What is wrong in detail: - When setting up a NAS, errors were made in setting up the PC backup. The setup was demonstrably completely wrong. Unfortunately, this only became apparent after a Windows crash. The repair took a very long time, for reasons, but no invoice was issued, which speaks for the mobile shop. Nevertheless, for me it is an admission of guilt. The additional costs of approx. 400 EUR for further repairs due to the no longer available knowledge were borne by us. - During maintenance of the operating system, we asked you to install a new BIOS. This was confirmed - but not carried out. This led to very big problems, as several previous BIOS updates had to be made in advance. - The setup of the network, PC'c and remote backups of computers in the home office was carried out by the owner. That was more than 1.5 years ago now. To date we are still waiting for completion or further information. The 4-figure bill was of course made. - As a company that adheres to the GDPR, we have sent the mobile shop a contract for order processing. Despite following up several times, it was not returned to us signed. Another reason why cooperation is no longer an option for us - we are committing a criminal offense. Conclusion: Private individuals with small problems are extremely well looked after here. The way we deal with customers is extremely good, especially from the front office. One can only say high praise here. But the technical staff is far too unqualified. It's a shame - we felt quite comfortable there. Due to the fact that the incident with the BIOS was recently noticed, I am only taking the liberty of writing this review today.

Finally my laptop works as expected. Quick to set up and react flexibly. An example? Sky Go sets up within a maximum of 30 seconds. Before the device needed a good 15 minutes!!! Then why don't I give it five stars? I bought the laptop here and my early complaints about the slowness were not taken seriously but rather dismissed.
