    The last two times I have been to sonic I have had one of my food items come out wonky. Today I ordered a large jumbo popcorn chicken and received around 10 pieces of popcorn chicken as well as tons of fried bits. These fried bits comprised the bottom third of the large jumbo popcorn chicken and contained no chicken. The last time I ordered from sonic I requested a large onion ring and ended up with over cooked onions that had been almost completely stripped of the batter used to fry them. The one thing they consistently get right is the burger. I’m sure the shakes/slurpees are fine as well, but they are not for me. Overall, 3/10 on the fast food scale.

    For this to be in the location that it is in. This is absolutely the most GHETTO sonic that I have ever visited. ZERO customer service. Myself and another car went through the drive and both sat there for minutes while no one acknowledged we were there. So we then both pulled into parking spots where yet again we were not acknowledged at all. Meanwhile we are watching employees on the inside move at a glacial pace and they don't even bother to say hello or even look you in the face. What a waste of our time!

    Did an online order. 2 hours before closing time. Spent 60 minutes at a stall, never got food, even 30 minutes after the screen said order completed. 20 people went through the drive thru while only 3-4 people were served at the stalls. No one would answer the stalls or the phone. Lobby doors were locked so I had to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru just to cancel my order. I wasn't hungry any more and it was getting late. Then the people at the store can't do a refund for online orders. So I spent 15 minutes on the phone the next day getting a refund from customer service.

    I think Sonic is about my all-time favorite fast food restaurant. And today the quick service by the staff and the hospitality of the server ended our hot, miserable geocache-hunting trek through the nearby State Park on a positive note. #THISISHOWISONIC

    App order was brought out 16 minutes past my pickup time. Ocean water was just carbonated water, no sprite flavor. Slush wasn't slushy, it was melted. Corn dog and pickle fries were cold. I was advised by manager that he could not refund my order but I could make more calls to the number given in the app to attempt refund (and I thought the app was supposed to make things easier).

    My number 1 was so good I had to call back in there and let them know. It was perfect. 1 of the best burgers I've had in a very long time.

    I came the other day to get the new buffalo bites and they were out, but the manager on duty told me to come back the next day and let a manager know that I could have them made seeing as I already paid for them. The manager on duty Anna was very polite and quickly had them make them for me. Good atmosphere even though they were VERY busy outside while I was the only one inside. Very attentive will be back for more!

    Served us burnt food and refused to refund. Even corporate wouldn't refund when we complained. They often forget food in your order. The app ordering doesn't sinc and half the stalls are out of order.

    Took a chicken and hamburger home. Both had burnt buns. Burger and chicken cooked too much, was hard to chew. My Hubby couldn't eat his burger, so over cooked.

    First off half my order was wrong bc they cut me off at the speaker how do you get a bacon cheeseburger with no bacon ! This is the worst of the worst . Didn’t even give my baby’s fry’s for they kids meal one lady did fix that but to come home to eat nd they done messed up again ! This is what happens you when you have kids running the place ! Need to be retrained! I want corporates number !

    They were great. Our screen didn’t work but the lady was phenomenal. She even made us thick shakes like we asked!! Their shakes are amazing!!

    If I'm going to enjoy a fast food burger, it's Sonic with tator tots. We both enjoy the blasts for an occasional treat. Service has been good every time. It's a nice place, not crowded during off times when we go.

    The cashier, Amanda H. was so very kind and was literally went above and beyond for the customers in the restaurant. I sat back and watched how she interacted with the guests and I was very impressed with her hospitality and professionalism. At one point she even came to my table and offered my daughter a cute little new years hat and my daughter was so excited over it!!! I cannot tell you how much it meant to us to be treated so very kind. God bless you Amanda. As far as the food, it was pretty bad. The soda was moldy tasting and I'm sure it hasn't been cleaned properly in a very long time. I've been in the restaurant business for many years and know that moldy taste, unfortunately. The chicken bites were so hard my daughter couldn't bite into them so we threw them away. Her burger was great she said and my chili dog tasted amazing 🤩 Other than that it was nice. I didn't ask for a refund or complain about the food because of how kind Amanda was. If the service had been terrible then I would have definitely asked for a refund no doubt. We dined inside and I'm glad for that. During our meal a customer came in from the drive in and claimed he had been waiting a very long time for his food and inquired on what was going on. The employees couldn't find his order and Amanda made things right, retook his order and remade his food. Amanda was very apologetic and made sure he was taken care of. I probably won't be back though because in my opinion the food is too expensive for the quality you receive. Keep up the awesome hospitality and customer service though!

    Food is mid around night time, I get being tired from working all day but damn. They must give old fries, most of the fries are weird tasting and tough, but the drinks are good tho. I’d rather get drinks from here, at least they haven’t let me down yet. 3 stars for the drinks, and the one time I had the chili cheese tots.

    Worst Service Ever!!! Food was soggy and luke warm. Coffee had at least 1/2 inch of grounds in the bottom of the cup. Ask for the manager she handed me a extra cup and a coffee filter to pour it through. REALLY. Spent $16.55. What a waste of money.

    I love Sonic, but the onion rings were really bad. I don't like posting negative things but it has to be said. I don't know why other than it tasted like onions dipped in cinnamon pancake batter. Not yummy

    Burgers colder than the tomatoes that were on it tots stale and basically a soda water with a splash of root beer. Since when did it become cool to have earpods in while serving customers. Lady at the window handed me my drink with the lid barely on said have a good day was about to slam the windo closed before I reminded her he had a shake in our order. Literally the shake was the only good thing. It's gone downhill quick. Worst Sonic.

    1. Food for great 2. Service was great 3. Timing was great Highly recommended when everything else is closed. Ps. They forgot my mozzarella sticks. And I called up and notified them of the mistake. The girl was very nice and apologized and told me to come up anytime to get them replaced for free. More places should offer this kinda customer experience.
