eat it and my wife got the ultimate endless shrimp for 25 bucks she didn't get all she wanted to eat she only got a small portion the service was so slow they only had a handful of servers and two ships working that day and it was on a Sunday which was her birthday don't you know that people get out of church and crowd these places to eat on Sunday they don't even keep their own day holy but anyway that's another conversation when you travel out of town like let's see 80 miles round trip to go to Winter Haven red lobster you expect it to be as it's supposed to be each and every time it was also my wife's birthday that day traveling back and forth 80 miles round trip and having food that sucks in service that's so slow I could have went and cooked it myself or maybe went to the ocean and caught it myself and then cooked it and made it usually Winter Haven red lobster is better than this but today they dropped the ball entirely I reached out to red lobster and they never got back with me that just goes to show you what kind of business this is as long as they get their money who cares about the customer

    My father and I along with my neighbor's went tonight for the endless shrimp. All I can say is that from the beginning, I should have seen how this evening would go. It took FOREVER to take and get our drink order. Once the drinks came out (2 waters, 2 teas) we gave our order for shrimp. The different varieties of shrimp were delicious. We placed our next orders for shrimp and the server, Corey, would just bring us what was coming out of the kitchenand not our orders. Nothing specific, just shrimp. Meanwhile all but one of our glasses were empty. More and more shrimp came out but not what we ordered. I'm glad I liked the dragon shrimp because that's all I got for my refills even though I ordered another variety. My father only got 1 extra order and it took forever. My neighbor's only got 3 of the 6 orders they requested but not what they ordered. Oh, and our glasses are STILL empty. When we were finally done eating, he finally gave us new drinks. The food was delicious, the service left us wanting. I'll be back but I won't sit in his section again.

    So we don't get to go out very often. We have been blessed with a gift card. Word of advise don't go to red lobster for any special occasions. The older lady that waited on us barley checked on us. I wanted to take like 2 biscuits home to my daughter but want more for us to eat. She said she could bring us biscuits and it was up to us to do what ever with. We'll I had to order a half dozen because I wanted to make sure my daughter got TWO biscuits. We have had one great visit out of the last three. We'll only visits. Today was not one of them. We won't be back for a while.

    Let’s start off by saying our waitress was absolutely wonderful her name Shavie J . This girl went above and beyond. We went in at 5:30 PM. We were seated delicious came over and took her drink water. We already knew what we wanted so we placed our order then. We bought that the endless shrimp and upgraded to the bowl of soup and drink. When we asked, where are supplies shoot politely replied I will go check. They haven’t got it out. 40 minutes later we get our soup. Five minutes after that we got our meal. My mother shrimp Alfredo was cold and pasty am I shrimp skewer was absolutely cold in the middle. We are so waitress. She said she’d get us some more shrimp scampi is that was the best and it was hot.. 15 minutes later after speaking to the manager, we finally got a shrimp scampi. We had to leave to take the dog out. One of the other servers not ours delivered it when we asked for it to go they said absolutely not because it was the endless shrimp and had to be in there.. by far the kitchen staff at screwed up every I saw come out. The manager was pretty much useless. We paid for a meal and left a waitress a good tip. I hope this waitress gets a raise. She deserves it the manager I don’t know how she got in the managers position.. over 2 hours at this restaurant was ridiculous!

    The server was great. There was no wait to be seated. The hostess walked us past plenty of empty booths and seated us way in the back with no napkin or silverware the space felt like an abandoned part of the restaurant. It was a little messy. The breading on the food was gritty and the little bowl of what was supposed to be tartar sauce was instead coleslaw. The Ceasar salid was fresh and other than the biscuits and Calamari, the food was not worh the price.

    Stopped in early afternoon for appetizers. The manager suggested I sit at the bar for faster service. Glad I did. The server, Kirsten, was very friendly and efficient. The appetizers were good as well as the drink.

    My waiter was Diane... she was very helpful with tell us about the new foods and drinks. She was very friendly and definitely had interpersonal skills. We engaged in a conversation about her working for Red Lobster for 50 years. That is amazing. Definitely when my husband and I return there to eat... we will be sitting in her section. She is awesome. Thank you Diane for making our visit pleasant.
