Stopped by Balance Deli for breakfast and was genuinely pleased with my food choices: overnight oats, the juice of the day, and an açai bowl. All were flavorful and satisfying. However, the experience was somewhat dampened by the staff’s indifferent attitude. Despite it being self-service, a simple greeting would have gone a long way. Seating was another challenge, with non-customers occupying much of the available space. Thankfully, some kind folks offered me a spot. While the food impressed, the ambiance and service were lacking. If you prioritize taste, give it a go, but for a complete dining experience, it might fall short.

First you have to enter to a yoga shop but then downstairs you can find the rooms where they do yoga and a super cozy large space with sofas and plants where you can get the breakfast. There are a lot of options and all vegan. I ate musli and I loved it! I would put a little more milk (bc they give you just a little glass) but anyway. You should definetly try it!

The natural light enters from the big window and it brightens up the whole environment giving you a deeply relaxing and joyful feeling. What I also love of this café its the waitress: all the girls I’ve met since I started coming here have always been the nicest, kindest and loveliest to me, which I got to learn its not granted when you’re a foreigner!
