You cannot even enjoy a coffee here! It has two doors and people use it as passage! You are having coffee and what you see is people passing by using it as passage! Basically you are paying 4 euros for a coffee for watching people walking around you! No feel like a Café! It is the worst Starbucks I have been to!

Nice and friendly staffs. Coffee is standard- Starbucks 🤷🏻‍♂️! Unfortunately, it’s small and i could hear all the staffs’ conversations 😂 Moreover, the two doors are always open and people just use them as a pathway! 😂😂😂

Used to be one of the best Starbucks out there. Now I wonder how they are able to keep the franchise name. Bad management. Bad drinks and terrible staff. At 7 in the morning the staff are busy talking to each other than actually preparing drinks with no regard to people actually wanting to reach their trains in time. Snacks are provided cold even though asked to warm them up and drinks getting mixed up all the time. Ordered a nut latte and got a hot chocolate and nobody seemed to care.

MOST PATHETIC EXPERIENCE EVER!! I had a misunderstanding while ordering a drink but the way the staff handled, it was so offensive that I have no faith in the brand anymore. He literally spilled me drink in front of me. It happened on 03.05.2022 at 17:20 PM, this staff which I’m referring to is a tall dark complexion man. Would not suggest anyone to go here!!

Starbucks at the main train station, not as much selection of sandwiches and cakes. The only issue we had was that we had to pay with cash as the payment machine had not been working for the last 2 days.

They had no menu on the screens, so me and all other customers had to guess the prices. And the drink that I got tasted like water, no sign of coffee

I was hoping to order the snickers Frappuccino but they didn't have caramel to make the recipe so I had to go with the regular Java Chip Frappuccino. Tasted just as good as back home. Expensive, but us Californians crave our Starbucks

Another international brand chain that elicits a sense of familiarity where ever one may be in the world, here being Bremen, Germany. The staff are almost always warm and welcoming, as to be expected for its reputation abroad, but it's still surprising due to the relatively horrendous service industry that's generally present in Germany. The staff speak perfect english, which is another surprising but welcome feature. However, the cleanliness of the establishment may occasionally drop below standard. Although most shops and restaurants tend to fall into an unhygienic state in the Bremen branches anyways. Oh yeah, last thing to mention. The quality of drinks other than basic coffee choices fluctuates quite substantially from day to day, so I'd stick to the basics on the menu unless you feel particularly risky.

It is Starbucks, so you get what you expect. However the staff are usually friendly, cheerful and make a good coffee. Also tastes better than many other places locally.

Friendly with ample seating space inside and outside. It's good to grab and go here for the journey. Conveniently located at the front entrance.

Great Coffee and tasty food, normal prices for Starbucks (and in my opinion totally reasonable priced), Awesome Staff, very friendly, I always get out with a smile on my lips. It's a small place, but I guess it's for people who don't want to sit down and need to get on a train. They have more than enough room to sit down outside and enjoy the view over the Bahnhofsplatz.

The typical superb Starbucks quality. Lactose free milk is free in Germany, which is great. The Bremen central station is fairly small so this is a great stop. Staff was very friendly and spoke great Ebglish.

I used to like this store, but it seems as if the renovation has had a detrimental effect on service and quality. The staff was unfriendly, the coffee lukewarm, and the cups looked as if they had merely been rinsed—at best. I can have that at the bakery for half the price, so not going there again.

Today on 8.10.2023 I bought salted Caramel it cost just € 6.19 and I payed with cash 10€ and they just gave me 20 cent. I just realize when I already popped out of the store, and I went back to tell them that they are supposed to give me back € 3,81.. unfortunately me as costumer can’t pay by card, just cash & I understand. she had side eyes towards me, she insisted that she gave me 1€, even 1 € she gave me but also still minus of my payback.. I can also let them take my money just 3€ but the way she serves me was so UNFRIENDLY and not so good as a service.. when she gave me back my money she doesn’t even say sorry to costumer.. even I say thank you to her she had still side eyes towards Misbehaved !!!!

Very helpful, we wanted something that was not on the menu and the lovely woman made it for us without being difficult. she deserves a promotion! And it was delicious! 3-02-2024 11:00
