Some people will never understand the importance and the priority of Nature and the long term consequences of such projects...Bricks do not release oxygen!

One bummer about this place - the additional costs for energy. There are two concepts: either paying flat 21 bucks / night or you have to pay 35 euros/day plus 10euros additional fee and then you are allowed to pay for what you actually used IF you think of reading the meters right at the beginning. We payed 63 euros for energy and heating for a three day stay. This is what I'm actually paying for the whole month for my flat

Good wifi and brand new homes. Very well isolated, modern and we had a sauna even. Friendly staff and nice surroundings. I'm just not a fan of Novasol who rents out homes here, many add-on costs, paperwork and sometimes mistakes on the website (not surprisingly related to costs). I would prefer them for just opting for a way simpler rent process.

Generally the place we've stayed is a great villa, but several things made us really decide that we would never come back Practices are feeling very scummy. On check in, I was told towels weren't included, and that it's 10€ per package per person. Bed linens are the same. Extra costs. We had late check in so we had to pick up these packs ourselves. For towels? Okay why not. But since we had to also pick up bed linens, we had to make our own beds on arrival at 1am... The villa lacks basic elements. Soap is inexistent, dish soap is a micro bottle worth for 2 cleaning at best, and they don't furnish a sponge. But they make you understand that if you don't clean your dish and all, you'll be charged. Sure, but then provide the tools to clean? Not to mention nowhere in the booking process did I get any info on cleaning fee which appeared to be 270€. For 270€, I get charged if I don't empty the dishwasher after having it running? This place's service is a joke. I get that it's holidays home, but surely it felt more of a hassle to manage and accommodate to their rules and extra costs than really relaxing. What am I even paying 450€/night at this point? Basically we paid close to 1000€ for two nights, and then on arrival got charged 480€ extra as a surprise at the desk. They make it purposefully hard to see those extra costs before booking. It doesn't even appear in my emails. You have to dig their FAQ section and search for "cleaning" to find it. We will never come back

I will break this down into two parts (vacation house & the restaurants). If the restaurant situation were better then I would give them 5 stars. They are still building and it is not finished yet, but it was great for us. We did not hear any building noises. Vacation House: There is not a thing to complain about here. It was clean, modern and super in every way. We really loved it. The reception staff was super friendly and the key handover went fast (but be prepared to wait in line if you show up at 16:00) . The internet has been “policy treated” so that only certain internet traffic works well, but most people need to go offline anyway. Our house was fairly central to the park so we did not have far to go to the lake or restaurants. They are building new ones further back to the main road and I think that is a little too far away from the main activities, but maybe they will change that as they build. Resort Restaurants: There are currently two and I can only hope that they are planning on more. It is hard to get a table and depending on who you talk to you need to reserve. The food and drinks are great, but the wait staff organization is severely lacking. My advice to anyone going here is to reserve way in advance (weeks). People were turned away a lot. Like I said… Food is top, Service is Flop. (One exception was a really friendly Spanish waiter in the Beachmar Restaurant. With that being said there are many restaurants available in the area (if you are willing to walk 2km) or drive. There is a decent Italian Resturant (Al Lago) down the road, or if you are willing to drive 10-15 mins, a good greek restaurant (Aichans Taverne). We recommend this place. I am curious to see what it will be like when it is 100% finished.

Big rooms and many free space for everything. With two different terraces. But short Garage for cycle bike is missing.

Located in the outskirts of absolutely nowhere, near a large lake with huge numbers of insects and brown smelly water. The park reception is ultra-slow, and we waited 2 hrs to check in. On the lakeside, the park has a small sandy beach, with a single cafe. Although the menu is nice, the service appeared quite reserved. In addition, the employees piles up all the garbage from the cafe directly in front of all apartments, not a pretty sight. And to make it even worse, nobody appear to (or wanted to) speak English ... The rooms are new, spacious and very nicely equipped, seperate adjustable cooling that works fine, insect net on all window openings. Some apartments features a great view over the lake. Nearest supermarkets are about 8-10 km/15 min drive away. A few restaurants exist in the general area, but you have to walk or drive a while to get to them. Overall our experience was not optimal, and hopefully it will get better when the park is fully constructed.

Our dream family vacation turned into a nightmare from day 1. We booked and were looking forward to a large family gathering. My family and I were flying in from Canada to see my brother and his family, we haven't see each other for over 8 years. Also we were looking forward to - lake view - private pool - family breakfast lunch and dinner together. - directly beach access - sleep 10 ppl. But what we got was quite a difference . upon arrival we got told that our booked home had a water damage and we needed to call Novasol to figure out what to do next. The Marisa Park is owned by Novasol why couldn't the front desk just solve it for us. I was over 1.5 hrs on the phone with Novasol while kids and our travel group lost their patients rapidly and the front desk of the Marrisa Park approach closing time (6pm) It was outrageous that the call center agent offered two smaller house and demanded more money. We only lost our expected features. - No private pool, - no lake view, - no large table for family dinners. An event of such an magnitude ( completely altering the family vacation) requires more then one SMS. Use email/phone what ever you can until you reach your guest to inform and accommodate.

An apartment complex, good for families with kids of any age, a beach with swimming area is right in front of the complex, bike rental, shops, restaurants, partly still under construction, therefore only 4 stars.

A fairly new area, the housing is new, clean and decorated nicely. There is a bakery, skater park / basketball/soccer field area and the "Dümmer See" is basically right at your doorstep.
