    I was under the impression that Ashley Furniture was more of an upscale furniture provider, until four out of 5 orders have been delivered with damage of varying degrees. The first item, the Beamerton sofa was delivered with a gouge in the corner of the leather, of which I had to wait a week for a tech too look at, and 2 more weeks to have it fixed. Another delivery of a sofa table and side table was delivered almost destroyed by FedEx, in turn taking over a week for them to replace. The most recent was an oversized recliner which had obviously been dropped on its back destroying the right side integrity of the recliner and releasing a lumbar support spring to poke out the back of the chair. After contacting customer service, it will take two weeks for a technician to come out to view the damage and make a decision as to the next steps. The structural integrity has been compromised and they have been less than helpful rectifying their mishaps, meaning I have an expensive leather powered recliner that is unusable sitting in my living room for weeks, and who knows how long it will take to fix/replace if I could live with myself not telling them to remove it and grant a refund because of the continued lack of quality assurance (most wood is comprised of plywood or composite materials under the leather). To say the least I am overwhelmingly unsatisfied with the product, quality and service from this company. I will be using another higher quality brand moving forward as I have no use for this continued lack of quality control and poor building materials. Very disappointed.

    I have to brag … If you need furniture go see Jonathan Cornell sales/interior design specialist! He made it such a pleasurable experience. Jonathan was very professional and helpful. He helped me navigate the store and was knowledgeable about the quality and make of the merchandise. Never once did I feel pressure like I have in some other nearby stores. Jonathan helped me fully furnish two complete homes . He even did further research to make sure I had the best price and made sure everything would go smoothly . The manager Robert had a wonderful personality and greeted and helped many of the customers as well ! The showroom was very clean and looked very well kept making shopping easier. My deliveries were on time and the delivery crew very professional giving us good communication before they arrived. We had so many pieces of furniture we treated them all to pizza and tipped them . From start to finish we are happy customers. Thank you Jonathan and everyone who made this a memorable experience!

    I ordered a coffee table from this store location and the young man who helped me told me multiple times that it would be assembled by the deliverymen at my home. I have a receipt and email saying that my delivery includes assembly and removal of packages. When the table came today, the guy who delivered it showed me a small sticker on the box saying "customer assembly". I told him all I said above and he said there was nothing he could do. I called the help number from the receipt and after being on hold for around 20 minutes, the only help I got was that a ticket was being made and I would get an email in 24 hours with what to do next. Now I am just stuck with this large box in my room that I guess I will be assembling myself later after work. I will not be ordering from this store again.

    Large showroom. Helpful salesperson (until sale was completed). Good pricing and value for the quality of furniture, particularly during sale times. Delivery was a nightmare though. They missed the original delivery when promised, then it was a battle to get the item re-delivered when I was available. (it took them 3 more days to deliver after originally promised). I felt the salesperson and Ashley should have done more to make up for their glaring oversight and extra stress and hassle. Communication was atrocious on the delivery side, and I wasted multiple hours dealing with contradictory instructions and promises from the delivery people. When the delivery did come, the two workers were pleasant, but could not understand nor speak enough English to communicate effectively about how to get into the condo building. I'm not convinced I'd ever shop here again after the post sale experience. Ashley has done nothing to try to make me a loyal customer (and I have an entire condo minus a sectional to still outfit with furniture!).

    I’m only giving 2 stars because of the wonderful sales lady in the showroom, otherwise I would give no stars at all! No lie, it took me almost 50 years to be able to buy a brand new piece of furniture and when I did it was a complete letdown. My beautiful new sectional sofa was delivered by cavemen that tossed it and threw it around, bashed it into my front door frame. Two days later I noticed the bottom wood frame was completely snapped in half and hanging down, very obvious as you walk in my front door. I cried, no lie. I contacted customer service and demanded a new piece of sectional but was ignored. Customer service is clearly outsourced and no one understands what you are saying apparently. I was sent a repairman instead whom ripped the backing of my sofa off and put a new piece of wood inside then stapled it shut again. Now every time someone sits on that side it makes a LOUD popping noise. We are afraid to sit on that end. I’m so disappointed that I don’t even want to deal with Ashley again. I mean if I wanted to shop for a “slightly used” closeout sofa then I would not have purchased from a brand new showroom and spent nearly $2000!! In my opinion I got a used, damaged couch delivered to my home and no one at Ashley cares. All they had to do was replace the 2-cushion part of the sectional. It’s a real shame too because I am in the process of refurnishing my entire home and had just gotten started with the sectional. I will buy the rest elsewhere and Will recommend my friends and family yo do the same.

    My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Heather at Ashley Furniture while searching for a sectional sofa. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us professionally and made us feel at ease. We inquired if the salespeople worked on commission, to which Heather confirmed with a smile and a “yes”. Heather's knowledge and expertise were truly impressive. She allowed us through the store, patiently waiting to answer all our questions and providing valuable insights on the different options available. When we finally found the perfect sofa, Heather facilitated the purchase flawlessly. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire process hassle-free. We are extremely satisfied with our $5000 purchase, thanks to Heather's impeccable service. Going forward, she will be our go-to salesperson for all our furniture needs.     normally I don’t go out of my way to write a review, but Kristin had definitely made my experience ten times better at Ashley. She we super helpful as soon as I walked through the door. She is very personable and has a great personality! Everything was easy and simple and she answered every question I had with no hesitations! Definitely ask for Kristin when you go into this location! We definitely need more people like her who can bring amazing experiences like she did today!!!

    We were attended by Adam. He was great. He was knowledgeable and respectful of our shopping experience. I came in to look on Friday and he introduced himself and stayed back until I had questions. Saturday we returned and asked for him and we were able to complete our purchases and are quite happy with them at that. Thank you Ashley and Adam.

    I had such a pleasant experience at Ashley Furniture when recently purchasing my new dining room set. The store had many options and the prices were very reasonable. The sales associate who assisted me (Heather) was knowledgeable, very personable, and not at all pushy. I will always go to Ashley for my furniture.

    Adam Lumbra made our experience at Ashley so easy and fun! He was a great listener, really cared about what we wanted, was very knowledgeable and the most helpful sales person I've encountered in a very long time. If you go to Ashly you must ask for Adam. He's the best:)

    I need to revise this review. I was NOT informed that there was any assembly required when I purchased my couch for drop off delivery. Well, after waiting 5+ weeks for the delivery, it finally came today. The delivery team came to the front door, set the couch down, and took a photo. I asked if they were removing the packaging (cardboard, foam and plastic). They said they were not and left. OK, I can do that! Well, there sat the couch - totally on the floor. Then I discovered the legs packaged under the cushions. I have purchased at least 8-9 couches in my lifetime. NEVER did they come without the legs attached! I'm an old lady, but I managed to move the couch and flip it on its back to see the bottom. Well, the screw holes were not even made in the bottom where the legs should be attached. You need to get a drill as well as a screwdriver to attach the legs yourself!! WHAT?? , And there was not even a template included with the instructions as to where to drill the holes; the way the leg is made, only a screw can fit thru so you cannot make on your own template. There is a "lip" in the center of the leg so it will not lay flat anyway. Why was I not informed that the couch was "assembly required" and what assembly that would be - other than putting the cushions on? I am so disappointed and disgusted. Now I have a couch laying on its back in the middle of the floor while I wait to find someone who can attach the legs! I will no longer shop at Ashley and I will be telling everyone I know of this "mishap". BUYER BEWARE!! So, I am modifying my original review - my sales agent was NOT the excellent agent I thought she was. I should have been informed of what was required of me, other than payment! And this was in addition to an excessive wait time that was changed and the original delivery date moved to the following week!

    Love this store. Just bought a couch and love seat set. Jon our salesperson was friendly and informative about what we were looking for. He gave us the space to explore without hovering over our every move. When we were ready, he helped us find the perfect end tables to go with our set and got everything ordered before we left. Answered all questions and I would recommend Jon to help with all your furniture needs!

    No pressure. Ricardo answered all of our questions and let us look and browse in peace. He was available when we needed to ask questions and when we were ready to make our purchase. Explained everything. I really enjoyed my experience. Especially the no pressure part and peaceful shopping. We will be back when it is time for a new bedroom set.

    Me and my Wife came in here looking for a couch and although we were not able to find one we had the pleasure of dealing with Kristin T. She was very funny, personable, and knowledgeable. Since my recent visit there I have been LOOKING for an excuse to need a new piece of furniture. Unfortunately most of my furniture is just too well built. Most of which I purchased in the past at Ashley furniture I didn't want my wife to catch on to what I was doing so I tried to have a few "accidents" i put a helmet on my son and tried to send him into the living room for a long pass. Nothing. I bought my wife a bottle of champagne and tried to uncork it in such a way that it would break a glass table. Nothing. Heck I even had a dance party with all my kids blasting "Now that's what I call music 44" My personal favorite. STILL NOTHING. Unfortunately I gave up but one day I will need something and I know exactly where I'm going and who I'm calling. Thanks Kristin and Ashley furniture co! 👍 In all seriousness though. Kristin was awesome and it really was a bummer that we weren't able to find what we were looking for there.

    Dennis was very professional and knowledgeable about the furniture. He was very patient helping me find the perfect furniture. I also placed my order by phone with his assistance after several in store visits as the location is very distant from home. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend Pinellas Park location and Dennis. They also had a larger selection of furniture available compared to my local Ashley store. Rachel assisted me also when Dennis was unavailable and was friendly and knowledgeable. The teamwork of these 2 made it a great experience for me.

    I am writing this review to express my disappointment with my recent purchases of recliners from your store, on a day I purchased two. While I was initially excited about the prospect of a few new pieces of furniture for my home, I was dismayed to discover several concerning facts about the craftsmanship and customer service surrounding my purchase. Firstly, I was disappointed to learn that the recliner was made with manufactured wood, rather than all solid wood. This was not made clear to me at the time of purchase, and I feel that it is a significant omission. I was under the impression that I was investing in a high-quality piece of furniture that would last for many years, but now I have concerns about the durability and longevity of the recliner. Furthermore, I was disappointed that there was no model description provided for the recliner. I feel that customers have a right to know what they are purchasing, and I found it frustrating that I was not given more information about the recliner's features and specifications. Lastly, I was disappointed to learn that there is no low price guarantee for the recliner. I feel that customers should be able to shop with confidence, knowing that they are getting the best possible price for their purchase. Two recliners were delivered on a Thursday and price fell $180 two days later! Without a low price guarantee, I feel that I have overpaid for the recliner and could have found a better deal elsewhere or waited it out two more days. Overall, I am disappointed with my experience at your store and would appreciate it if you could address these concerns. I hope that in the future, you will be more transparent about the materials used in your products, provide detailed model descriptions, and offer a low price guarantee to your customers. I would have pulled the trigger on a purchase at Big Lots, which is probably what I should have done. Hindsight is 20/20 Sincerely

    We just made our second major furniture purchases from Ashley Furniture in the last five years and both experiences were smooth and pleasant. This most recent visit we came to the store having done some online research beforehand so we knew what we wanted to see. Salesperson Heather politely greeted as we walked in. We explained why we were there and she took us around to view the 3 items we wanted to compare. She gave us additional information about each item with an extremely low pressure atmosphere. We chose our perfect sleeper sofa, added the protection plan and completed payment in less than 20 minutes...and we're taking delivery just 3 days later! Very pleased with our buying experiences at Ashley Furniture!

    Seems like a nice place by phone or in person. I have done both. But after the sale is complete and they have your money they do whatever they want. Absolutely terrible customer service and no follow through on what they promise. In 3 months I have made three separate whole room purchases. Only 1 was successful. And when you ask for help nothing happens. I am aware that they don’t need my business but the rest of my purchases will definitely be somewhere else. I was more than patient with them and had not results ….. but my last delivery drivers were great. I wish I could remember they names. They deserve better than the place they work

    I stopped in to the store looking for a basic leather sofa. My sales person, Damien, was terrific! Very friendly, personal, helpful, and exactly what sales is all about, relationship building. This young man was not pushy at all yet ready to close the deal when my feedback indicated. This was the first store I stopped at in my search. Had it not been for Damien I would have moved on, continuing my search at more stores, comparing prices and products. Great experience! Hoping the furniture does as well as the sales person!

    I have been shopping at Ashley furniture for over 10 years. a Today I received the best customer service ever. Rachael Manchester knows the products, the pricing, and availability better than anybody I have ever worked with in the last 10 years. I was very limited to the color and timing of the furniture, she met all of my needs in under an hour. A complete bedroom and kitchen set. Ashley furniture has some of the best pricing for the quality of furniture. Look no further, Rachel is the best design consultant and will exceed your expeditions

    We met Damien at the Pinellas Park, Florida store. He was very helpful and polite and approachable. We knew what we wanted and he didn't try to oversell us or push us, which was nice. Delivery was scheduled and we had a conflict, so we rescheduled using their online tool. It worked great and I instantly got an email confirming. Delivery came when scheduled and I got an automated text message about 10 minutes before they arrived. The delivery guys brought it inside (which we paid for), unboxed and then set up the sofa where we wanted it. The whole process was seamless and reliable. Overall, a great experience!
