I visited this nice little shop on the cruise port as I made my way to the island for the day. I was greeted by all as I perused their very nice selection. They are certified dealers for some of my favorite brands. Harry Lakhwani took care of my family and I. He offered us drinks, gave my kids gifts, and treated us like old friends before we even purchased anything. After working out a deal for various pieces, Harry and I essentially became family. We exchanged phone numbers and have kept in touch after only spending a small fraction of a day together. So much so, that I contacted him for another piece I liked and wanted as a Christmas present. We made the deal over the phone and he offered complimentary next day air shipping to me in the US. Fantastic service and top of the line products. Harry will be my go to for the rest of the foreseeable future. Highly recommend him and his team. Thanks, Harry!

What a great shop. It was such a pleasure shopping here. Daniel gave me a cold drink, showed me what I asked for, offered me a great price for it , and we struck a deal. A couple weeks later I had changed my mind. They worked hard for me with the brand to make an exchange. I was given great service and attention the whole way through. Harry was amazing to work with. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and showed me items within my budget. He was extremely knowledgeable and very patient. He took me outside several times so I could see the rings in natural light. This was our first time purchasing from Colors but definitely not our last.

I usually don’t review Jewelry stores but not this time....When you go into Colors on the island of St. Kitts, look for a young man named Harry Lakhwani. He greeted my wife and I when we walked in, and he made us feel welcomed. We had been to many many stores on our cruise and we were NOT intending to buy anything, but this time would be the exception. Colors was an authorized Omega dealer and I was looking for the Speedmaster Racing and they had just the model I was looking for. We thought about it outside (but not too long) so we went back in and said to Harry “wrap it up”… AND, while he was doing that, my wife found a very cool blue diamond flip ring, also at a very a attractive price.. BUT,…this is not where the story ends.. when we got home my watch itch was scratching me (and my wife) for another Omega, so after landing on certain models, we were surprised to see them on the colors website..so I texted Harry about our new Omega watches.. He called me back ala FaceTime so we could see the watches in his hand..after a lot less thinking this time…long story longer..our new Omegas will be arriving FedEx sometime next week. Thanks Harry, and Colors Jewellers.. These guys are great and not in your face “pushy”. We even had a little “beverage” while they were wrapping up our new purchases. Thanks Colors.

This store was just amazing! The family that works in this store was so kind it was a pleasure to shop in. I purchased an omega watch for myself and a Fobe bracelet for my wife. I do purchase every year new watches and nice things for my wife from another company. From know on I will wait and purchase from them. They make you feel like you are part of the family. Very special !!

I would absolutely recommend Colors to anyone looking for an Omega or Tudor watch. They helped me order an Omega watch for my wife's birthday. Not only did I have a great experience in the store while on vacation, but they also continued to provide excellent service right up until the watch arrived at my home. I was so pleased with their service that I quickly ordered a Tudor for myself. If only they carried more brands, I would shop here for all my watch purchases.

Had a few cocktails and found the watch I wanted. The second was long distance. We discussed a particular watch and made a deal. It was sent FedEx and arrived in just a few days. Purchasing an Omega Seamaster watch in Saint Kitts was filled with disappointment. Despite being assured of the best price and a brand new timepiece, I discovered scratches underneath the strap after returning to the ship. The explanation provided was that it occurred due to the display stand. To add insult to injury, upon reaching Puerto, I found the same watch available for $300 less and in pristine condition. It appears I may have unknowingly acquired a second-hand Omega with a box and papers. As of now, I am still awaiting a response and resolution to this matter.

I left the store and returned later after thinking about a potential purchase. The price was fair, so I made a purchase. Wonderful shop right near the cruise ships. Harry our salesman had the patients of a saint. I wasn't sure what I wanted and he let me try on several watches when a Chopard pendant caught my eye. Now what to do! I went back to the ship and texted Harry. With 45 minutes to go he said come back I'll make it happen, and he DID! With certificate in hand and the pendant on my neck I made it back in time. I'm sure I will text Harry for the matching watch as well. Time for another cruise or Harry said he will ship to my home.
