Great place with a wonderful atmosphere. You can order your ingredients, or you can grab them off the moving belt. To get hot pot and Korean BBQ is about $28 per person . My family and I were having so much fun cooking and talking. We kinda burned the corn🤣. It's very important to use oil 😆. Remember not to waste food, because you could be paying by the pound. Only if your eyes are too big for your stomach. Completely worth it and the staff are wonderful. Don't forget you're cooking your own food so it's all on you if you burn it. You can't send it back to the kitchen because you are the kitchen 😘.

Great value with exceptional service. The ingredients were very fresh and our waitress was awesome. The whole wait staff was very attentive as they changed our bbq tray as soon as they see it turned black. At the end of our dinner, they brought us yakult and espresso cake which were so yummy. Highly recommended. Update: Came back on 1/16/2022 and the food and service was still phenomenal. I asked our waiter for a piece of their espressos cake but he went out of his way and gave us other treats as well. :)

Great buffet hotpot place! Lots of selections of meat, vegetable and seafood. The convey belt for dishes is great! Price has increased a bit, but still reasonable considering the inflation everywhere. Will definitely visit again.

This was a fantastic experience. With the trays of food on a conveyor belt, the hot pot and the Korean barbecue, and the amazing staff made this an excellent time for my guest and me. I mentioned that I had only had a hot pot once before in China and our server mentioned he was from China too. He was awesome at walking us through everything, making great recommendations, and I feel like our experience was even better because of it. Event the hostess was nice and instructive in helping us pick exactly what we needed to have a great time. Highly recommend this place for the great food, amazing service, and unique dining experience!

Service is the reason for mark down Poor explanation for first time visitor Waiter made party feel rushed or uninformed Food was fresh Can request things straight from kitchen instead up things off of conveyor belt Sauce options plentiful Fresh watermelon juice was good— and indeed fresh. Beautiful garnish. Desserts were nice! I loved that there was fresh fruit options!

Very good place to eat with family and friends. If you are vegan you can order the Chinese herb broth and use the sauces from the sauce bar to season it to your liking. You can customize dipping sauces. Plenty of choices for everyone. There is a little convator for easy refill of ingredients. We had a birthday and were treated very well.

We love Nine Spices Hot Pot & Korean BBQ. We lived in Japan for 3 years. Korean BBQ and hot pot were very popular there and became a favorite for us. This place is very similar to those overseas. Everything is very fresh and delicious. You can choose to cook in the hot pot with a variety of cooking broth to choose from. Or, you can grill your food. Or, you can choose both. You cook everything at your table. If you sit in a center booth, you can choose from a wide variety of meats, vegetables, noodles and delicacies from the conveyor belt. You can also order specific items from the menu. This is an all you can eat experience, so come hungry. The servers do not hover or ask you about your food while your mouth is full. They are near, so just flag them if you want something. If you are looking for a different and great dining experience, try it. They can get pretty busy later in the dinner time, so you might have a wait. The good news is, they do take reservations.

This place is for the bucket list if you haven't been here yet. It never disappoints. The first time I went we only got the hot pot and it was amazing. My personal fav is the kimchi base. 🤤 Yesterday was my second time there and decided to do the hot pot and Korean BBQ. I will never not getting both again. If I could I would eat here everyday!!

Our dining experience at Nine Spices Hot Pot & Korean BBQ was nothing short of amazing. The restaurant's décor was modern and chic, giving off a comfortable atmosphere. The concept of a hot pot and Korean BBQ is unique and engaging. They have an assortment of meats, vegetables, tofu, and other foods that rotate around the table for guests to select. The soup base used for cooking the food at your table was just right, and the different spices and flavors were spot on. They have an array of sauces to choose from. Our meat selection included chicken, oysters, shrimp, and crab. We also indulged in an array of vegetables and tofu that added a delicious crunch and depth of flavor. The highlight of the whole experience was the interactive cooking process, as it allowed us to cook the ingredients to our own preference and enjoy them as freshly cooked by us. Overall, Nine Spices Hot Pot & Korean BBQ exceeded our expectations in both taste and ambiance. This is a must-visit spot for anyone looking for a fun, unique, and delicious dining experience.

Wait was lenghty wait on a random weeknight, very busy spot. Food was great, cook it yourself how you want and tons of vegetable and meat options. They have Krabi, frog legs, bulgogi, tons of beef, pork and a few lamb options. Priced on par with other hot pots. Our grill kept catching smoke underneath but they swapped it and it was fine after. 2 hour limit which is honestly plenty of time. Good Japanese beer selection and reasonably priced (under 7) including asahi and Sapporo. Lots of smoke from cooking so your clothes will definitely smell for a bit. Overall I'd come again ideally at a less busy time.

I loved nine spices. My group and I came in to try the all you can eat hot pot and bbq. The hot pot was huge! We did the duo broth with original and Thai style, after you get your hot pot broth setup you are free to grab ingredients from the conveyor belt and drop them in! So fun! The Korean bbq was bomb - you get your meat setup and then cook everything at your table -if I had to be a little picky my only complaint is that the server put our meat on our flat top grill before it was heated up. Everything was very fresh, filling, and delicious. At the end of the meal you receive a yogurt based non carbonated drink that helps with digestion and it was tasty! Come here for date nights! Beware of bringing your children as you are cooking with hot induction burners at the table and it can get a tiny bit smoky when cooking the Korean bbq meats.

Yes……. The picture I have down there is a roach in my rice. I’ve been here 20+ times never had a bad experience but after this I’ll never be back. Be careful using the soy sauces they have..

We went here (sat next to the conveyor belt) and loved the experience! We didn't get BBQ items, only their hot pot, but we were pleasantly surprised! We have never gone for hot pot before at a restaurant so had no real expectations going in but we both throughly enjoyed our experience. The traditional chicken broth was okay, kind of bland, needed salt, and very creamy (not bad per say, just not what I was expecting). The chicken flavor was very rich though! We both preferred the Thai style spicy soup base which was sour, spicy, and perfectly balanced! This was definitely the winner for us. There's also ton of ads in options, mostly seafood and meat but there are definitely options for plant based diets too! I really enjoyed the lotus root, tofu, and taro. They have a large make your own sauce area too with just about every option you could possibly need/want. Another unexpected bonus was their array of desserts - there were so so many delicious options and we tried (and enjoyed) just about all of them! Definitely recommend the chocolate pudding in a closed plastic cup and the tiramisu. The waiter we had was great, attentive, and so very polite. The table area was clean and I appreciated the suggestion to wear masks (Also that *most* staff wore masks - which is a big plus for us). Though it is on the pricier side, id say it's worth it- just come expecting to eat a lot to get your money's worth out of the experience. I'd go back, for sure!

Had no idea what this was when we walked in, but we always try everything once. Not crazy about the food. Even the pre marinated meats wasn't very flavorful. WAY WAY OVERPRICED. Cooking the food was slow and the music was absolutely terrible. House club music omg shut it off!!! The food shouldn't be close to the tables where the kids can touch it. And they were! The Waiter was nice but very slow to bring us anything.

Visiting family and they picked this place. It was an incredibly fun experience being able to cook our own food and try so many different things. Definitely worth every penny. The service was absolutely excellent! Would love to go back!

I definitely enjoy trying different things! I would definitely repeat, but maybe another time. Very smokey in building, to where my eyes were burning. Then we were sat at a table that the smoke from cooking the food was blown in our faces. Food was good that we did eat. Chicken, veggies and things like that take a long time to cook on grill. Needs more ventilation. Needs cleaner equipment. Only our waiter spoke English, no one understood us.

I have been coming to this location for years and have always loved it. Pros: Good price if you are hungry. They let you order trays of meat/veggies/etc to your table on top of the food going around the conveyor belt. I have never questioned the cleanliness or freshness of their food. Their sauce bar is amazing. You can keep refilling your broth for hot pot. Cons: They could definitely use some new seats in their restaurant. They also need to teach customers how the conveyor belt system works. I often see customers touching things and putting it back or putting dirty plates back on the conveyor belt.

this place is awesome. you can get a ton of meat and you cook it right where you sit, yourself, to your preference. I always liked hibachi grills but this is one level above that as far as a great place for a special occasion. try the bulgogi, it will not disappoint!! do not expect typical service, as this is a place where they mostly just bring you what you need and leave you alone. you can easily find your server if you need something but they do not hover.

I recently moved back to town after living in Houston where hot pot is authentic and abundant and I was so excited to try this place out to fill my cravings. We didn’t opt to have bbq so I can’t speak to that. I got the mushroom broth which was excellent. The sauce bar had lots of options and everything I wanted to dress up my broth and dip my meats. They have a conveyor belt with various options, but I opted to order the majority of our food from the waiter. I personally don’t like that the food on the conveyor belt wasn’t covered and circulating through the entire restaurant. There was only one type of beef and I’m used to seeing more varieties. We had the beef and lamb which came out frozen (also not something I was used to seeing), however, they tasted fine once they were cooked. What we did order from the waiter came out with huge portions. Great if you have a big appetite, but it was quite a lot for the two of us all at once. Our waiter also brought out things I didn’t order so I reordered what I actually wanted and felt like we still had to eat what we didn’t order. All this to say that I prefer buffet style hot pot so you can personalize your portions and order the meats as you go. Cleanliness in the bathrooms could use some work. Overall, this place missed the mark for me because I have had extraordinary hot pot experiences elsewhere.

Our favorite hot pot. I have been here so many times and each time food has been so good. Soup is more flavorful than any other hot pot. The service is very welcoming and friendly. It's very busy place make sure ask them if they have seat availability.
