The adventure rides are very well designed and safety seats on each one is very firm and secure so one need not panic when seated inside any of those rides. Ticket prices are reasonable and you also get and yearly pass if one is interested. Overall it's a very good location to spend a day which is less than an hour drive from Hamburg.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms designed for families and the park is a clear 5 stars (independent of the hotel). However expect to sleep above a nightlife club here, with party music and crowds outdoors until 3am in the morning (!). Apparently they have regular events and don’t care about guests to facilitate parties in the hotel. Don’t stay here with young kids if your kids like to sleep.

Booked Peppa pig - room. Room is nicly decorated, but not at all child friendly Toilet and sink i hard to use for kids (no stool to step on or anything). Even the tap has smooth handles, wich is hard to operate. The room has all hard surfaces, amplifing noise inside and ajecent the room. Matresses are cheap (foam) and rock hard. Even the outlets are badly placed and without usb. Dont know why this room cost extra. It is like staying at a cheap hostel.

Oooo my god. Loud music at 00.30? And this should be kids friendly hotel. Rooms without air conditioning, I mean we are not hier in summer and you can't live in this room can't imagine how it is in the summer. Definitely not seeing us again

The park itself is very good. The hotel is also good, rooms have decent size, the buffet, both breakfast and dinner, is good with plenty of options. A small, but nice, pool area available, gets very crowded at times. WiFi sucks, not usable in our room, which was fairly central in the building, and no tea/coffee nor fridge in the rooms.

It is a beautiful place and absolutely kids friendly :) the food at buffet was great. One cannot get bored

The park itself is great, there are a lot of coasters and big thrill rides. The entry price is very fair. However, I wouldn't recommended going during vacation or on weekends. It's a big place sure, but the experience is degraded a lot with this many people there. There are no Corona regulations, so there is no disinfection of the rides anymore and nobody cares to wear a mask. With so many people, it's a little uncomfortable. The lines are very long. If you do go during vacation (or weekends), go twice. If you want to visit the big popular thrill coasters you will be waiting up to 2 hours. The lines are also incredibly boring, there isn't much theming, instead there is usually just zigzagged railing. This means that you are surrounded by people on all sides while waiting for a lot of rides. You can buy fast pass options, however the app in which you do that does not load the corresponding page. It's also only really worth it if you pay 50+ € extra per person which will allow you to skip half the queue and spend your time somewhere else while virtually waiting. The rides are pretty good, albeit often on the shorter side. The waiting to ride time ratio isn't great, but each ride has it's own gimmick and is quite unique and interesting to make up for it. If you get headaches easily, bring medication, because the rides I've tried were extremely rough. Some of them have head coushions, but they don't really help much. "LIMIT" and the Bobbahn are especially guilty of this, it makes the ride very unpleasant. Smaller attractions are not worth the wait usually, the queues go way beyond their intended start. In terms of bathrooms and food, there was no problems even on this busy day. You can usually find a toilet without a line somewhere and the lines for the food were very manageable. There are unisex toilets but they are locked There was a big wasp problem. It was a hot day and there was wasps everywhere. On every trashcan and every food stall, on you and on your food. One was trying to eat my food out of my own mouth, not pleasant. My advice, pick a time that is not busy. Go when the weather is suboptimal, during the week, etc... and not on vacation. You can easily spend two days here, and you will have to if it is busy.

Very Nice amusement park with great rides, unfortunately not all open when we were there in July! We had one day with and one without the express butler it was fantastic investment for us and we managed to try all ride more times. Unfortunately the general sweeping of trash is not Working well and this gives the Wasps a free ride and created for us a lot of disturbance due to allergy. Smoking all though only allowed in alloted space went on all over and not Nice for no smokers.

We booked a pirate themed suite which was around 350€. The room was okay, but had no AC and no mini bar. Just how is this possible at this price point?? It was way over 30 degrees outside and the staff left the windows open all day so it was incredibly humid inside the suite. This is far from comfortable. Especially for children and babys. The park itself is great, breakfast and dinner were great too.

The facility is not up to date - No aircondition, no minibar, no coffe machine, no laundry service and only one elevator. Other than that the stuff is very nice and the oark is very good

Very good. It's one the greatest experience that we had in Germany so far. We will be here again next year.

A place to visit for sure they have a variety of choices even for one year old baby we enjoyed it to the max I recommended all the families to take food and drinks with them so you and your kids can eat while going from one activity to another. I was here with my friends for the weekend and the holiday! It was an amazing experience. I would suggest to get the tickets in advance to avoid standing in the line and if you're going on a very busy day, do consider to buy the express butler tickets to avoid queues for the rides.

Hotel was spotless. Very clean rooms and public spaces. Food was good and there's a lot of entertainment for children from the Harry Potter style moving painting to the jungle gym and more.

An amazing place to spend time with you friends or family. You can find attractions for all ages and levels of fear. Lovely stuff on every place including cafés. Definitely worthy to come back again.

Always nice to visit Heide Park. We where here start af june and there was almost No queues and the weather was really nice. We had the Merlin Pass, because we visited the park last year in the high season, where the tickets were much more expensive than normally. We would be there for two days, so it made more sense to buy the pass than two day tickets each. There was a bit of trash thrown around the park.

Wonderful place to spend time with your family and friends You have only to buy the ticket online or at the place, but online it's more cheaper, if you want to go with your car there is 10 euro for parking ticket, but all the games inside are free to play, so much really amazing things to try, For all ages perfect not just for kids. You can't In one day discover all the park it's a big amazing place.

Visited from the UK. Loved it! Clean, short-ish queues. Colossus definitely the best ride there. Would come back in a heartbeat!

It was fun and interesting. Despite the fact that without a car it is very difficult to get there. The park is large, there are rides for every taste and for all ages. We got unforgettable impressions from the day spent in Hiede park.
