Don’t EVER send you kids here. They take advantage of all their workers. Don’t give them any breaks and they overcharge for lessons when in reality they don’t care about your kids learning, they just want your money. The teachers are not well trained, they don’t know how to handle kids. And the staff is absolutely horrid. Especially Abby, the manager who lacks basic empathy skills and doesn’t know how to be nice to people.

We drove all the way from Winter Garden 50mins to this place and due to traffic we are 5mins late. Tried calling them many times on the road but no one answered… and when we got here we were told we are not allowed to do anything as we are late AND this was a free trial… such a “WONDERFUL” experience 😄 I would never ever come back again and goldfish you better improve your customer service unless you wanna shut down.

Tried out their open swim options. Kiddos had a lot of fun! Facility was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly!! We will be back for sure. Perfect for brief swim outings for families!!

We absolutely LOVE this school! All of the instructors are super patient with my very excited child. We started bringing our daughter when she was 18 months old (took a year off due to the pandemic) & just started back up. We greatly appreciate all of the precautions the school is taking. All of the instructors & life guards are very attentive. And the facility itself is fantastic! I highly recommend this place! 🐠

Great Place! My son just loves going to his place to swim. He use to be afraid of water. Now, after a couple of months he's swimming like a fish. Teachers are really nice and the place is super clean. You get an update every time your child goes swimming. We take our son on Sundays.

This place has been wonderful for my daughter who has Autism. The staff has been consistently sensitive and aware to extra help we need in an authentic way. I feel that they care about my daughter’s feelings and for her to feel safe. I feel they provide a safe and nurturing environment with a good curriculum. The staff has been very aware to follow through on things we’ve needed personally. They have some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. My daughter enjoyed the free ice cream scoop reward she received when she passed a level. I feel my daughter will be successful here. I originally went with them because of their heated pool, flexibility in schedule changes and location but I’ve been very pleasantly surprised. Whenever I call places for extracurriculars, everyone says they can accommodate Autism but in reality that’s not always true. The location is great and the parking is good. They are close to Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods.

The facility is very clean and nice but we ended up canceling our membership due to the quality of the lessons. Our 3 year old daughter was nervous and cried when they wanted her to go under and the young male instructors obviously did not know what to do to try and make her feel comfortable and safe. It feels like the establishment is so busy and very tight scheduled so they honestly don't have time to show any empathy towards nervous kids which is a shame because the place is very nice.

This is what learning how to swim should be. No one yelling or crying. My daughter has loved every class she has taken and looks forward to it every week! She truly enjoys both teachers she’s had (Kyler and Gabby). They make the class fun and push her to to better every class. My daughter’s confidence growth has been amazing to watch because of her amazing teachers!

My children started at Goldfish a few months ago with a big fear of water. The instructors are so patient and caring with them. I’ve had to makeup a few classes but no matter what instructors we get they are equally patient, caring and consistent. I enjoy taking my children to Goldfish and in the short time they’ve been there they’ve progressed tremendously. Best part is they get to have fun while learning to swim!

My son looks forward to swimming with Mr. Declan! He is so great with the kids and the staff are always ready to assist with a smile! Driving a country mile to get there is so worth it!! ~ Mrs. Whaley

We had an emergency that occured for our family. So our priority was to take care of our loved one first. Last thing that comes to our mind is to call and reschedule a make up class. I called them to explain the situation but was told it was their policy that they cant reschedule and cant do anything about. They do take exceptions if we called before hands,however i want to know what part of emergency they dont understand. It is an EMERGENCY!!!!!! It happened few minutes before we left our house. The person who spoke to me his name was Victor. I am glad my kids will never go there again.

Customer service is everything and you guys are great at it. Keeping us informed with anything going on including the individual stats of our child. Thank you.

The facility is well set up with an always warm indoor pool and plenty of seating and changing rooms and bathrooms. The front desk staff is very helpful and informative as are the instructors. The only issue is the lack of continuity amongst the instructors between classes, overall worth the price.

My daughter has been attending for about a month and she absolutely loves it! She is always excited for her class and each week I see improvement. When I first checked it out everyone was nice and welcoming and I had a great tour. I loved the decor and atmosphere. Her instructor is Allison and she has been wonderful. We have also had 2 other instructors and they were great as well. I would definitely recommend.

Gold fish swim school is the best ever. All staff are kind and helpful. Specially Mr. Enrique is the perfect instructor. We are so happy to be part of the Gold fish. Highly recommended

The best thing we ever did was get our daughter, Jane, signed up at Goldfish Swim School. We love the culture of love and learning that our Winter Park club has. And! We can’t say enough great things about Enrique and his teaching abilities. He’s so good that we call Thursday swim lesson day: “Enrique Day!”

Be very careful before you decide to get a membership in this place!! They will do anything to not give you money back. The classes only last 30 minutes and it’s very expensive for the outcome. They trick you to pay a membership and if you are not happy with the services neither want to continue they will do anything to not refund any money to you!

My toddler son and I both absolutely love this place. I love the ease of the app, warmth and professionalism of the staff and the thorough curriculum, that even includes songs for the littles! Swim is my son's favorite day of the week and he is improving with every visit.

My son has been taking swimming lessons for almost a year. He started with 4:1 group classes and then given his condition we switched to private classes. Everyone is wonderful especially Aby the manager and Landon my son's instructor. The place is always clean and organized and they make your money and time worth it. Thanks Goldfish!

Our family recently moved to winter park from chicago and re-enrolled our 2 year old in swim lessons. The first two weeks of him crashing in the car otw to an 11 am class and not waking up, I asked for an earlier time on slot, they did not have anything available… so I asked to cancel or suspend the membership until an earlier time slot becomes available on Sunday mornings. I was advised at the front desk that they require a 30 notice and I would be on the hook for not only the current month but the following month… and we haven’t take one class.

I love Goldfish Swim School. The instructors are really nice, the water is warm for the kids, the facility is clean. No complaints

Great swimming schools for children! My daughter loved her lessons, always asked for more! The instructors are very good, patient and friendly. The Winter Park location is clean, safe and everything works just as expected.
