Architectural masterpiece. This place is worth a visit just for the sake of its interiors, on top of it, some pretty fantastic exhibitions are hosted here. The 360 degree space is unique and unlike any other venue of this kind. The museum shop is a pretty cool spot for shopping books (Taschen!) and gifts.

I really enjoyed my time in Gropius Bau, the workers were friendly, helpful whenever i had any questions. I took some students to see Daniel Boyd's work there and let them have fun walking around the exhibition and find what they like to draw from. At the end we had a lot of fun results and the kids' reaction were positive: -Some wanted to draw more, to have more time in the workshop. -Some's opinions about museums changed to positive after the workshop, they think that creative activities can be done in museums instead of just looking at art. More details can be found at "Komische Körper in Museen, 3D Druck und Kitchen Lithography Workshop"

I have been many times to this Museum and it has never disappointed me. The building has several different floors which you can get access via an elevator or via stairs. It has a children's area as well. We always bought our tickets in advance.

The museum and shop were well worth a visit. Its a beautiful building and the ceramic stair rods are worth seeing. Entry to the building and shop is free and there is a manned free bag storage facility in the basement. Many of the exhibitions are free to enter. I paid for the “Indigo waves” exhibit, which I thought was not worth the money.

The exhibition ( Russian vs American art) was amazing coming from a person who doesn’t like galleries. This was so cool and interesting. I highly recommend.

There are nice exhibitions but since it is changing all the time the experience depends on which exhibition is on. I went for Louise Bourgeois one and was highly satisfied.

Very nice place ! Went to visit the Yayoi Kusama exhibition. Very spacious place and had an outside coffee/lunch place. A little overpriced, so wouldn’t go for every exhibition. Building is very pretty as well and very clean. Definitely worth it when there are cool exhibitions going on!

I discovered this museum long time ago. But somehow didn’t manage to come earlier. I was impressed by the space and interior. As also by display. Famous artist group General Idea and huge installation in the hall of museum are breathtaking. I will come back soon again.

Lovely museum with two exhibits. Took part in a tour of the main exhibition which was nice albeit a lot of recitation of the pamphlet so dropped off after a few pieces.

We never heard of this museum and just visited at a spur of the moment. We were impressed by the sheer size of the museum, and some of the exhibits were very interesting and well worth seeing, and about 30% was difficult for us to relate to or to work up an interest about.

Visited all three exhibitions on display. The space is nice and the cisit wasn't crowded at all. I felt that the display was very cold, without adequate explanation or a storyline, more suitable for a permanent exhibition at a museum rather than a changing exhibition at an art space.

There are always excellent exhibitions on show here. Also, the house itself is an architectural gem, and most definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended!

Beautiful restoration and amazing bookshop. Several interesting installations and exhibits. Loved the poodles! Coffee shop closing at 4:30 when the museum closed at 6 pm was a disappointment but we managed to persuade kind hearted staff to take pity and give us cake and coffee. Thank you ladies! Will definitely return.

Love this gallery space. I went to their new AI exhibition and it was super interesting. Worth a visit! The tour guide was a pleasure - really lovely and knowledgeable. It's quite a small space so won't take you too long to visit.

The building is stunning. The bookshop is super with good choice and real discounts. I have not understood the expositions though. So if you’re near (Potsdamer Platz, Checkpoint Charlie) don’t hesitate to get a look.

I was at the curated tour during the exhibition “The General Idea”. The tour was very interesting but you need to stand right near the guide to hear her voice. There were a lot of people at Sunday and was little bit crowded. Another event was a real talk with the artist Esmeralda Conde Ruiz that spoke about her experience with artificial intelligence. That was really interesting conversation and interesting topic.

Very interesting exhibition about Indian Ocean culture and influences. The building itself is impressive and big, but most of the rooms are near empty. I think we could've seen much more if the space was used better.

The free exhibition was very nice in my opinion, you can download an app and interact with different things thanks to the Augmented Reality. The other exhibition was a little bit boring in my opinion, but that’s matter of taste. The personal was very nice and you can leave your luggage in a locker for free.

as compared to my other museum experience in Berlin, this was by far my most favourite. the featured artists and works are very international and a good variety that is very inclusive. wished there were more exhibitions though. the supervisors were very helpful and kind. also a provided locker (free) and a cloak room. will come back again!

Always love visiting Gropius Bau. One star off because the cafe system doesn’t work…. Not organized well, not enough people and you can tell that the service is super stressed out. And it’s not normal to wait for a cappuccino for 40 minutes, when there are 4 people in front of you.. 🙈

I was satisfied after visiting Gropius Bau. First of all staff are super nice and friendly. During my stay a lot of staff members asked if I need some help (because I have some issue with a leg). Secondly I like how they organize exhibition.

Komische Körper in Museen, 3D Druck und Kitchen Lithography Workshop. Students went to Daniel Boyd's exhibition here and drew from the artworks, architecture or simply from imagination on the first day. I am grateful for the friendliness and helpfulness of the workers there whenever i or my friends had questions
