Rooms are lavish but had a insect even on the curtain as well as in the washroom. As I headed out for my meetings Had requested a fumigation or room change (none was done).. when I returned I sat irate gettin it done in night . The most horrible exp the staff came with a torch to find the insect , only on complaining they did vacuuming. Ordered a glass of milk with turmeric by the side... complimented with a fly in it. The next day my room was changed.. n again on return from my meetings late evening I could find flies in the washroom n on the study table. Understanding the Covid situation had shaped things bad, but this is absolutely not acceptable n with a brand like ITC -terrible experience!

The restaurant was very good, the service is nice.. the behaviour of the staff is really nice..thanks for the service…specially Ankush , subhojit & Arijit .

Our stay from 12.11.21 to 14.11.22 ITC Sonar, room no 2411 was quite pleasant & memorable. From room cleanliness, hygiene, covid protocol, 24 hrs front desk service to breakfast, lunch, dinner everything was superb. Property is so vast & widely spread with green surroundings that one has to ask for the way to reach anywhere. Only one suggestion favoring VEGETARIANS in dining area to make separate counters & don't mix vegetables & non-vegetarianat counters. Otherwise everything was superfine.

It was a pleasant stay, the hotel staffs are very cooperative. It’s a very beautiful hotel, the interior is top notch and housekeeping service was too good they are very professional.....

Quite a nice stay. Well lit rooms and nicely maintained. Service is very good and you always feel welcomed throughout the stay. Worth the price point given the fact that its ought to be one of the exclusives in kolkata. Though in-hotel restaurant food items are a bit highly priced comparatively. Some improvements:- Room can be pre-equipped with some utensils/cutlery. Should provide a microwave. Faced some issues with room access keys which kept deactivating(can be looked into).

I would really like to put a 10 star but though I don't have the option of it so i am marking 5 , Apart from The services, decor,Ambience and food, I really found the gem of a person AZHAR a best bartender in Town with a sound knowledge about the whole beverage which is being served, starting from the standard and protocols of Covid, he goes a miles to make you feel comfortable and he make sure that you enjoy every bit of moment with a drinks and food he offers, Thank you Mr Azhar for the wonderful service, will visit again to enjoy your service, keep up the good work!!!!

It was a pleasure staying at this Brand new property, ITC Royal Bengal. Royal Bengal is a nice hotel with excellent Room service. They offer complementary chocolates and coffee in the room. Breakfast is good and you can choose: Indian, continental, etc. Also the room service is very good and the staff are vry nice n well groomed. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed a lot. I will definitely stay there again.

Words cannot describe this property or the level of hospitality at this hotel. Stunning, spectacular, eye popping are probably adequate adjectives. The Hotel has been beautifully restored and is a absolute joy to behold with its stunning architecture and interiors. Paired with the level of hospitality that only the Itc can deliver it makes for an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended at all levels.
