In the end we had to wait at the airport in Bangkok for over 12 hours and through “luck” we got 2 flights back (2400 euros on top). We never saw the money again, which was almost as much as the trip itself. STA goes bankrupt and is bought out, so the claims are no longer valid, such dirty tricks are simply disgusting. Bis spät in die Nacht haben wir Ersatzflüge auf eigene Faust gebucht- von Erholung vot der Urlaub, der Hochzeit war keine Rede mehr... Auch am Montag meldete sich auf dem Reisebüro niemand. Mal nachfragen nach dem Stand der Dinge: Fehlanzeige! Nachdem wir uns nach der Reise beschwert haben, bekamen wir die Rückmeldung dass die Fluggesellschaft KLM die Flüge am Freitag UM DIE MITTAGSZEIT gecancelt hat... mittags - es wäre also ein Anruf nötig gewesen, wir wären dahin gefahren und hätten alles über das Reisebüro umbuchen lassen können. Das letzte Verständnis, welches wir aufbringen konnten, dass STA die Hände gebunden waren wg. Der kurzfristigkeit war damit auch dahin. Als nett gemeintes Angebot für den fehlenden Service bot man uns einen 100€ Gutschein für sta an. Für einen Wert von mehreren tausend Euro für Flüge? Wir sind sehr enttäuscht und werden auf dieses Reisebüro nicht mejr zurückgreifen - und das wo wir jahrelange Kunden waren die immer große Reisen gebucht haben...
