Just stayed for a month in Valencia and ate here 3 times. The food is imaginatively created and presented beautifully. Interesting flavour and texture combinations and certainly the best restaurant of our stay. We were inspired to recreate their pumpkin and chocolate pudding. It was simple but perfect. It’s brilliant value for money, especially the daily menu for €13.50 Mon-Fri

The experience was pleasant. A creative menu offering delicious alternatives for vegetarians and vegans. Attentive service and friendly prices. I will come back and I would recommend it.

A very nice restaurant. It is very clean and the staff is friendly and attentive. The food is good but I don’t recommend the tasting menu. Everything is a bit heavy- no greens, and the deserts are probably not the best ones on the menu. I will definitely eat here again.

Amazing restaurant. I had the menu de degustation and it was really good. The waiters are super friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back! If you are looking for tasty vegan/vegetarian food in Valencia I definitely recommend you go to Copenhagen!

a highly recommended vegetarian place (even for non-vegetarians)! you definitely get to try some new tastes and unusual combinations! the food was delicious!! (cauliflower “popcorn” is my fav) the waitress was very friendly and spoke perfect english. the only negative is that it was a bit chilly outside and our table was far from heaters (so book your table far in advance)

We spent 6 days in Valencia over the Marathon week and ate every day at Copenhagen and loved it. From the special 3 course lunch menu for €13.50 to the dinner and tapas treats it was a delight to work our way through the menu and enjoy the delicious food. Stand outs for me were the Green Curry, the hamburger and the “chicken” sandwich. There’s something for everyone and the food is innovative, full of flavour and very cleverly done so much so that you could easily take an ardent non vegetarian person there and they’d have an enjoyable meal. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and eager to offer suggestions. Their English was way better than our dodgy Spanish! The service was always super fast and we were always impressed how quick the meals would come out once you ordered. Plenty of good house wine and beer to choose from. Book a table online, particularly for dinner as it is often very full. Prices were very reasonable. A must visit for a vegetarian in Valencia.

Gave them a message on Instagram and managed to get a reservation for Friday evening on the same day. It was an excellent meal overall, with an interesting and quite varied menu. Service was great. Wine list had lots of bottles for around €15. Would definitely recommend it!

One of the best vegetarian restaurants in Valencia. Amazing hospitality by the staff even during the rush hours. Very friendly people and the food just tastes amazing! A must go if you're in the city.

Love this lance - great profesional management, lovely charming waiter and good food at reasonable price! No pretentiousness which is important! Will be back. Cauliflower wings and guacamole were good!

I had the green curry and it was sensational. Best food I had during a short stay in Valencia. Stand out restaurant in Rusaffa. By a mile.

Personally I wouldn't say Spain is particularly well known for vegetarian dishes, so I will admit I was a bit apprehensive going here. But as it often is, I was wrong. The food was really tasty, and the choices offered on the daily lunch menu were just varied enough. The food itself was tasty, had a good structural feel to it and honestly left me asking for nothing more. Also literally, because the portions were rather huge. Nice little place and friendly staff too, would recommend to everyone, vegetarian or not.

I would put ten starts if I could! The service is amazing here, every single person goes that extra mile to make sure you are well catered for. We went again last night and asked to change table to inside as we were too hot, which they happily organised for us. Then again when another table inside became available that was in an even cooler spot, they asked if we’d like to move again to the colder spot. The food options are very varied and having tasted most of the dishes now, it’s hard to even pick a favourite! They’re all so tasty. It’s a great restaurant for vegans and non vegans.

We hadn’t booked (we’d just arrived on holiday) and it was busy on a Tuesday lunchtime but they fitted us in on the bench along the wall. The food was excellent, great choice of drinks, service was very friendly and efficient, and there was a nice buzzy atmosphere. We will be back!

We had a delicious lunch here yesterday. The staff are very friendly and attentive. We really appreciated that they made a delicious pasta dish for our son. I particularly enjoyed the guacamole and sweet potato crisps dish and the gorgonzola croquettes. We also drank some great local wine. It has been our best meal in Valencia. We would love to return one day.

First day Valencia came here (alone) had menu degustacion. Very good. Guacamole was incredible. "Chicken" tasted so realistic. Overall, it's one of those restaurants where the taste pops....the food is made with intention and clarity. Definitely recommend.

This is an absolutely fantastic dining experience. It caters for both vegetarians and vegans, and many of their dishes can be made gluten free. We have been for both lunch and dinner, and. It’s times the food was flawless, inventive, and top quality. The size of the mains is a tad smaller than expected, but with a starter and a dessert, it is a well balanced meal with plenty to choose from. The price is also reasonable. We had a 3 course meal with a drink each for less than €45. They also do a set menu which is €30 pp with 2 drinks included. Highly recommend and we will be back again!

We had a nice dinner here. A lot of good vegetarian options; we choose the tasting menu. I really liked the entrance, buy the main course was a little disapointing. It could have used some more flavour, now it tasted alle the same. The main course that my partner choose tasted a lot better. The desert was great.

Awesome Vegetarian alternative ! In a fantastic cosmopolitan hoping neighborhood . Ruzafa is packed with places to go where to eat and have a drink . Copenhagen has great food, service, and location ... and its 100 percent Veggidelish .

The ice cream was nice but the girl that received us (with dyed red hair) was very unfriendly. She first ignored us for a good 5 minutes, and when she finally acknowledged our presence she told us that there wasn't any table available even though we could clearly there was (even with the current restrictions), then gave us the wrong menu so when we asked for something she told us we couldn't take it to go etc... Everyone can have a bad day but it doesn't justify everything, so I won't go back there even if the menu looks really tasty🤷🏻‍♀️

It's very nice to see some vegan alternatives in Spain! It's not common. Food was delicious, although the food choice proposed on the menu was rather surprising. Atmosphere in the restaurant was very chill, staff was organised and very polite. Anyway, parking nearby is difficult since there is not much parking places.

Food was innovative. We arrived little late at night when they were just about to close the kitchen, but they still entertained us. Very soothing ambience. It was a nice experience

Incredibly surprised by this restaurant on different levels. I am a carnivore and give it a chance and wow, what a pleasant surprise it was. Absolutely blown away by the quality and complexity of flavours they managed to get in the food. The croquettas, "shrimps', and lasagna are really really recommend. Keep on the good work. I will recommend to friends and come back.

Great value for money and amazing food. You definitely need to book a table in advance for dinner at this place. The portions are generous and the food is awesome

So far so good, everyday I discover more of Valencia. Copenhagen, you should be very proud, the service, the food, the food, the vine, the presentation, I give 5 stars honesty. I wish all places are like yours 😉

The ideal location for vegetarians who want to eat other tapas beside patatas bravas (which are also very nice here, we have tasted them). Tasty vegetarian croquettes, gambas, mini hamburgers and an array of vegetarian/ vegan desserts. We only took tapas but the main courses the people around us had, looked aslo delicious. Staff is very friendly and helpful to make a choice for wine or beer.

A kinda-fancy place that feels cozy and clean, is not too expensive, has great service and serves absolutely delicious food. Perfect for vegetarians, vegans and people with other dietary preferences or restrictions (e.g. gluten intolerance). Highly recommend!

I'm visiting Valencia for a little over two weeks and within the first week I've eaten at Restaurant Copenhagen twice. The first time was wonderful and so three days later I was back. Everything on my first visit was exceptional. I had the menu of the day which gets you three tapas type starters. Each was tasty and enjoyable but the mushroom croquet was especially good. I chose a seafood inspired noodle dish as my main dish and it was perfectly cooked and nicely presented. Service was fast and efficient and so I made a reservation as I left for a few days later. My second visit left a lot to be desired. Again, I got the menu of the day but only one of the three options was enjoyable and that was the fresh fruit that was added to a small amount of greens that had been drowned in oil. There was so much oil the greens were not enjoyable. A cold soup was edible but I didn't like the flavors and a small piece of toast with an recognizable spread on it, also was edible but not an enjoyable flavor. I chose falafel as my main course and I have never had a more bland and tasteless dish. The texture and presentation were done well but the flavor was completely missing. Did the chef forget to add the seasonings?! There are so many other options for restaurants in Valencia I think I'll keep exploring and maybe one day get back to Restaurante Copenhagen but I don't know when.

Really cool vegetarian/vegan restaurant in a happening area of Valencia. Food was delicious (I had the risotto and my wife had the tacos - I got food envy they looked so good). Good selection of wines. We had a tasty red that was vegan. And the dessert were lush too. Not a bad word to say really. Took our non vegetarian friends there and they really enjoyed it so highly recommend to everyone to try this place. Would recommend booking, as we went on a Tuesday night and it was packed (just shows how good it is).

🫤 The place is very nicely decorated, as if you were surrounded by tents and in a jungle. Very well done. The food was delicious too. What is a major disadvantage of this restaurant is that you have a time block of 1.5 hours. We were with another couple of friends and had to order everything immediate...
