There was a lot of information regarding money and how it functions especially focused on the Euro. There was one side that completely explained the life cycle of money from its production to destruction. It even clarified how fraud detection is carried out regularly to protect Euro from fake money. Moreover, it explained the difference between fake and real Euro, and how much fake money has been circulated in Germany throughout the decade. There were also information regarding monetary policies, method of exchanging currency, and information regarding future of trust. (cryptocurrency)

It was really enjoyable and informative. Bring & take enough time to be able to read through everything, if possible. The pyramid quiz is actually quite easy to approach if you think about it once or twice. :)

Geldmuseum der Deutschen Bundesbank is one of Frankfurt's most fascinating museums, featuring an impressive collection of interactive exhibits that make learning about money and economics engaging and fun. The museum offers a unique opportunity to discover the history and evolution of money, as well as the role of central banks in the economy. Visitors can explore a range of exhibits, including ancient coins, rare banknotes, and modern payment systems, all presented in a creative and interactive way. What's more, the museum is completely free, making it accessible to everyone who wants to learn more about the world of finance. If you're interested in money, history, or economics, Geldmuseum der Deutschen Bundesbank is a must-visit attraction in Frankfurt

The best museum I’ve ever visited even compared to the paid ones. The museum is well- structured into four parts, with many interesting exhibits and interactive tools. I visited on a weekday which was very quiet, so I was able to explore the museum without crowd and distractions. Highly recommend!!!!

Interaktiivinen museo, jossa pääsee jopa nostamaan kultaharkkoa.

This is an extremely interesting museum which I would recommend anyone who is interested in currencies or forgeries of currencies to definitely visit. The information is organised in such a way that it's very easy to grasp. I really enjoyed learning about the bridges on the European bank notes and various ways to combat forgery. I particularly enjoyed the competition section. The entry is free, so you can always walk back out without any issue, if you don't like it. There is a locker room to store your things which takes a coin deposit, which you would get back when you get your stuff out.

Don’t miss this museum if you’re interested in the subject. It’s a bit far from other tourist attractions but the trip was totally worth it. The staff is really gentle and the museum is free :)

Amazing place to visit and spend time with kids or alone even. I liked every hall that I visited there. I liked the most stories about cash flow; another one - you can see real and fake money and you have different devices to see difference between them. There are very old banknotes and coins. There are short interesting stories connected with money, how banks are working, about money in our lives. Great point - there is a café where you can have a bite after your interesting journey around that museum. This museum is free for visitors.

perfect place for those who want to more how money are made, how banks work, just everything about the money business. Also there is a history about money, video presentations. The museum is perfectly designed from the inside. Everything is modern, elegant and high tech.

Very informative and interactive, also fits the theme of the city very well. The museum shows the design of Euros and some contents from college finance/economy intro courses, which is unusual as a museum topic. My personal favorite is the Euro part, as you can check out some fake Euros, which is hard to find in real life.

(Translated by Google) The dry topic is explained in a very appealing way, also suitable for young people. My highlight was the gold bar worth four hundred thousand euros to touch! (Original) Das trockene Thema wird sehr ansprechend erklärt, auch für Jugendliche geeignet. Mein Highlight war der Goldbarren zum anfassen im Wert von vierhunderttausend Euro!
