Roompot Bad Bentheim is a super relaxed in Germany (park just across the Dutch border at Enschede). The park itself is super! The houses are beautiful and very spacious. Furthermore, there is a nice swimming pool and the German hospitality is top notch!

Roompot has a big site here! Lots of houses on a spacious lot. Parking in front of your house and for us it was a quiet and relaxt place to stay with the kids. There is a swimming pool just outside the gates of the park. As a guest of Roompot you get free access. The swimming pool offers a big slide, different pools, little river, play area for the kids, etc. The park itself has lots of cool playgrounds and inside there is bowling area, restaurant, shop and big play and entertainment area for the kids. They have a daily program for entertainment which is really fun. We had a six person cabin with two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and one bedroom with shower downstairs. Great when you are a family of four and grandparents are visiting! Houses are well equipped and offer more than enough space. Beds where nice! One downside; in the kids play area they have a lot of (video) games that need € 1 or more to play. Kids want to do that of course and that leads mostly to discussions with parents. Why not charge € 5 per night extra and make these games free of charge and put some game consoles there as an extra?

Wonderful park with well maintained houses. Enough things to do with children. Bad Bentheim is a 15 to 20 min walk from the park

Great place to stay. The villas are very nice and so is the staff. Even when you make a big mess, they will still return your deposit (no idea how i know). Also the villas and the whole resort is very clean and beautiful. Great resort!

Comfortable cottages. Pool, mini-golf, snack bar, kids' playground, bike rentals. Good value.

Cottage was decent. Appeared clean at first look; sleeping areas being the most important parts. Enjoyed the stay. Did find some hairs in one of the shower's drains, a chipped glass in the kitchen and a lose toilet seat. We asked them to check this stuff, they agreed but never showed.

Great place for a family weekend. Basically the same as many of these holiday resorts around Europe. One star less for the lack of insect screens in the windows of the cottages. On warm nights you want to sleep with the windows open without being snacked on by mosquitos. And another star less for the food in the restaurant. It’s alright, but lacks originality and the atmosphere of the restaurant is sub par. For the same price, you can get better food at a nicer location in town.

Beautiful, spacious park with a lot of green. Houses are clean and modern with tv, dishwasher, wifi and washing machine, as well as a private parking place at every house. There are a lot of activities for children and the village Bad Bentheim is within walking distance. I would highly recommend this park.

Very nice place for families. Tho the WiFi didn't work and some lights were broken. Other than that its a great place to stay for some days. Bad Bentheim is on walking distance 2km. Definitely would go back there

Very nice house on a nice park. Big enough for our family and clean compared to other experiences.

Nice park and excellent swimming pool, which is located right outside the park. Some of the horses could do with some maintenance.

Rooms are small but great location.

Its just a place to sleep, there is zero things to do..there is a restaurant but we skipped it because its not very inviting to enter and habe a dinner there. There is no bar, no entertainment besides a pooltable in the middle of the receptionbuilding. No ambiance, no friendliness, lets just say there is a lot of room for improvements.

No ventilation in the room, mechanical nor passive. If a couple sleep with the door and window closed its only a matter of hours until the air quality becomes dangerous! You have to open the window and get mosquitoes in the room or you have to open the door to the hallway. Plus the rooms smell strange (probably due to the lack of ventilation) Expected more to be honest :( Further the location is great and the house in general is also good. For me however a good sleep is essential if I take a break from the busy life.

The parc is really nice, excellent service and the staff is really friendly (that's why the two stars.) The houses however are not how they look on the pictures! It's dirty and filthy, the interior is everything but appealing. The beds are crooked and the matrasses are layd through till the very end. Wouldn't come back here if they let me stay for free.
