Super deluxe rooms are excellent. We stayed twice in same room. Everything is excellent neat and clean. Food quality is good. Service available on call and it's quick. Cons. 1. Normal and deluxe room are very different from super deluxe rooms or luxury rooms. We personally didn't like deluxe room then we move to super deluxe. 2. Lift not available to reach on floor of super deluxe rooms or luxury rooms. You need to walk 4 floors on stairs. But you don't need to worry about luggage weight because hotel staff drop your bags and luggage's to room.

Stayed for two days , hotel provides diverse range of rooms in preferred price range by the guests. Rooms are quite clean and service is good. Travel desk support is available near reception where they plan and arrange all the adventure events and local excursion. Restraunt is available at the hotel and food is good . Overall experience was good.

Great Hospitality; Staff extremely helpful and courteous. Super Deluxe room very comfortable, washroom very neat and very good and almost perfect.(check constructive feed section). Location of the hotel is very good, walking distance to basic amenities. Food is very good, and tasty (No chiken or mutton). Overall a very satisfying stay. Constructive Feedback: 1. Bathroom should have exhaust. 2. There should be a mirror in the room 3. The property doesn't have lift- The property is not recommended for elderly and those having issues climbing stairs.

One of the best hotels in Kullu, with all the amenities available. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Nice view as well, just on the bank of Beas river. Courteous staff and prompt service.

We have stayed in super delux room. Rooms are 5 star catagory. Best room amenities. Food quality is also good. You can enjoy food here. It is not at rever bank. It is opposite side of road. Staff is humble and polite. Very good hotel to stay with family.

Totally greedy management. We planned a group trip to Kaza from delhi via manali and come back the same route with a halt at kullu. We booked 3 rooms for a night here in this hotel which unfortunately we had to cancel bcoz our car broke down due to the pathetic road conditions. Somehow we got it repaired but it wasn’t good enough to cover that really bad route which takes 10hours for just 70km. We decided to take a different route for which we raised a request for a cancellation but these greedy people didn’t listen to any of our problems and rejected that too 2 days prior to checkin. Stop picking up the calls also on enquiring for the room availability on the checkin say from different number, we got to know they sold the rooms we booked(16k). Eventually made double money from single room. Highly not recommended. Not just bcoz they dis this to us but I am doubtful about the services as well they might be providing. All the best.

Everything was perfect... The rooms and the whole property is clean.. stayed here for 5 days.. rooms having all the facilities... The hotel is within walking distance from the highway.. plus its near to the market... The food quality and hygiene was excellent... I felt home like food and they serve the food as per your requirement... I would say the best hotel in kullu with a reasonable price..

The view, the hospitality was amazing, loved the stay, the problem my family faced was there was no lift, our hotel room was on the top floor with a great view but we faced a lot of struggles to go there, the bonfire, rooms were all very nice.

Situated on prime location near gurudwara on main road. For parking they have tie up with a paid parking that is pretty close to the hotel itself. Good rooms

Please don't book any room here even if it's a last choice in kullu. Not a single star hotel. Worst hotel we have ever seen. Fake room pictures on site and there what's app number. No proper hospitality. Owner is so rude that he didn't bother what issue customer had face. He is just making the money. Had to request for hot water and room heater as they both are not working properly. Please don't waste your money.

Best room ever. I booked a family suite with Mountain view and it was a decent, clean, wooden floored, two double bed room. Room service is also good. They instantly responded to service. Recommended. Worth staying here.

Booked a family room (Room 27). The room was incredibly spacious with a beautiful closed balcony. The bathroom came with a bath tub which was a surprise. So if you a booking a family room, try getting the same room. Will book again. Thank you.

Really nice place to stay. Room service was a bit delayed but overall great experience. Nice room, courteous and helpful staff. We lost our charger and staff provided their personal charger to help us. Really great stay.
