At over $350 per person for half an hour, the flight was cut short by 5 minutes, for no apparent reason. The young pilot and the young female receptionist gave us the impression that they didn’t want to be there. Not good enough. Don’t waste your money.

My daughter and I, had an amazing experience! the staff were so friendly and welcoming. I felt very safe and in great hands from pick up at our hotel to drop off after our flight. You just can't see Uluru an UNESCO World Heritage Site, like this any other way! We had booked with another company who cancelled a few days before! I am so glad they did or we would have not booked with PHS and we would have missed out. Vising Uluru was on my bucket list and this was the icing on the cake! Thank you PHS

It was a great experience to fly with a Helicopter for the first time. As a pilot, I found the flight quality very professional. Also the package, from welcoming to the end was very polite and acceptable. The crew team had a very friendly behavior and they were enough informative and helpful. In this short trip, you can take stunning shots if the visibility is acceptable. I definitely recommend PHS to anybody looking for a joyful flight + sightseeing.

My parents bought me a 30 min chopper flying voucher for my birthday. Whole experience was great, everyone was very friendly and professional. I flew for almost the entire flight, the instructor was excellent and made me feel really comfortable and confident in the little 2 seater. Highly recommend

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had in my life. The helicopter itself is an amazing piece of modern technology and then it takes you to see stunning views, what more could I ask for! The team is literally professional and took our safety seriously. We watched the 5 min safety video first and then took some photos with the helicopter and then went inside the helicopter. There’s a lot of noise in the helicopter but it reduces to ten times when the headphone is worn and communication is done with the headphone only once airborne. Very smooth take off, cruising, and landing so there’s nothing to worry about. We saw Ricketts Point and Brighton beach boxes and the port from above, great superb views. Overall, I would love to do it again and again.

we went on a helicopter tour from Moorabbin airport to the city, and back. We followed along the coast and took in the impressive scenery. The pilot, Jake, was fantastic. He pointed out the landmarks and ensured everyone in the helicopter had great vantage points for photos. He was professional and created a positive and fun experience. Couldn't have felt like we were in better hands. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

We used Professional Helicopter Services at Kings Canyon in the NT and can thoroughly recommend their services. Our Pilot Alida was fantastic, she made us feel at ease with her professional approach and warm personality. She was very knowledgeable about the region and explained all about the area and how the rock formations were created and the Aboriginal legends about them as well. We had done the rim walk that day and to see everything from the air made our trip even more memorable. This was the first time I had been in a helicopter and I was a little apprehensive, Alida made me feel right at ease and the flight became a highly rewarding experience. We came away with some awesome pictures and lifelong memories. I would happily take another flight with PHS and can honestly recommend their services, friendly staff with a professional approach.

Highly recommended. Very friendly staff. Pilot is very helpfull and very informative. Great experience. We had a briefing, took off went out towards Frankston and the bay area. You get control of the helicopter as much as you want if you are comfortable.

I would like to express our appreciation for the service and tour we recently had. A 50th birthday present for my husband, a helicopter tour from Barwon Heads to Zonso's winery in the Yarra valley. It was very distressing to be made aware that my full name, email address, phone number and weight had been compromised and published to the Internet by Sea World Helicopters Pty Ltd for an extended period. This serious data breach/privacy incident also impacts hundreds (but likely, thousands) of Professional Helicopter Services Pty Ltd helicopter flight customers across Australia.

First ever helicopter ride, and I have to say it was an absolute banger!! Seeing Uluru and Kata-Tjuta from the air was an amazing experience and one I highly recommend. The whole experience with the team was 100% professional, from our pickup at our accommodation, through the entire flight and the return shuttle. Our pilot, Natalie, was really friendly and informative during the flight, and made sure that passengers on both sides of the helicopter got views of everything. Once again, highly recommended!!
