Helped my dog in 24 hours! He's been paw-licking, rashes, allergies, ear infections, and we tried several things over the past 2 YEARS and somethings would help but never a complete fix and the symptoms would come back. We we tried Bear Lake Vets based on neighbors recommendations and what a difference!! He's a new dog :) We're just thrilled that he's feeling better and his whole mood has changed so I know he feels relieved too. Thank you thank you for all your help. We had to wait 3 weeks to get seen and it was well worth the wait. If you're reading this wondering if it's a good fit for your family, make the jump. I wish we had done it 2 years ago.

Excellent Veterinarian and staff. Very gentle & empathetic with our 2 cats. They communicate well and are efficient and respect your time with regards to appointments. They've been taking care of our pets for 5 years or so. Highly recommended.

I honestly cannot tell you how much I love this place! My 6 year old Lab was attacked by another dog when she was two and now she does not do well around other animals. She also has HIGH anxiety when going to the vet (shaking, panting, hiding behind me.) This office always schedules her for a time where no one else will be arriving when we do and they allow us to call ahead to let them know when we arrive just to be sure! They also take her to the back (so that she can’t hide between my legs!) instead of putting her in a room and making her more anxious! They play with her and love on her so much that by the time we’re ready to leave, Lilo is calm and wagging her tail! The staff is friendly and so sweet and loving to my fur baby! I am so lucky to have found them!!!

The staff and care at this place is top notch! My cat was very calm and relaxed during the examination which says alot considering she hasn't been out of the house in years and has been traumatized by my other cat.

Dr. Thomas demonstrated genuine warmth and caring for my cat Emo during his visit, treating him as if he were her own pet! After asking many questions and being a great listener, she provided an expert diagnosis and treatment for my fur baby. He's feeling so much better now! 😊

Dr. Campbell at Bear Lake Veterinary Clinic is the best veterinarian. She has been the vet for 20 years for all my dogs. When I move to Daytona, I travelled the 45 minutes back to the Orlando area to her. When I moved to Jacksonville, I had all my important treatments done by her. Now that I am back in the Orlando area it just means I don't have to go as far :) Her entire staff are caring, compassionate people. I happily recommend Bear Lake to all.

I and my cat Baby love Bear Lake Bets. They take such great care of her and treat her as if she were their own. She has been going there for since they opened and will for as long as she lives. They know their pets and know how to make each animal feel like they are at home. Baby is calm and relaxed and lets them handle her with ease. I am so glad we have such a great Vets and staff.

What an amazing Staff! Every person that works here is friendly, informative and caring! I even called with some after questions about our puppy and the staff was so sweet on the phone and answered every question and never made me feel bad about asking silly questions. They even offered to have my daughter shadow one day because she wants to be a Veterinarian!

All the staff at Bear Lake Veterinary Clinic are so friendly, kind, gentle and genuinely cares about our little 15 year old "Zoe". During COVID we stopped by the Vet's office with Zoe and it wasn't open yet and Zoe was scratching at the door to get in. She loves going to see all the staff!!! (Even tho it's a Dr.'s office 😊).
