This is my home town coffee shop it has a new theme every month, with themed drinks for that month. They roast their own beans on premises. Great place in my small town!!

If you love and know coffee, you’ll love this place. Roast the coffee in house imported from small farms in Columbia. Serve the correct portions, no need to ask for tall or venti (no such thing in South America), just good coffee.

I had a pit stop in this area and was very pleased I stopped. The coffee was awesome. I started with their straight espresso, latte both iced & hot, and lastly, some nitro brew. Can't wait to be in the area again.

Haven Roasters has extremely impressive tasting espresso. With the ability to literally watch them roast the beans in-house, it’s no wonder they have some of the freshest tasting, comforting, and rich medium roast espresso across the entire southeastern region of the U.S. Even after taste-touring new coffees from roasters around the nation week to week, I always find myself gravitating back to Haven Roasters for a taste of home.

My fiancé and I are coffee addicts and this is our fav place in winter haven! We love the haven (roasted marshmallow) flavored lattes They have indoor outdoor seating. Doggos welcomed. Everyone is super friendly there!

My favorite place to get coffee from. Everything is so fresh as they roast it right in front of the seating area with bags of green coffee beans on the ground. Owner was extremely nice as we talked about soccer. I love their monthly promotions especially Star Wars

We visited during their Harry Potter themed month and we loved our butterbeer iced latte and fizzing whizzbees iced latte! Barista was knowledgeable and guided us towards a great experience.

Did you know Haven offers coffee carriers for meetings and events?! Truly the nicest display, most sustainable, and cleverest canister I've ever had for an event. Plus it kept the coffee hot for 10+ hours. They were even thoughtful enough to provide non dairy creamer without having to ask for it! Well surprised at my first pick up and well pleased at the service as always given by this gem of a coffee shop. If you're in need for a coffee carrier, don't hesitate to email Jon the week before your event. My experience as a small business owner hosting monthly meetings is below. After being disappointed with the quality and service of two other coffee franchises in the area (which I only used for business meetings out of convenience), I decided to email Jon at Haven Coffee Roasters and asked if he had anything for events that could serve 10-12 people. Within five minutes he emailed back and said they did and called it The Coffee Bar. All I had to do was email him ideally the Friday before my event (Wednesday) and he'd put me on the calendar to ensure it'd be ready for me. He even asked me if I needed the coffee to be delivered to my event! Just another incredible gesture from a local business that you won't get anywhere else. On the day of my event, as I walked into the coffee shop, the always friendly batistas - seriously how are all of them so nice - had everything convenient ready and waiting for me. I didn't have to ask them for milk, or that I was missing cups and coffee stirrers. Nor was I told that they just didn't have any carriers in stock so I was out of luck less than an hour of my event and for to get a refund I would have to call corporate because they just couldn't do anything for me which is what happened at one of the other franchise shops in town. It took me all of three minutes to park my car, grab my coffee, and head to my meeting. Absolutely incredible service and wonderfully brewed coffee every time from Haven Coffee Roasters! Whether it's a meeting to serve large groups or just a little pick me up treat in your week, Haven Coffee Roasters always delivers and never disappoints!

My daughter and son-in-law took us here and I will definitely be going by here again. I’m not a fancy coffee drinker. I like that they had signage up that explains the difference between the coffees. I ordered a caramel macchiato. They explained that the macchiato’s are in smaller cups and if I was thinking about one from a name brand coffee shop then I would probably want their latte. Best decision!! It was exactly what I wanted and not a bitter coffee. It was so good. Nice clean coffee shop. Super friendly staff. Inside and outside seating. Even had a water bowl for dogs.

Adore this coffee shop. Super fun themes and special drinks every month there’s even caffeine free drinks for the kiddos. Live music and special food vendors and flower venders on Saturday market days. The customer service is impeccable, everyone is always so nice here and treats you like they’ve known you forever. It is always fun to watch them great everyone by there names when they walk into the door like a little community. I always leave here in a better mood then when I walked in simply because the ambiance is so positive even on SUPER busy days they stay friendly and happy somehow. Not to mention the AMAZING coffee.

Went here with my mom and sister and all of our drinks were undrinkable we asked for something else and it was also horrible. Wanted to love this place because of the Harry Potter theme but would not go back or recommend based on our experience. Wish we could have done a spell on our drinks to make them taste good 🙄

While I'm Winter Haven, I was looking for a great indie coffee shop. I stumbled across Haven. They today their beans on site and make all their own syrups. The two baristas were sooooo much fun and amazingly helpful! Definitely a great place to stop in for your afternoon pick-me-up

The coffee was okay! I did only try the Apple Butter Latte but I feel like the coffee itself was a 10. The barista’s were very friendly. Seating was limited but people moved in and out pretty quick.

This place is a gem. The coffee is outstanding and the people are great too! I’ve tried cold brew from all over the country, and theirs is my favorite. They roast all their coffee beans on-site to boot!

They know what they’re doing! Some of the best tasting coffee I’ve had in FL. I visit different coffee shops around FL every week at least a few times per week, and this spot is definitely up there on my list. I will be coming back to Winter Haven very soon, just for this coffee.

@polkcountywomen had a fabulous time! My iced matcha with vanilla was super delicious and the music was very nice., ☕😋 It does get busy so get there early.

When you walk in the smell is amazing I just loved that fresh coffee smell. It is cute they even have a outside area with tables to sit with your coffee. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was there bakery items is a very small area and hard to see wear it is. I think it would be great to have a good display case with pastries and cookies out wear you can clearly see them when u walk in. And have a little more variety of items. They have a good display of tshirt to bye but not a good visual bakery case.

Has Haven coffee ruined me for life and made it so that all other coffee seems inferior in comparison? Yes. Will I hold that against them? No! This is the only coffee we brew at home AND we stop by at least once a week. Their drinks are unique and not too sweet so you can actually taste the coffee. People are friendly and the vibe is awesome. Highly recommend!!

I just moved to the area and everyone is very nice. I got the butterscotch latte with oat milk and it was amazing! This will be my new go to coffee shop.

The baristas were very friendly and helpful. The coffee was fantastic! The coffee roaster was there and available to chat with. It was an absolutely wonderful visit and coffee. I was wishing I were going to be in town longer so I could go back again!

I had a large cup of house blend coffee that was excellent and purchased a bag of whole bean cerrado coffee for my espresso maker. The beans were fresh and had great full bodied flavor. The staff was really friendly and very helpful-two thumbs up for this clean and cheerful little coffee shop!

The atmosphere at Haven is unmatched and their service is top notch! Anytime I go, I am warmly welcomed and the baristas are very kind (even when I'm indecisive on what I want to order). Their coffee is spot on and I LOVE their month theming!

Great coffee, tea, and specialty coffee drinks here. The small cafe atmosphere is awesome. The staff are knowledgeable and super friendly. It is easy to sit and spend some time here with a drink and book. There is some great Haven logo cups, mugs and shirts here as well...loved the Star Wars theme! Seating inside and outside. Simply a great place!

Haven was a cool place to stop in! The atmosphere was so relaxing and peaceful. I was able to do some reading at the bar facing the street and it was perfect. The location is prefect and it was easy to find parking. The coffee and pastries were delicious, as well! I’ll definitely be back!

A unique, must visit place in downtown. Lots of variety so tell the barista the brew style you prefer so they can get you the right cup for your palette. Also, I appreciate their courteous awareness & smiles, they respect my time & purpose for the visit, whether hanging out or just passing through. I don't go to a coffee shop for emotional support. In addition, their bagged grounds for brewing at home are great, I almost always have some in the rotation. Hats off to the staff doing a great job, live music Saturdays are awesome too!

I love coffee. There are several places to have coffee! I found this place one of the best! Very chill, great snacks and authentic coffees made perfectly. The hours are later then any other coffee shop! The staff were friendly! Stop in!

Iced caramel latte is the best of the best for me but 16 oz and 20 oz taste a little different. So I stick to 16 oz! Love their coffee!!!

Very unique place, coffee drinks are made fresh, service is warm and friendly. I like the choice of being able to dine in or sit outside. Only down side is they need more choices for a sweet treat.
