Went to leave this morning for work and all my keys but the truck key on the ring. My 3 year old I believe to be a person of interest in this case 🤣. I finally hitched a ride in to work thinking only the worst from my chat with my Chevy dealer. When I spoke to them they mentioned towing my truck to there service center before the key cutting process could even begin. It was a short conversation after that! Doubtful I had any choice but the dealership to fix my issue I called Pop-A-Lock and spoke with Greg. He quickly assured me they could help. Within the hour Chris his coworker came to my home (I was at work when I called), made 2 new keys (nothing to replicate from) and programmed for half of my cost at my local dealer not to mention saved me a tow bill too. I came home on my lunch hour to my keys and a means of transportation for my family. I want to say thank you for such a great experience, great service and fair pricing.

Very nice company with a professional team that helped our facilities team with an urgent matter in our commercial building. Unfortunately refused to continue to service us because a lock was ordered without providing us a quote. Called to resolve and start a new "regular" services relationship but got told we ended up costing them a lot of money. We would've appreciated more courtesy and communication instead of saying "not accepting new customers". We appreciate the help at the time and wish you good luck as a local. Thank you! J.J

The story is long. The short of it. Was told lock was installed upside down they couldn’t get me into my house. Door was replaced. Door was tough to lock and was told it would improve with time. It did not. It has gotten harder to lock over time and today I could not lock it at all. Was told I am out of warranty. So that meant more $$$. NOT RECOMMENDED!

I am super impressed with their service. We put out a request for service on Yelp, and within an hour we had three replies. The third was from Greg, the owner, who quoted us an exact amount for the job we needed - much cheaper than their competitors. We needed to have our door cored a bit, and fit for a new deadbolt we purchased on our own. They did the job for $90 and were in and out in ten minutes. The tech, Chris, was friendly, professional, and told us exactly what he was doing. It's really nice to know you can get fast, prompt service for a reasonable amount. Great service. We know who we're calling in the future.

Was told to be at a location to meet guy never showed up. Wasn't given a courtesy call. My key fob never got cut or programmed. Call someone and he got the job done.

I was having trouble turning key to start my Toyota. I was told I needed a new ignition lock by other companies. Than I told Greg what was up and he recommend a new key. Turns out it was just my worn out key. So Greg cut a new key with key code from Toyota and programmed it and all is good. Saved me a big headache and a ton of money. Awesome job. Well done. Highly recommend them for your key and lock problems.

Locked my keys in the car with groceries. The person I talked to was very nice. He said it would be a little over an hour before they could come. Thankfully they were there in 30 minutes. Jason unlocked my door in no time. He was able to make a spare key for me which I am so grateful for. Excellent customer service! Thank you Jason. You are awesome!
