The only all-vegan eatery in town! I took away two meals to eat at home. The seasonal (Dec 2022) Yule Dirty Beast is scrumptious - a cheeseburger plus Christmasy ingredients like stuffing, turkey, cranberry sauce, two little pigs-in-blankets and even slices of roasted brussels sprouts. Wow! The kofta kebab is also very good and filling, with lots of salad ingredients and lots of β€œmeat” between pieces of flat bread. Friendly service.

Just had a vegan cheese quarter pounder and my husband the bbq stacker with seasoned/rosemary fries. Omg were these amazing. Whatever your preference for food definitely check Resist! out as they taste like real meat. We will be back very soon to work through the menu. Staff are so friendly and let us know you can bring your dog which is awesome.

It's delightful to have a vegan meal that I couldn't do better at home. A vegan is spoiled for choice here. We had milkshakes and kebabs, outstanding and delicious. Just a heads up, they didn't look open (darkened front dining area), we tried the door anyway and found that they were open, everyone was in the back.

This place is like a urban legend. Keep hearing about it but can't find it. Some say it's near Queensgate some say it's near Market, Google points to Bretton, website doesn't work, phone number goes to voicemail. Strange....

Finally managed to get in to eat here after a few failed visits!! Very popular place but mainly in the evening it seems. Who knew that vegan food would be this popular in KL!! πŸ˜„ Went at lunchtime and it was very quiet on a Saturday. We were lucky to make it for Mexican week, one of our favourite cuisines! It didn’t disappoint and we had a mix of bbq tacos, meatball taco, KL taco, seasoned fries! The pico de gallo was very fresh and tasty, the tacos were soft and well prepared. The fillings were all excellent, with lovely tasting sauces and flavours. Our server was really attentive and apologetic about our previously three failed visits, mainly due to closures around renovations or being too busy. They very kindly gave us a complimentary bowl of nachos! Which were delicious! Whether you’re vegan or not you should try Resist! The good is great and won’t disappoint! Will definitely be going back!!

Massively enormous portions which are really tasty, hand delivered by friendly and attentive staff. I had a fantastic Chickun Schwarma. My mum took hers home in a bag there was so much. Superb, 10 out of 10

We walked past this place and thought why not try something different. We should have kept on walking. The menu which isn't on display consists of burgers or wraps. Served with seasoned fries. The burgers are priced at approximately Β£15 each. There was no alternative advertised to the fries. The vegan beef burger was quite moist with an interesting flavour and is far better than the vegan chicken. A tiny pot of ketchup or mayonnaise is an extra at Β£1 a time. Something which really should be included with burger and fries. With Tea and Coffee the bill came to just short of Β£35.00. To be honest 20 minutes in Sainsbury's buying the ingredients and 20 minutes in your own kitchen would save you money and probably taste better. Hopefully the restaurant will try to be a little more imaginative and increase the range on offer.

Good food and service. I ordered chickun shawarma, fries & drink which were good however the vegan fried chicken is the best. The breakfast served at weekends was amazing too. Would definitely recommend visiting this restaurant.

The food was perfect and so were the staff. Jack served us all the way through, from taking our booking over the phone to hand making the shakes for us. They couldn’t do enough, they executed and accommodated all out request no questions asked. They were very caring too throughput the whole experience, and I feel each of the three of us was spoken to and listened to not as a group but as individuals making sure every one of our needs were taken care of should we have needed it. Yet again I have to specifically sing the praises of Jack who was the β€˜jack of all trades’ (pardon the pun) of Resist. He did everything from being on the phones, to getting us seated and served, taking our orders, plus he knows every item on the menu which was very impressive! He was so charismatic and charming too, so great and refreshing to see someone young, sharp, and passionate about what they do, taking great pride in their work. He definitely has a very bright future ahead of him. But yes, as I mentioned the food was also amazing, plenty of options and each was as incredible as any other. They’ve really got a good thing going here, vegan or not you have to try Resist.

First visit, as visiting the area and met with a friendly welcome and service. The food was amazing, the wife and I had the Burger meal and it was amazing. Shame no alcohol, but told you can bring your own. Didn't miss it anyway. The meal was lovely and reasonable priced. It's a hidden gem in Kings Lynn, as you could walk past it and not know it was their. Highly recommended. Hope to visit again.

Vegan cuisine at its finest! Upon entering this restaurant, you are met with friendly faces and a modern yet homely interior. We were celebrating my daughters 5th birthday this restaurant did not disappoint. Atmosphere: relaxing and efficient for a great dinning experience. Music: sets the mood perfectly. (upbeat vibes) Staff: instantly felt welcomed and any requests catered to. Menu and food: all food was delicious and mouth-watering. Experience: From the beginning to the end, it was a pleasure to have had this dinning experience, not only for the exceptional food but also for the friendly staff. Whilst waiting for our orders, the staff offered my daughter a coloring book and pencils which she was delighted to receive. When her meal came out they had placed a candle on her burger ( the candle happened to be her favorite color) which she excitedly blew out. Our group ordered burgers, mezzes, shawarma chicken hummus, chips (which were a big winner) and some vegan chicken tenders (which were off menu but they honored the request). All of the food was some of the best vegan food i have ever tasted and which everything feeling like a lot of passion and heart had gone into it. Prices are extremely reasonable and the quantities are perfect, we were stuffed and got a take out box. In conclusion, we will be visiting this lovely restaurant many more times and hope to go through the entire menu, each delicious bite at a time. Thank you Resist

Absolutely amazing, couldn't rate any higher. The service was super friendly, which is always nice when you enter somewhere new. The menu was diverse enough to cater to a range of tastes, and exciting enough to make you want to order it. So often with vegan food you get relegated to the obscure roasted vegetable curry or lentil this, nut roast that which is fine, but you feel you miss out on what the chef can really offer which they put into all their other foods. You could tell that the place is established on a passion to offer something different and that's what's important. The portions were very generous, and we ordered two burgers with a side of fries and buffalo wings which was more than enough between the two. It was absolutely delicious, and I couldn't recommend it enough. They also offer takeaway if you're in the area which is great. All in all I'd easily say it's a highlight for vegans in Norfolk and everyone should give it a go! Wish I had pictures of my food, but it was all too tasty that I'd scoffed the lot before I thought to. On top of everything the price for two drinks, mains and sides all came to just over £25 which is fantastic value for something so premium. Stop reading this and just go 😁

Incredibly disappointing. Drove 30 mins specifically to visit this place. Arrive at 2.05pm for them to say the chef is too busy any further orders today including take-away and they are closing at 3pm (rather than 6 as advertised). I appreciate they have just opened but this is poor preparation on their part

And the staff are the kindest purest sweetest souls with the biggest hearts! Cannot WAIT to come back again and again!!!! Makes me so proud being vegan coming to a place like this - so worth the 1 hour travel!

The food here is amazing, the menu we choose from was adjusted for the current heatwave (39*c) and was so well thought out. We brought a selection of items from the menu so the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 children) could try different bits from each plate. The kids loved everything. No complaints or sour faces and we all cleared our plates. Says it all! The staff are lovely, warm and very welcoming. You get a really nice vibe from their enthusiasm and personality. The chef spoke to us and gave us recommendations too. Honestly such a lovely eating experience. We plan to return when next in King’s Lynn :)

The staff and owner of Resist are very passionate about the ethics of their food - and as an added bonus it's very tasty! The food isn't trying to be high end (nor is is low end!) - it's tasty and very filling street food; kebabs, vegan "chickun" and chips, loaded chips, spicy side dishes. I really enjoyed the vegan kebab, it's a monster! Lovely location in the Key Theatre, some tables overlook the river.

Have been wanting to try this place for some time. After seeing it available on JustEat, I thought why not give it a go. I was not disappointed. The RVK House Burger is great and definitely worth the money, even went with an additional onion ring for good measures. Fries, just loads! Amazing food and well worth it.

Went last Saturday for early father's day treat. The service was very friendly and all our meals were great and very filling. My daughters especially loved their fries and my kebab was extremely tasty. The vegan milkshakes deserve a mention and should not be missed. I can thoroughly recommend Resist ! And will be back to try the burgers.

We went there today for my Mother's Birthday. My partner and I are both Vegan but my Mother is not, however we all thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and informative about the food and specials. It is a novelty for us to go to an all Vegan Restaurant and we can't wait to return once they reopen! The food was amazing, and we especially loved the KFC style Chickun! My Mum had the Portabello Burger which she loved. Hands down the best service I've received at a restaurant, you can tell the staff/owners absolutely love their job and you can't blame them! Hope to see again very soon, can't wait to try the Wangs (Wings)! Thank you so much for making my Mother's Bday a very special one.

I've just had the best Vegan meal ever. The location of the restaurant is under the Key Theatre, with views of the river, and next to an ample sized car park. We were warmly welcomed by the staff, and shown to our table. The menu was explained to us, and we were asked is any of our party had special dietary needs. All the food is carefully and ethically sourced. I tried an Ubuntu Fairtrade Cola, which in my opinion tasted better than 'the real thing' . We ordered the Doner Kebab, 2 Portabello Mushroom burgers, and Chickun Bowl and Chickun Wangs sides followed by a Salted Caramel Cake. The taste and flavours of the food was excellent. The meal was well presented, and great value for money. I will definitely go back again.

I thought I found my vegan place in Kings Lynn but I was wrong. Long story short. I ordered Quinoa Tabouleh without onion and I specified that I was pregnant and some food just makes me sick, they told me the tabouleh was already done but I could just take the onion out. I said ok. It turns out the onion was so fine chopped that I could not spend 30 min to take the small pieces out. I had waited already some time for my order. So I could not eat the tabouleh ( it was also way too dry). I ordered normal hummus but they told they have got just the Smokey hummus, I asked if that one was spicy the person who attended me told me it was not. Bad news! It was so spicy I had to stop eating .It came with some falafel that was not well-cooked. The only thing I was able to eat was the Flat Bread. And now I have got a terrible stomach- ache. I told them all of that but they still made me pay for everything. So for them the money was far more important than the customer’s experience. This has been by far the most disappointing experience I have ever had.
