As other reviews stated its difficult in the tots under 5 area with older children left unmonitored being boisterous and literally pushing tots over by their necks... (Parents nowhere to be seen as to busy on a social nattering). Older kids going in and out leaving gate open for tots to escape and they did escape, (parents were busy nattering under slides in dark sensory area behind curtain, unable to see their child). The older kids even turned a foam 1.5m long stair case upside down to use as a seesaw... great but toddlers were crawling around on floor, and one toddler crawed under it and as so big nearly got crushed. Venue is fine but we left early as we felt our tot was becoming at risk from frequent shuvs, pushes, grabbed and spun to floor by neck and elbowing by older kids who should be in older area. Shame as venue is fine and front of house staff are nice and helpful but its difficult overall, been to multiple venues and the "Leave them to it" culture/mentality ruins it here from the regulars. Wont go back unfortunetly.

Kids had a birthday party to attend. They seemed to enjoy it. We waited in the cafe and I say cafe loosely as it was a room that was very sparse, it was a very noisy room as kids were waiting to go in to laser tag. I can not comment on the food as the noise level and general appearance of the cafe made me not want to eat.

My daughter had her 4th birthday party here in the softplay and had a great time. The two party hosts we had were really lovely and helpful and made the whole party go smoothly. All the kids had a great time and enjoyed the food, and it was great that they set a table up for the parents to sit at while the kids played.

Went for a birthday party at the laser tag. The organisation for birthday party is not the best, I think they should review the time the kids spend eating and playing time and ask the girls who take care of the party to be a bite more smilly and stop chewing on her gum . We spend 30mins in the party room without any music... I went to the soft play downstairs for some food and unfortunately they stop serving food at 3 pm and the play area was no very clean. I know is a kids place but the people working there didn't make me feel kids friendly.

Had my boys birthday party here. We had 2 party hosts who were fab at explaining what would happen, even got us in to the soft play a bit earlier than we were meant to. Soft play was fab and the food was good too!! Good portions. Would definitely recommend!

The laser is 15 minutes long so it goes quite quickly so book twice and book the play centre to. Good quality food for adults and kids plenty of space and the staff are all very helpful. Well done mega centre.

First time we came here today.great experience with competent staff. Very friendly and helpful..... I would recommend to all ages.....lots of fun

Poor Customer service. I rang on the Monday to ask about the laser tag and promotional deal. I asked if I needed to book? The woman on the phone said "you can just turn up on the day", so with that information I turned up on the Tuesday and then the woman at front desk said there isn't any availability as its all been "booked" Now if I knew I could of booked I would of when I rang on the Monday. Waste of my time of an hours round trip, petrol and disappointment to my kids. Not helpful at all. Really poor service.

Great for older and younger kids. Have used both the sensory room and the softplay for the younger babies. Only comment is that they don't monitor the area very well and so the older kids go in the baby softplay and can make it unsafe to leave the little ones playing.

Second visit and second time they have caused upset and tears. The staff need better training on how to behave around children. Won't be back for a third, unless I hear they have made significant changes to how things are being run.
