City park Tennis court Picnic ground Basketball court

😐 Lovely new playground, and they keep grounds very clean. Unfortunately drug addicts and homeless also like to gather, so do not feel comfortable most of the time walking there, day or night People often mention park, kids,

Go early to avoid homeless. Left my kids shoes behind and came back 10 mins later to find a group of homeless who removed his socks from the shoes and moved them in front of themselves in the middle of the table. Dont leave anything here but the park itself is interactive and fun for all ages even adults. If you like Payne park you will love Pioneer park even more. Equipment is new and tree themed. With all the best of every park in one little space next to beautiful homes. Will be coming back. The "jungle gym" is a spinnable orb. You wont be disappointed. More children need to experience how great this quiet little park is. Basketball courts and tennis. And the neighbors who live close are very friendly.

Great Park for little kids, it has 2 water fountains but No Bathroom. Clean and just right for small kids. It has a basketball court there and a trail to walk for people who are exercising.

This is a small park with a cute playground, short paved trail, one picnic table, tennis and basketball courts, but no bathrooms.
