We
were
there
for
business
with
my
team
for
a
meeting.
My
colleague
had
booked
a
room
for
a
meeting.
As
far
as
I
know,
they
ordered
coffee
&
cake
and
a
light
dinner
/
finger
food
/
for
the
evening
appetite.
A
colleague
and
I
ordered
vegan
because
we
are
vegetarian,
but
with
a
few
special
features
(including
intolerance).
Often,
even
in
the
most
prestigious
hotels,
you
only
get
a
fruit
salad
instead
of
cake
and
a
salad
with
tomato
soup
as
a
main
course.
That's
okay,
but
you're
happy
when
hotels
like
this
one
move
with
the
times:
the
entire
menu
has
been
vegan
for
six
months.
So
that
meat
eaters
don't
miss
out,
adjustments
are
made.
So
everyone
is
happy!
So
there
was
vegan
freshly
baked
and
not
warm
vegan
cherry
cake
and
the
finger
food
with
salad
and
dips,
which
was
super
delicious.
For
example,
there
was
a
kind
of
vegan
feta
cheese
on
the
skewer
and
I
have
to
say
that
you
couldn't
taste
any
difference
to
good
real
feta!
Overall,
the
plate
was
very
attractive
and
modern,
e.g.
with
the
rice
paper
roll.
Everything
was
just
very
tasty
and
they
really
thought
about
how
to
meet
the
wishes
of
a
society
that
wants
more
sustainability
and
that
increasingly
confronts
the
gastronomy
with
allergies
and
special
forms
of
nutrition.
The
one
star
deduction
results
from
the
ambience.
While
the
kitchen
was
so
positively
surprising,
it
was
more
reminiscent
of
the
early
2000s.
The
service
was
good.
And
as
I
said,
the
food
was
great
and
everyone
tasted
very
good.

Wir
waren
geschäftlich
mit
meinem
Team
dort
für
eine
Besprechung.
Meine
Kollegin
hatte
einen
Raun
gebucht
für
ein
Meeting.
Bestellt
wurde,
soweit
ich
weiß,
Kaffe&Kuchen
sowie
ein
leichtes
Abendessen
/
Fingerfood
/
für
den
abendlichen
Apppetit
bestellt.
Eine
Kollegin
und
ich
haben
vegan
bestellt,
weil
wir
uns
vegetarisch
ernähren,
allerdings
mit
ein
paar
Besonderheiten
(u.a.
wegen
Unverträglichkeiten)
.
Oft
bekommt
man
dann
selbst
in
den
renommiertesten
Hotels
lediglich
Obstsalat
statt
Kuchen
und
als
Hauptgericht
einen
Salat
mit
Tomatensuppe.
Da
ist
in
Ordnung,
aber
man
freut
sich,
wenn
Hotels
wie
dieses
hier
mit
der
Zeit
gehen:
Die
gesamte
Karte
fundiert
seit
einem
halben
Jahr
auf
einer
veganen
Basis.
Damit
Fleischesser
nicht
zu
kurz
kommen,
wird
dann
angepasst.
So
sind
alle
zufrieden!
Es
gab
also
veganen
frischgebackenen
und
nich
warmen
veganen
Kirschkuchen
und
das
Fingerfood
mit
Salat
und
Dips,
das
super
lecker
war.
Auf
dem
Spieß
war
beispielsweise
eine
Art
veganer
Fetakäse
und
ich
muss
sagen,
man
konnte
wohl
keine
Unterschied
zu
gutem
echten
Feta
schmecken!
Insgesamt
war
der
Teller
sehr
ansprechend
und
modern
gestaltet
worden
z.B.
mit
der
Reispapierolle.
Alles
war
einfach
sehr
lecker
und
man
hat
sich
wirklich
Gedanken
gemacht,
wie
man
sich
den
Wünschen
einer
Gesellschaft
nachkommt,
die
sich
mehr
Nachhaltigkeit
wünscht
und
die
Gastronomie
immer
mehr
mit
Allergien
und
speziellen
Ernährungsformen
konfrontiert.
Der
eine
Stern
Abzug
ergibt
sich
durch
das
Ambiente.
Während
die
Küche
so
positiv
überraschend
war,
erinnerte
das
eher
an
die
frühen
2000er.
Der
Service
war
gut.
Und
wie
gesagt,
das
Essen
war
toll
und
hat
allen
sehr
gut
geschmeckt.
