Came to visit this salon following the recommendation of a friend, and it definitely exceeded my expectations! I was able to make the booking through Instagram, they were very friendly and responsive. Upon our arrival we were greeted by the receptionist who was friendly and made sure we were catered to through the services. We first started with a manicure and pedicure which I did with my mom. I opted for a complex nail art design while she chose a simpler one, both turned out amazing! The technician were very professional and speedy, without compromising on the quality of the final design. I also did a laser hair removal session, and the lady was the nicest, most considerate and patient through the whole session. She paid attention to details and the smallest areas and really took the time to always ask me whether I’m comfortable. Finally, I requested a hair cut and a blow dry, which I didn’t book for originally, yet they were able to fit me in, and the result was just perfect! If I were to live in Batumi, this would definitely be my go to salon without a single doubt, but unfortunately I’m only visiting! So I would really recommend this place for anyone one who’s also looking to pamper themselves during their holiday, this is definitely the place, can’t recommend it enough!

Extremely disappointed with my experience and a huge ripoff from this salon. Booked both a manicure and pedicure. More than three hours (!!!) later, I had a manicure with a basic paint job (single colour only, no design) with two tips used (the rest were all my own nails), no pedicure, and the quality is subpar (in fact, the worst nail job I've ever received anywhere in the world, it looks low quality). At various times during this ridiculous 3-hour process (WHY DID IT TAKE SO LONG?!) the technician cut or burnt my skin, so not only was it a huge waste of time - I even missed a meeting because of it - but also painful. The price was four times as high as the standard nail job in Georgia, which I'd have no issue paying if the time spent didn't eat into a quarter of my day or if the quality was as high as I expected it to be, with zero explanation.

Made pedicure appointments over WhatsApp for my friend and i and it was straightforward and easy. We arrived (lovely salon, comfy seating) and i sat down in a normal pedicure chair with the foot soaking tub there and all. She started the pedicure but didn’t do any soaking or anything with water and then had me move to a chair without the tub and someone else sat down where i was. I speak some Georgian and was confused why we moved and why we weren’t doing the regular pedicure, they said it was a smart pedicure which i did not schedule. It turned out decently but not nearly as relaxing and it was a totally dry pedicure which was so strange. My friend got a totally different kind of pedicure for some reason. They did not ask us anything they just assumed different types of pedicures on their own and wouldn’t answer anytime we asked what was going on or why the services were different. Entirely strange experience. Would not return.
