I m an immigrant who is learning German and is not fluent. I loved the fact that IKEA's staff, security and greeters all could communicate with me in english and were friendly and warm. Great place to shop.

IKEA it is what it is. Has everything that you are looking for. Well managed. Food is OK too.

Smiling should be introduced as a lesson to the customer service executives, and to the food kiosk people. Communication lessons would also help. Server didn't speak proper German or English.

One of the nice relaxed stores where you can enjoy surfing from room to room. Friendly staff ans excellent food. We had a great experience today

Strongly suggest avoid this shop. Frustrating support services incapable of admitting and mitigatind issues that they cause due to their lazynes and neglect. I have ordered a delivery. I called the support after the delivery deadline only to find out that Ikea failed to send the shipment and notify me about it. It is ok, if yo fail to do something and admit it. This Ikea failed to even admin it's wrongdoing. No Ikea for me.

It is a nice place to spend some time with the family, especially in cold winter time. In the restaurant, people could have a nice meal by paying little price. I like to visit IKEA, it always give me some inspiration to decorate my house. The products may not have the best quality, but there are funtional, easy to use, with trendy designs and offered for affordable prices.

IKEA is IKEA...look, write the number of aisle and shelf; pickup the item yourself, pay and go. Nothing special. Standard pressed material for a quick solution.

Click & collect was handled differently than described online, which led to a lot of confusion when we tried to use it. Now that it’s open normally again everything is fine and the vegan hotdogs are great :3 (Not a fan of all the plastic packaging though!)

Friendly staff with more than the absolutely-necessary acknowledge. I could orientade very well (maybe because I had been there already) and with the map-signs every few meters even the short ways were easily findable. Only "negative" point: the (free) coffee was once a little more I guess. But however, refill is included ;)

Home Depot version. Everything one needs for home like kitchen, seats and Sofas, curtains, desks, living and bedroom furniture. Good customer service and self checkout is also possible.

Don't go during holidays. Not enough personal, long queues, people is not able to keep the security distance and there is no one to check it. Click and collect and furniture to collect are done in a separate building, with long queue all along the parking lot and a minimal of 30-60 minutes, with luck, under the rain. Maybe during normal times, all work fine, but not during holidays
