(Translated by Google) Exhibition Bodydrift - Anatomies of the Futur seen. Very nice! Was a surprise because we actually went in because of the air conditioning. Very nice attendant who explained some installations. A bit small. You cannot spend more than an hour there. (Original) Tentoonstelling Bodydrift – Anatomies of the Futur gezien. Erg leuk! Was een verassing want we waren eigenlijk naar binnen gegaan vanwege de airco. Heel aardige suppoost die sommige installaties toelichtte. Wel wat klein. Meer dan een uur kun je er niet besteden.

What an impressive collecting of unknown facts. It really gives an idea of the reason the masses followed this leader. Out of sheer optimism, that got betrayed terribly.

It was very interesting and loved the architecture of the building. But limited exhibitions. The emotional analysis robot is a must see.

It is great museum for people who want to learn more about design or just watch examples of beautiful designed things. I really enjoyed the exhibition because there are many information about why things became like that.

Several exhibitions in one museum! Old paintings near new design and old maps.

Located on the same physical premises as the Noord Brabants Museum, this space is modern and filled with light. There are three floors and a connection to a restaurant that sits between the two museums. An inner court yard with a lawn and trees unites the two museums. The museum does not shy away from controversial themes. I viewed the exhibition about design in the third reich. The curation sought to walk a fine line between venerating an ugly past and making the public aware of the structures, spaces and infrastructure that still dominate German landscape today. It was unapologetically presenting the Volkswagen and the attention to physical appearance (among other features) as undercurrents of the German national socialist experiment. The museum is straight across from the synagogue and has a small monument acknowledging the Jewish community in Den Bosch.

Interesting musuem! Lots of interactive and engaging exhibitions. Also great for kids and using the audio tour enriched the experience! Takes about 1,5 hours to go through and deeply enjoy.

I visited this museum for the exhibition about the streamline design. It was a nice exhibition about both the functional and aesthetic streamline design. A bit of interbellum history is added as this was the period where streamline design was popular. Many examples was given like streamline trains and streamline vacuum cleaners.

Good museum for art exhibitions, it is located right in the city center of Den Bosch, I really enjoyed the "Screenwear: exploring Digital Fashion" exhibition a lot. Everything was well-displayed. There were some interactive artworks that you can explore and have fun with it :)

streamline design theme at museum shows how designers have innovated over last hundred years to make machines not only faster, efficient and better but also stunning in looks. Museum highlights through various examples how learning from nature has went into making these design improvements. With workshops and active learning exercises, a perfect place to visit for young and adults.

(Translated by Google) Always a surprise what is on display. Often gone without looking at what is actually on display. I seldom stood outside without disappointment. Topics are diverse, but often make you think.

I was almost by chance in 's-Hertogenbosch and this museum was recommended to me by a local lady. I think it is one of the must-see attraction of this amazing little town. The building architecture appears in deliberate contrast with the typical dutch houses. Besides that, it is a very large museum with lots of interesting temporary exhibitions in its various areas. Great experience! Very kind staff, great services overall, very interesting museum shop.

  • 3/5 Anna 8 months ago on Google
Small, part of the collection was interesting. Audiotour had very long explanations, a bit too long for me. We accidentally walked into another museum which was connected, which is not quite clear since there's no sign saying you're entering another museum. The employee looked very suspicious at us when showing our tickets to him. Would be better if there's a clear sign saying you're entering a different museum from that point, which needs a different ticket. Also my friend has a visual impairment and a lot of the text next to the items was very hard to read because of dimmed light and the size and type of the font.

A modern place which has been desinged meticulously however smaller then I expected. I would see wider range of desing consepts. Employees are quite helpful and welcoming though.

  • 2/5 Mary K. 1 year ago on Google
Less than one would expect ... We got ourselves the combi ticket for the den bosch museum and Design Museum but the Design Museum really disappointed us. Very little to see. Online u expect multiple rooms - reality is one room with many screens, one room with only one object, two shelves next to a staircase and downstairs again a few screens. ... We both study design and thought we could get inspiration there but nope.... It also is very unhygienic to expect that one would put his head into the mask that is part of the artificial awe exhibit.... Not great ..the house itself and the architecture+shop was probably the coolest thing

Unless you are sneakers-fan, it is not worth it, especially if you don't have a museum card, so it is not free. Extra star for freely accessible toilet.

  • 3/5 HN van M. 2 years ago on Google
gorgeous. I went to the Goth part and I definitely enjoyed myself. Although, it would have been better if there were some extra things that showed the newer part of the subculture. Oh, and it was a bit confusing with the combi ticket, so make sure they give you a printed ticket with the combi ticket, since they can't scan it again.

(Translated by Google) It is not what you liked! The exhibition is a retrograde history. By seeing it you understand it better. And unfortunately it is parallel with the current time. Let us live in peace and pass peace on to each other. (Original) Het is niet van wat vond je leuk! De tentoonstelling is een teruggaan in de geschiedenis. Door het te zien begrijp je het beter. (Translated by Google) Been here a year ago for a small trivial exhibition. Now for "Design of the Third Reich", which also ended in disappointment. The Design of the Third Reich is explained in a concise video in a room. In a second room the explanation in text is repeated. There is little to see. But a few attributes, such as a banner, uniform and helmet. Even of the cheap radio for the people introduced by the NAZIs, only one photo can be seen. Photographing is not allowed. Probably because there is virtually nothing to photograph (Original) Een jaar geledenhier geweest voor een kleine onbeduidende tentoonstelling.

  • 5/5 Lana H. 4 years ago on Google
Good price, especially for students, well worth it and it was a very well put together museum. Washrooms are clean (and free), and they have lockers available for free use while in the exhibit which was very handy! Basically they had everything in Dutch, English and another language, and they had electronic 'tour guides' where you would scan it at a location and get to hear about the items in front of you in your selected language. Will definitely go back for their next exhibit!

The museum is modern and clean. But do not expect a large museum. There are 3 rooms with place for exhibitions.

  • 1/5 Richard M. 3 years ago on Google
Incredibly small and empty. Had almost nothing in it. Only two floors, top one is without anything but some advertising. one below it, some ugly headgear. Allegedly this place has large collection of jewelry, but it is not on display. Saw everything in 20 minutes. Waste of ten euros.
