HeadPinz is a fun, colorful, and spacious family fun center offering regular and VIP bowling lanes, a bowling shop, shoe rental, a host of arcade games, kiddie casino, and laser tag. It's also host to a full-service restaurant offering sharable entrees, sandwiches, tacos, wings, pizza, and some signature entrees.

Perfect place to escape from the noisy city and have fun together with family and friends. The quality of pizza can be beat.

So fun! Super clean, super modern bowling alley. Shoes are new and clean. We played lazer tag after and that was fun, but just too expensive, especially on a weekday during early hours.

We visited Headpinz during a family outing. The bowling alley is very nice and clean, I believe it was recently renovated. There is an arcade with great games and a bar on the opposite end for adults. There are big screen tvs playing music videos across the lanes. There are a few reasons I rated three stars starting with the customer service. The service staff were less than friendly and appeared bothered when we asked for basic items like plates and ranch for our appetizer. The menu had options for a super pizza and specifically stated, not available on SUNDAY. We visited on a Saturday and were told couldn’t order. The adult beverages were really good. I’d like to point out our waitress was accommodating and friendly. The additional staff bringing the food to table were not. The robots that bring the food to the table were cool. I would give it another try.

I booked VIP package here, for birthday party, for about 20 kids. While food was pretty average, pizzas for children were pretty great and tasty. Now the bad part, the service itself. It wasn't great at all. Instead of spending some quality time with kids and enjoying this party, my wife spent most of her time cleaning the tables, removing the plates and managing all other stuff, together with her friend. The only time when the servers were quick to clean up the tables, was at the end of the party. I was not impressed, at all with the services provided. Update: I upgraded my review from 1 to 3 stars. This is done to reflect the entertainment value of the place itself. Our guests and children had tons of fun. This place just needs to better train their staff.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting HeadPinz Bowling Alley, and I must say that the customer service left much to be desired. From the moment my party and I walked in, it was clear that our presence wasn't a priority for the staff. As we were exploring the different pricing options for our bowling session, I couldn't help but notice two young ladies standing behind a computer, seemingly engrossed in their own world. Instead of being approached by a staff member eager to assist, we were left to fend for ourselves while these employees whispered, made comments, and even laughed at us. It was disheartening to feel like we were somehow being ridiculed by the very people who were supposed to be providing us with information and assistance. What was particularly concerning was the fact that these employees were not discreet in their behavior. Their gestures and hand signals were clearly directed towards us, making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It's completely unacceptable for employees to behave in such an unprofessional and disrespectful manner towards customers. Customer service is a crucial aspect of any business, and it's disappointing to see such a blatant disregard for it at HeadPinz Bowling Alley. The lack of courtesy, professionalism, and basic respect displayed by the staff on that day was disheartening and left a lasting negative impression on my group. In conclusion, my experience at HeadPinz Bowling Alley was marred by the extremely poor customer service we received. No customer should ever feel belittled or ignored when seeking assistance from the staff. I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving the customer service culture at their establishment.

We had so much fun at Headpinz celebrating my sister-in-law's birthday. We had a reservation, but invited one more couple at the last minute and Aaron at the front desk was very accommodating and set us up with an additional lane on a super busy Saturday night. Thank you to Aaron!

Good place but just went to ask for prices for a kids party. I was fine with the price for 10 people to bowl. But to charge additional 25.99 per person attending the party for a birthday that won’t bowl I think is ridiculous. I was planning to have 10 kids bowl. But to have to pay for parents to bring their kids and help with the kids is beyond me. I will not be doing any birthday parties here.

Great bowling experience with 24 lanes and a few VIP lanes. Food was great, hand tossed cheese pizza was surprisingly amazing. They also have a small pro shop, party room, and decent sized arcade. Last, they have Nemo's sports bar attaches

I joined a summer league after asking about it all spring. I have a 165 average after the first week. They put me on a team which has only one other member when there are supposed to be 4. Against my vote they as raised the league price from 20 to $25 dollars. I walked out after the 2 second week when my team still had 2 members. The other player was special needs. I have no problem with that but I have a hunch no one will ever bowl with us—she was a good bowler. I have taken care of special needs people for years. We have no chance of competing in this league and $100 per month was sadly just something I can't justify. Others walked out the first night as well due to the very haphazard vote with was taken by a raise of hands. I saw many more hands to not raise the price. I bowled in the same league last year for $20 I had the same 165 average we only had 3 people on our team and finished in the middle. Your league coordinator does not make efforts to fill teams.

Updating my review. Honestly don't know why I gave it 4 stars. Maybe because some games didnt work. My daughter and I love coming to play the video games here. Customer service has been good each time. The games aren't priced too bad either.

Awesome place for kids, family nights, good times with friends, or maybe even romantic fun-filled date night with your sweetiepiehoneybunch! Their peanut butter pie there was honestly one of the best desserts I've ever tasted. Mmm excellent job! They've got arcade, laser tag, glow-bowl and several variations and customizable games for bowling. Choose a silly name and take a crazy selfie to personalize your game on screen.. & so much more! We will definitely return several times this summer to take advantage of their kids bowl free program. Thank you, HeadPinz Staff for the most excellent customer service and experience!

Went to headpinz for a family fun night, we booked two hours from 6:30 to 8:30 on a Saturday. We really enjoyed our time. The staff was great. The food was delicious and two hours was just enough time to bowl 3 games for the four of us! This will definitely be a spot that we returned to probably once a month!

Reserved and paid for VIP for a birthday party for 5 people and when we arrived the front desk told us since we arrived 30 min early that our VIP spot wasn't available yet. Not a big deal, we'd happily wait. They stuck us in the non-VIP section and said they will compensate the difference with a small pizza, as well as the normal extras you'd get with VIP. Once our server greeted us about 10 min into our game we mentioned the deal and she denied outright and said we'd only get a small pizza (reminder: we still paid full VIP pricing and haven't been comped the difference which was $2 a person). Decided it's a birthday so we're not going to argue and just let it slide, whatever. Mediocre equipment and spacing to game with. There was also, a couple of empty sections (including IN THE VIP area) and stuck us next to a group despite 2 or 3 empty lanes adjacent to our lane. After everything was all done, we turn everything in and head to our truck in the parking lot. IT WAS EGGED. I have a few small scratches now on my hood and egg caked on that sat for 2 hrs. This is THE WORST experience I've ever had bowling. We've had an issue with this place in the past as well and decided on giving it a second chance. Save your money and go somewhere else. It is NOT worth your time and your vehicles safety.

A nice fun place for great family time. Offers bowling, arcades and laser tag. Kids loved it. Just wish we could have a light bowling ball for our 8-year-old. Perhaps difficult to find on a Saturday night...

Reserved two VIP lanes to celebrate my sons birthday this past Sunday. Check-in was a breeze with Jocelyn’s help. She explained the process and was very helpful, as she answered all of my questions. Our server was great as well, he was very kind and very helpful. I wish I could say the same for the young men that assisted us for our reservation with Laser Tag. Our reservation was set for 7:15pm and our group was not allowed in until 8pm. We were left waiting in the arcade area clueless as to what exactly was going on. No updates, no apologies just attitudes from the staff in that area every time we asked for updates. Better training needed for their staff forsure.

First off this bowling alley has a sports bar attached to it so the food was better than most bowling alleys it also has little robots that deliver food to your lane which was unexpected but really cool. I think the had about 36 lanes , about 8 to 10 lanes were vip , pool tables a big arcade with some impressive games like a 4 person huge Halo shooter game , vr motorcycles a couple vr motion based rides, laser tag room basketball crane machines and more this was a great spot to spend time with your friends or family and didn't feel crowded on a Saturday night top ten for me in terms of bowling alleys I've been too

First time at HeadPinz and we had nothing but a great experience. Super friendly environment, staff was great very attentive and overall clean. After we had two games to play we headed over to the arcade which was an A plus for my 11,9, and 5 year old. Food and drinks were delicious ! Will def. be going back again.

This bowling place is fun. The lanes didn't give us any issues. It was pretty packed because we went on a Saturday night and we had a little trouble finding enough balls for us to play. We had to share 1 ball among the two of us because all others were taken. The service was moderate as workers do not pay attention to customers requests. I paid $46 for 1 hour of bowling for 2 people including the rental of the shoes. I must say the screens and the system makes the game funny and interactive, that's definitely a plus. For adults, there is a bar at the end of the place where you get to pay for the music that you want to listen to. They also have pool tables that look to be in good shape. We will probably go back and give it another try!

Great find on a rainy day. It’s an all in one. Bowling, pool, arcade, food and bar. Place was short staffed. They are hiring for all positions. I had to go to the bar to order my good and drink as well as bring over my own beer and water. The bartender was nice and helpful, reason I still give it 5 stars. Bowling is by the hour. Pool is $1 a game. It only takes change and the pool sticks and chalk are at the bar as well. Overall cute spot and I’m sure it runs better when full staffed. Definitely recommend for adults and children.
