Last Friday I attended a wedding party in “Meierei im Bürgerpark”. The location is pretty nice and the food was really tasty, but unfortunately there was an incident that indicated lack of professionalism by the staff. Shortly after we left, and we were the last people to leave the place along with the bride and groom, I remembered that I had left my two rings on top of the piano. We immediately called and informed them of the fact, and we were promised that they would look to it first thing in the morning. When we showed up the next day the staff came up with several excuses for not having located the rings and they promised to look further into it and call us during the day. To our disappointment we received NO such call, and on Sunday when we called back for a follow up on the progress they have made, we were informed that the rings were not found, without being provided with any satisfying excuse. To me, this behavior is both unacceptable and unforgivable and I believe they should be much more careful with the CUSTOMERS' BELONGINGS.

Really nice restaurant in the middle of park. Easy to walk there or you can just park the car outside. The menu is good, huge portions for a quite good price and the quality of the food we tried was really high. People working there were really kind and the view from the terrace is amazing. We also liked how this seems to be a very local place, with a lot of families, mixed generations etc… I would indeed suggest to eat there.

I live next to the park and go for a walk pretty often. Always bought coffee to go- never has been a problem. Today a barkeeper told me: no, we don’t do that. I said but I bought it last week. He said: we don’t do that at the weekend. I bought it last Saturday. The service is awful and pretty much Ausländerfeindlich- that how I felt today.

Not the best experience. Some of the workers were rude. We didn't get half of our order and they refused to exchange the coffee that tasted like milk was spoiled. Not necessarily recommended.

Classic wooden house in the park with a nice terrace and a surprisingly modern interior. The lunch options were fine, from a simple sausage with fries to a really elegant salad. It's walkable from the train station, but there's also a tram line that stops nearby.

Beautiful restaurant inside the park. Good service from the staff , nice ambience and great view from the restaurant.

Just a pretty restaurant with tasteless dishes and without service

I went to the restaurant together with my wife and she ordered risotto and I ordered a schnitzel, none of this was possible 🙄

After our civil wedding we had lunch here with 17 people and we had an amazing time and enjoyed everything. Staff was amazing, scenery was nice. 100% totally recommend

Such a beautiful park with beautiful animals and beautiful people.... If you get tied of watching the animals you can also people watch. Equality entertaining.

Overall was a nice place. One server needs to be let go but the other one was great. Turns into a dance club after dinner, music was too loud for our purposes but good for the local college students. The Wiener schnitzel was excellent.

Nice place, but restaurant's kitchen it's a little bit...let's say ..not so clean🙄

Very unhelpful and rude waiters. I am very disappointed. They lied at us telling they were closed one hour before the official closing time just because they wanted to go home. If this is their “wellcome” at the “Meierei”, I don’t need to come again. Not recommendable.
