They followed us around and made it incredibly obvious that they were judging us. They rolled their eyes, and whispered while they had every floor worker keeping their eyes on us. There was a lot of people in the store, as well as trying to check out and they chose to have everyone follow us instead of cashier and do their jobs. It was extremely embarrassing and triggered my social anxiety. I am autistic and it was an extremely upsetting experience, they loudly asked if we were going to pay for some merchandise we had briefly looked at and put back. After we left the store they watched us and made it very clear they didn't like us.

I’ve been to multiple Spencer’s and never been treated like this and from reading the other reviews this is a common occurrence for this location as soon as we walked in every employee decided to give us dirty looks no matter how much we smiled at them they were extremely rude and than continuously followed us around the store making the shop extremely uncomfortable even though there were multiple other customers in the store making it incredibly obvious we were being singled out every-time we turned around an employee was staring at us or peeking around the corner watching us it was extremely rude and belittling and as a manager seeing the manager of this store basically encourage and participate in this childish bully behavior is unacceptable and needs to be handled as I will be escalating this issue.

Ridiculously STRICT about masks. Very uncomfortable atmosphere. It's all I heard the full 10 minutes I was there. They also refused service to anyone not wearing a mask. I couldn't get out of there fast enough away from the harassment.

There was this worker, I think his name was mike he worked last Monday and he was horrible I’ve never met such a rude person in my life. I was asking him questions about the deals and if they had certain things and he looked at me so dumb and answered my questions so rude. I highly do not recommend going to this Spencer’s because of him.

Just wanted to leave a quick review because I was so happy with the help I received! I recently got a nose piercing and needed help finding a good ring to switch out my stud—I am still pretty ignorant about this stuff and I think they could tell haha. The person (named L) helping us was SO helpful and patient—especially considering that it was fairly busy and only about 15 minutes before closing (which I didn’t even realize at the time.) With this, I was even more impressed with their ability to stay calm, help us out, and manage the store with all this going on! It was very much appreciated! Great location 10/10 loved it will be returning.

We love to stop in and see what items they have from favorite shows and movies. The staff are friendly and helpful and they usually run several deals on items like jewelry or shirts. I just wish they carried more Buffy the Vampire Slayer stuff and would bring back the travel cups with the sliding cover on the lids...

Stores very clean staff has been friendly Stock levels in the store are Very good A medium sized store when it's compared to other spencers But they have a decent selection But if you're not familiar with this mall make sure to look at the malls Map when you walk in Because the location on Google's map does not match the stores actual location

Employees very nice and helpful. Some fun and funny stuff. Brings back memories from the 80's and 90's. All types of stuff to check out.

used to be a go to store until one of the employees took a necklace out of my hands when i was walking to the register to buy it and told me he was going to keep it up there until i was going to check out. obviously he thought i was going to steal, so there was some profiling there. the amount of money i spend there the accusation was extremely disrespectful. he yelled at me to get out the store and accused me of a guilty conscious.

The store had everything I wanted online, but it was definitely at a higher price. When I went they were absolutely busy, but that just goes to show how popular they are. The customer service was excellent, even with only three people working and being busy. Great job peeps!!

Good place to shop,great staff. Very friendly and patient. And even though you can literally find everything in store at a fraction of the cost on the WISH store app its a nice store for quick shopping. Do not work here!! You will make less then a fast food worker with a fraction of the hours. Yes you must be an adult to work at spencers but do not expect adult pay,hours,or treatment.
