4,60 for so little fries. One of the burgers smelled like dead body... Apparently it was the cheese. I courageously ate it without the cheese, even fans of strong cheese would probaly doubt if it is safe to eat. It was okay food, I'm not a picky eater. But I strongly advice to disclose that this cheese on the Haferkorn burger is 'special' (or maybe I'll get sick tomorrow).

Very nice place and lovely decoration. Burgers are deli and drinks are sooo good. I highly recommend this place. Service was good and they even gave us a courtesy for my birthday. I would definitely go back.

katastrophisch!!!! Was one of the worst experience of my life. We went for burgers, in Hamburg! And they gave us INDUSTRIAL BURGUER! WHAT??? if I want an industrial burguer I go to the supermarket and buy it. Don't loose your time, money and energy inn this lower quality fast food.

Second time at Peter Pane (albeit a different branch). Food was great, especially the burgers and sweet potato fries. However, the only down point was towards the end when Stavros (the staff) seemed to be upset that we did not add any tips to the payment. Further, when the credit payment failed and we decided to pay by cash, he just threw the change on the table. Very impolite manner and disappointing ending to an otherwise great dinner here.

The burgers were so tasty! Coming from an American who KNOWS burgers! I loved it! The atmosphere was great and the service was spectacular! I will definitely stop back next time I'm in Hamburg.

It was satisfying and tasted good. (Hamburger buns are diverse and very delicious. )Everything else was cold and tasteless, coffee, desert etc. We waited 15-20 minutes for the coffee, and when it arrived it was cold. If waiting is not a problem for you, it may be preferred.

Atmosphere was great but the music was too loud as we noticed we started to talk louder. Food was delicious except for the nachos. I didn’t like the coating on the nachos. Tasted like it came from the supermarket. Service by Sara was super. She was always patient coming to our table with a smile even though we were a noisy annoying bunch 😂

That was maybe one of the loveliest dining experiences of my lifetime. I had reserved a seat an hour in advance and we were shown there with little delay. My companion ordered a cocktail before we got a look at the menu and the waiter was very accomodating when we later learned there was a meal deal for a cocktail with your burger, making that cocktail retroactively part of the meal deal. Overall, the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is very chill, there is a tree overlooking the diners as tasteful music plays in the background. The food was incredibly tasty and filling at the same time. I had the Ghost, a seasonal Halloween burger which is just their Regular with cheese on top. My companion ordered the Lagerfeuer. We were both incredibly happy with our meals and will seek this place out next time we're in Hamburg!

Great food, service, and atmosphere! Vegan burgers were a delight 😊 I can recommend Der crunchige Burger and Der Held. Both were yummy!! Their lemonade are top too!! Try Peter's Passion - 10/10 ^^ Their kids' menu is also nice. You can choose either a burger or chicken nuggets + drink + fries + dessert (froze Joghurt) for around 11€. Food looked and tasted fresh. Well, a well-deserved 5 star from us!

A nice place with a good atmosphere, but primarily for the younger generations. Menu is quite confusing. It takes time to understand the concept, and once you start selecting the combinations available, then it's clear there are limitations, not well described in the menu. Servings were okay, but nothing exciting or extraordinary.

Went there with husband and two kids on a weekday night. Not busy, the place felt cosy as you walked through the door and past the hanging lights. The young lady who showed us our seats was neither rude nor friendly. Would be nice if she had greeted us with Hallo or Guten Tag upon arrival but that’s standard German customer service for you, speaking from experience. Price / Food: Burgers were tasty and we picked the Abendsmenu (Evening menu) which comes with a burger/ large salad of your choice, sides and a cocktail / mocktail. This will set you back at about 20-30€ per person depending on the mains and drinks that you pick. There are kids meal sets, too that will cost you 10€. kids get to pick a main, a side, a drink and dessert. If you have very little ones and think a set will be a tad too much, there is also an option for you to request for an extra plate to share your meal with your child. Service: the young chap who took our order was polite, not over friendly but attentive. The older lady, who brought our order to us, is lovely, interacted with the kids and was just a breath of fresh air. I wish I had asked for her name. The children were given their menu on a large piece of paper that doubles up as a coloring sheet, along with jumbo color pencils. Nice touch. All in all, it’s a nice restaurant to eat out with family in Hamburg.

This place is great. But don't let your eyes be bigger than you stomach because the burgers although delicious are very heavy.

This was my first restaurant experience after visiting Germany for my first time. Sara was our waitress and she suggested her favorite beer and burgers. She was amazing and so was the food! Definitely recommend this place!

Great place! Had to wait a bit until the host came around to assign me a table but once sat the service was quite fast. Had a very delicious burger and if you go during the week in day time they have some very good deals on. Amazing atmosphere and decor

Second time at PeterPane, and this location is truly special! The staff is very thoughtful, creating a beautiful atmosphere, and preparing food incredibly fast. Despite our tight schedule, we received our order in no time, and it looked and tasted amazing!

Had a great dinner. The burgers were very good (go black angus) as were the fries and wine. Great, upbeat ambience and our server Sara had great recommendations, spoke flawless English making our first dinner in Hamburg memorable.

One of my favourite place in Hamburg for a vegetarian burger and cheesy fries. Such beautiful interiors and cozy vibe. Drinks are good as well, their collection of sauces is also very good. It takes longer to get your order when it’s full, but the staff is polite and friendly. I like that I can walk in and don’t necessarily have to always book in advance

My goodness. Oh my goodness. There is nothing like this in London. NOTHING. Let me break it down for you. The decor for the evening service was so welcoming. The long lights on the table made it chic. Then the well-written and photographic menu. It was quality. The options and choices are for everyone. A healthy place too. My mate had a salad. He was so happy. Washed it down with a Mai tai. I had. Chicken burger in a bun that was delicious. Never expected a grilled chicken to be so moist and scrumptious. The Mojito was lovely. The music......well....let me tell you.....I wanted to dance. I had to pinch myself. No...I am a burger to Fat Joe, LL Cool J, Eminem, and Daddy Yankee in the background. That to me is a restaurant that has great taste in food, customer service and VIBES. Worth every penny.

It was too crowdy when we visited and one couldn't listen to each other very clearly. The interior looked really nice. The food was fine. The people working there were very nice and friendly and got us a seat right away. I recommend it for a quick bite.

We went there about two weeks ago on a Friday evening. The first impression was that they were understaffed, the waitress took 25 minutes to take our order and another 35 minutes to actually being served. She was the only waitress outside and she was struggling to keep up. I understand is not her fault but this affects the customer experience.The burger was okay, but nothing to write home about it. I think they seriously need to hire more staff. The prices were a bit on the expensive side, particularly the beverages. Unfortunately, I think I won't be visiting this place again nor recommend it.

Inedible. I cannot believe anyone who has ever had an actual burger would visit this place twice. The burgers were so processed, they barely resembled meat on the inside. I got a vegan patty that was the driest thing I've ever attempted to eat. We ordered nachos (just corn chips and a bowl of liquid nacho cheese) and the cheese was old enough we had to pull back the skin on top. The salad was not just browned a bit but had actual rotting greens in it. We pulled out the rotting parts, put them to the side, and the waiter completely ignored them. When we mentioned it, he apologized and gave one of us a free upgrade from a single espresso to a double. Woohoo. On top of being not very helpful, the service was crazy slow. We were there for close to an hour and spent less than 15 minutes eating (or trying the food and deciding we didn't want to eat it). If this place's food were a quarter the price it is, I still would avoid it like the plague.

I love their vegan burgers. The location is very casual, good for anything - meetup with friends, date or dinner with colleagues. They can handle bigger groups. The food is served super quickly. The sauces are amazing. The fries are great (try out the fries mixed plate - best deal!).

food is great! covid certificate wasn´t checked also we couldn´t order a menu which was supposed to be available until 5 in the afternoon exactly at 5. probably the electronic system for the waiters in order to take the order cannot provide this service.

Awesome burgers , a bit of a wait but eventually you will get a seat, and the wait will be worth . Food takes on average 20 to 30 mins so order immediately. But overall 10/10

Very neat restaurant with great ambiance and nice servers. Burger was not great but good enough. It’s a premade patty. Fries were a bit lukewarm. I like the concept. Service was a bit slow.
