This museum is easily one of the best places I’ve been to in my life. It is absolutely great, especially for aviation and car enthusiasts like me. I would really recommend going there as it is definitely one of the best museums out there. My favorite part was definitely the Concorde, which happens to be my favorite plane. Visiting it was definitely something special for me.

The museum is gigantic! Its exhibits show various locomotive machines, cars, bicycles and even airplanes from different periods in human history. The best thing is that all the machines were used at some point, which is quite impressive for very old devices. Personally, I could consider the Concord the most attractive object I don't consider the entrance expensive because they allow you to enter some exhibitions (get on trains or planes), spend all day in the museum and even take thousands of photographs.

If you like planes, trains, automobiles, military history this is the place. Amazing museum. Personally, I loved the TU-144 and Concorde displays. Amazing planes. Really enjoyed all the tanks on display in this museum as well. They also have a massive display of Mercedes-Benz cars. (being a Benz owner myself). Nice cafe with good food. Easy museum very near to the train station. Short walk.

Well laid out with plenty of room to walk around. Stunning displays of the olden cars and the airplanes. 3D movie was amazing such clarity and depth. There is a parking lot attached to the museum, restaurant on the premises has a variety of food for those looking for a quick meal.

Probably the best car/aerospace/military museum in the planet. The depth, breadth and quality of the pieces on display are simply staggering (I mean, it's the only place on earth where a Concorde is displayed next to a TU-144). The race car section is truly special with World championship winning cars, LeMans winners even The Blue flame. Highly recommended.

What a magnificent place. Lots of motorcycles, impressive oldtimers, train engines, a Concorde and a Tupolev. Lots of huge fairground organs and many more more things. Just impressive take a whole day or more to enjoy. There seemed to be ample parking available.

Really interesting museum with a load of cars of all types and ages. Also a lot of planes from World War 2 and newer. The Concorde and its russian Counterpart are nicely arranged over one of the exhibition halls. A little stuffed and packed. But each single piece is worth the visit.

Amazing museum, full of history, details and attentions to all genres and ages. We visited with children ages 6-10 and they were fascinated and excited. A MUST place for any car lover, flight enthusiast or even women 🤪 Plenty of special activities for the kids, though require separate fee. Sliding in a bag from an airplane is a must experience!

An incredible collection of machinery. The highlight for me was the Concord and the Tu-144 that you can walk through. But the size of the automobile, train, and military collection are the best I’ve ever seen. Do not miss it.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC museum with a phenomenal collection & variety of cars, planes, train locomotives and military WW-I & WW-II vehicles!! Super recommended!! Only had 3hrs to spare today during a 6hr Frankfurt airport layover so rushed through more than i would have wanted to, but it is only an hour drive south of FRA airport... Will definitely revisit one day to spend more time reading more of the plaques and strolling through at a leisurely pace. Plan to spend 4-5 hours at least if you're a technology and transportation geek like me!

The trip to the museum was present for my husband’s birthday, who is an aviation nerd, but I actually enjoyed it as much as him. Great exhibition, including a lot of vintage cars, motorcycles, planes and many more, with a lot of entertainment for all ages. The one in Spyer is also amazing, so definitely go and visit them both.

One of my bucket lists is to visit every remaining Concorde on display so I couldn't give this less than 5 stars. If you can visit both Sinsheim and Speyer then I would recommend doing so. Sinsheim has a few more airplanes you can visit but instead of ships it's more military as well. A good display of tanks is hidden around the back of hall 1. Like Speyer there are the aviation displays but this is more child friendly with a better playground and slides from exhibits. Some currently closed due to you know what. Again the automobile exhibits are incredible (better than Speyer). Concorde and the TU-144 are magnificent in their setting. I am a little disappointed by the plexiglass covering nearly everything. It's quite scratched and doesn't allow good photography but I can see it's necessary as security is only CCTV on the exhibits. The food offering is better at Sinsheim. I spent less time here than at Speyer but that's probably because it's not quite so awe inspiring.

The ticket price only 17 EUR for all day and you can combined with Speyer as well. The place perfect for kids because lot of thematic playgrounds are available for them 😉. WWII exhibitation very detailed from all side. Airplanes are visible from Messerschmitt till TU-144 and Concorde supersonic airplanes which dominating the technic museum view.

Definitely one of the best museums I've ever visited. And I've visited A LOT. Impressive collection, almost too much to digest on "one sitting". One gets a feeling of inadvertently leaving something unnoticed behind. From a locomotive still with its eastern front war paintings to an extremely rare Stuka wreckage, a blown up Panther tank, Hetzer, Panzer lll, ll...Shermans, a friggin' Heinkel 111 hanging on the ceiling, a Focke Wulf 190..guns, cannons, tanks of all sizes and colours to fit all preferences...a Concorde (yes...that one) you can get into, also its sits you can try, all sorts of memorabilia, ..its Tupolev rip-off.. a fire fighting Canadair you can also see inside, as more planes and more planes..cars..the Blue Flame, Bugatti Royale, there's cars of all kinds and ages...locomotives... it's impossible to describe, you MUST go.

One of the best museums I ever visited. Ideal for families, friends or couples. Lot of nice and interesting exhibitions. Doesn't feel overcrowded even when there are plenty of people. A whole day activity with a lot of funs.

  • 5/5 Wanderlust 1. 7 months ago on Google
Sports cars, bicycles, tanks, and aeroplanes including the infamous Concorde super sonic jet. You can even crawl through them as they hang in the sky although I found the ones which were tilted to be quite disorienting! Tickets are 21 euro for adults to the museum. Nice open play space outside for the kiddos and plenty to eat and drink.

  • 5/5 David O. 9 months ago on Google
What a fantastic experience. By far, it's one of the best museums I've seen. The Tupolev 144 and the Concorde are so impressive. It took us over 4 hours to see everything. The only complaint is I didn't see Sennas F1 car. Would highly recommend.

  • 5/5 Nick 7 months ago on Google
Really cool museum for anyone interested in cars, planes, and or WW1/2 equipment (vehicles/artillery and uniforms). Every display item (or 95%) has a placard in both English and German. Negatives are that it was slightly expensive at €21 a person (2x Adults No movie-receipt was for €42) for our day/visit. It was a hot day, so it was warm inside the facilities and sauna-like in the planes that you could enter (Concord has a fan up top.. which is about the best they can really do there…). Also, I possibly missed it… but I did not see a water fountain near the bathroom to refill water. They did have vending machines though

Unbelievable place with crazy tech stuff from the past. TU-144, Concorde, Tyrrell P34, Lamborghini Miura, De Tomaso Pantera in one place with a ton of other cool WW2 weapons and other specialties. The ticket price is totally fair considering the size of the place. Plenty of options to eat and drink.

  • 5/5 Chris G. 9 months ago on Google
This is one of the largest collections I have ever seen, and it has a little bit of everything, entry is quite cheap, and a great price for the amazing vehicles and artifacts you will see, with the addition bonus of a 10,000 step workout. You start with a tour of Halle 1, though a primarily American collection of sports cars, which include a Ford GT, a C5 Corvette, and a 1965 Mustang, just to name a few, then heading up the stairs, there is an elaborate history display of World War II, with fascinating exhibits which include a crashed WWII plane that was scavenged from the ocean floor, a panther tank with moving tracks, and a moving turret. Continuing on to the outdoor exhibit where various tanks are on display, as well as a helicopter. Heading to Halle 2, you are greeted with a crashed Porsche, followed up with a great demonstration of trains, and sports cars from all different eras, which include the like of the Ferrari F40, Lamborghini Countach, and many F1 cars. Continuing on, there is a 24H of Le Mans display with cars like a GT40 (Replica), legendary Porsche cars, and new Toyota Hybrid hyper-cars. Going to the roof, the main attraction is the legendary Concorde, which you can go inside, and view the awesome exhibit of this historic masterpiece. There are many other planes that have tours, one of them has a slide that brings you back to Halle 2. The food tastes great, but beware, there are no free refills on drinks. The gift shop contains a number of cool memorabilia, and shirts, a great selection to choose from. Overall a fantastic experience, and a great showcase of all these legendary vehicles. Tried to post the pictures in order, but the videos come first.

Great collection of cars, military hardware not my forté so I can't really speak on it other than that they have a lot of it. Centenary Le Mans exhibit was well put together. Planes were cool to walk through. Lots to see if you're a gearhead, spent like 3 or 4 hours here

The museum is a very complex experience, I would say it is worth visiting with all the openness and patience available. Minimum 2-3 hours visit. Tickets can be bought on the spot. Of course the main attractions are Concorde and Tupolov, absolutely fantastic.

Worth visiting for all the family. You can drive a plane. You can go inside different kinds of planes. There are different kinds of vehicles. There is an amazing small version of trains tracks. Children can go inside a plane and slide inside a long slide.

Must Visit. Fair ticket for what it has to offer. 3 Halls full of history… Highlight of this unique museum the Concorde, in which you get in!!! Yes you get in! Fantastic collection of really rare cars…

Great museum for aviation enthusiasts, you have the unique opportunity to visit some aircraft that belong to a bygone era of air transport. The museum is within easy reach of public transport and also has a huge car park. We parked right under the Malev Tu-134. The highlights are of course the Concorde and even more the Tu-144.

  • 4/5 JaZoX 8 months ago on Google
Very nice exhibitions and it's awesome that you can view some of the planes from the inside. Very pricey (21€ per person) but it's somewhat justified. Takes a good 3-4 hours to see everything in peace. When the submarine arrives, it'll be another reason to revisit the museum. 8/10

This Museum has been on my 'bucket list' - I was very fortunate to visit here in 2019. I was visiting to see the Tupolev 144. The staff are all very friendly, and appreciated my passion for the exhibits. The museum has very interesting pieces, and a great shop for souvenirs. A gold-mine for aviation enthusiasts, a must-see place for those with a passion for transport. Was great to see both supersonic airliners displayed together - both fully accessible, great photo opportunities.

Well they have the Concorde and that's all you need to know. It's magnificent. You can go inside as well as many other planes on the roof. The restaurant there was a bit slow during the peak, but they have a nice variety of meatless meals, which we appreciated. I also loved the souvenir shop. The only minus for me was the dubbed 3D movie. If we had known before, we wouldn't have gone since we didn't know any German. Overall, I'd love to visit it again.

Awesome experience. Did not know the museum was split in two locations (30 minutes apart bij car). Both locations are stunning and well worth te visit. Keep in mind you have to pay separate admission fees, although there's a discount for visiting both locations.

  • 5/5 Yusuf T. 1 year ago on Google
Buy a year pass if you want to save the money, it's a whole lot smarter than paying for each time, and the slide is a lot of fun. It just depends on what time and day a person comes on whether or not there are many people. I find, to actually get to look at the collection more peacefully, the best time to come is early, right as they open or just before they close, it's so much better.

A must visit if you are in the area and a fan of classic vehicles. There are several large halls and outdoor exhibitions that feature everything from military vehicles to race cars. It is easily possibly to spend half a day or more touring all of the touring all of the exhibits. If you don't mind stairs you can also go inside a Concord they have on display.

Perfect! Perfect mix of auto and aero, old and new. Well arranged sections, however no clear path to follow, so you could easily miss a entire room. Visited off season and weekday, so very little other people around which was great.

Amazing collection of machines that inspire imagination and curiosity. The number of artifacts is just amazing, the quality also. Exhibition is mostly related to history of vehicles, airplanes and moto sport. Experience is great. It takes 4-5 hours to finish (with one short break), maybe more, depends on level of information you are ready to take.

  • 5/5 vance w. 2 years ago on Google

What an absolutely amazing museum, English translation on 95% of the information displays. An outstanding collection of automobiles, aeroplanes, helicopters and motorcycles as well as military equipment. The place is huge, with 3 hangers to walk around and the sky deck full of aircraft. I would highly recommend a visit to this museum for anyone not just those interested in technical and automotive. There are two restaurants on site and a children’s play area which looked great fun for the little ones.

  • 4/5 Olaf van der H. 10 months ago on Google
Well this museum is HUGE! Main focus is car related, but they have a big amount of planes and trains too. Hoped it would be less cars and more mixed technical stuff. Restaurant only has pastry of big meals. Would be good if they served sandwiches too.
