A lovely country pub with super friendly staff. They have an excellent selection of draft beers and ciders, including Camden Hell's and Orchard Pig. We haven't eaten there yet but the menu looks delicious. We'll definitely try the 2 for 1 Fish & Chips Friday.

If you want a boozer that's reasonably welcoming, this is ok. If you want the cosy, comfortable hotel described on the website, this is not it. A most uncomfortable venue. The rooms smelled. The menu was nothing like what was advertised on the website. The promised breakfast was non-existent. Even the telephone number on the website is wrong, and remained so after I had pointed out to them. Just avoid it

Stayed here for a week due to being in the area for work. The pub is located in a quiet village not too far from main roads so easy to get to. The hosts were amazing and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was nice and comfortable with an en-suite bathroom and TV. There’s a great atmosphere in the pub itself and the food, all freshly prepared to order, was very nice. Would recommend the Fleur to anyone planning to stay in the area for a few days - beats staying in a Travelodge and is a lot less expensive!

My room was spotlessly clean and bed was comfy, food in the restaurant was AMAZING!! and the pate was the tastiest I have ever had. But what really makes this place great is the friendly service. I will be back as soon as I can πŸ˜ƒ

Went there for a game of skittles, drinks were a pretty decent price, the home made Turkey curry they served was absolutely delicious, and the service from staff was great. Props to the new owners and chef, will definitely be going back again.

This fantastic pub has recently been taken over by a new owner who has great ambitions for the establishment. The pub offers a varied menu of both food (including a great number of vegan and vegetarian options) and drink. All the food sampled on my first visit was warmly received by all members of my party and I was extremely impressed with the very warm welcome given by owner and his concern that all dishes were well received, which in my experience is rare in this day and age. The pub offers a takeaway service on some dishes and there is an outside bar in the garden.

This pub has changed hands many times over the years so great to see some new owners taking it over and giving it everything to make it successful. Popped in here with quite a large group for lunch and hadn't pre booked. Really accommodating, nice fresh food with generous portions. Look forward to coming back soon.

We stayed here last week. Never again! The bedding looked as if it had already been ''slept'' in, and the room (number 3) was filthy. It stank of vomit. The unventilated and tiny toilet area was filthy, and there was no hot water when we arrived. The narrow hallway carpet was heavily stained and there was a rank odour of fat hanging in the air. The doors were locked up so we were unable to leave early as the car was not accessible. We paid Β£90 for this abomination online, which was taken immediately and there was nobody there to speak to in the morning of our relieved departure, so we were unable to make complaint directly. It would have been preferable to sleep in the car somewhere instead of being robbed.

Went here whilst visiting friends for a Sunday carvery. A lovely pub. Nice friendly atmosphere. Food was lovely. A proper Sunday lunch. 3 meats available (friend said best lamb she has eaten away from home). I had vegan nut roast which was delicious (home made). Vegetables were cooked perfectly and lovely vegan gravy. Beer was great too. I had a lovely pint. Wish I lived closer.

Rooms are tired and very dated, but immaculate clean if you look past the dated decor.

πŸ‘πŸ‘ Booked in for Sunday lunch with a large group of friends, so impressed with the food and service. All dietary requirements catered for with ease, the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The drinks were good too 🍺
