Highly recommend Diamond Exchange, especially Moya from the Melbourne store. She was just so lovely and genuine, such a pleasure to deal with. We initially went to a few different jewelers in Melbourne, but both my partner and I agreed, the quality at Diamond Exchange seemed to be the best, not just that, the price was the best as well! It wasn't a hard decision to make. I am so in love with my ring, I cant stop staring at it!! It's just perfect.

We purchased my engagement ring 4 years ago and my heart diamond pendant just over a year ago. Overall the price for the diamonds is great however the quality of the settings is not so good. A few months after receiving my engagement ring it became loose and the stone needed to be reset. DX reset the ring for $80 (had to be sent away to be done) and I haven't had any issues since. For a 2ct diamond ring, I would have expected this would have been done for free. In relation to my pendant I've noticed the centre diamond is also starting to become loose which is worrying as it's a 1.7ct stone. This is very disappointing as I haven't worn it much at all. I also noticed that the diamonds around the halo are a lot smaller than the diamonds around the centre stone in the advertisement (Savannah setting).
