Faulty treadmill motor heating issues stopping treadmill in between at high speeds. Don't buy any product very bad service. The women who usually picks the call is very rude and doesn't have any knowledge of customer dealing whatsoever.

Very poor customer support .Staff of the Max takes customer for granted. After sale Service is very poor. Very irresponsible staff. Especially the women over there takes customer complaints very leisurely. this company also not full fill their grantee or warranty promises.

This appears to be a nice store, from the wide space of the store and ample equipment & machines readily available on spot. The location is also quite comfortable to reach. However, their customer dealing is really bad. The prices are high, and talking from a friend's purchase experience, their after sales is also horrible. I had visited the store to purchase some equipment, but wasn't comfortable with their prices. I was getting better deal at another nearby store, and even through company's online website. So when I told them that I won't be able to buy from them, they told me that the after sales service will be done by them only, and they won't be sending anyone to my location from their side, if I purchase it from somewhere else.

The worst place to buy fitness equipment, guys stay away from such fraudsters. They don't even pick your call and listen to your situation if something's wrong with their product. Waste of money.

Horrible customer service and after sales service. Maybe if you live in Chandigarh itself they may visit for servicing otherwise you will receive assurances which they and you are equally aware that aren't going to be fulfilled. Horrible experience.

Very bad experience with these guys. Think twice if you are buying any stuff from this shop as their after sales support is pathetic. They don’t have capable staff to fix the issues in these equipments and they do hit and trial method which will never resolve ur issue permanently. Secondly staff is very rude and non-cooperative.
