Worst experience , totally disgusting. They use to play with the lives of the patients. Don't expect about reports within the tat. And i m not sure about the accuracy. I don't think that they will provide the accurate results. The staff on the reception is also not experienced. They don't provide any correct reply. Not a single person is there to help u out.

Worst experience ever have. Response rate is too slow. U have to loose your patience otherwise u will not get treated even Doctor need 40-60 minutes rest after 1 test. Patient should not suffer as they already frustrated. Hope Management will look into the matter and will take needful action. 🙏

Very bad experience. Rates are high. On my first visit, after seeing my doctor's prescription they told me that cost of MRI advised is Rs.8800 and asked me to come empty stomach next day .on next day, they informed me that the cost is Rs.9500 as it is another type of MRI but due to unavailability of doctor my scan was not done.when I went for the third day , the staff at the reception told me that this MRI two scans which cost around Rs.14000. Seriously..the staff cannot tell the exact type of MRI advised to a patient and don't accept their mistake.

Very great experience while MRI Brain of my wife done here.All staff behaviour is extremely good towards patient's as well as their attendant.

Worst experience, don't know how they are surviving in this competition. They take 1.5 hrs to generate report after ultra sound is done. Will never suggest to anyone

I gave zero star .please take atleast one good staff member. Not everyone free for you. I test my wife on 23 feb and told me gave you report within 1 hr but they don’t gave my reports on 24 feb they told we do earlier but why you told me lie ?

Staff is very well treat with advanced technology. Live tracking feature is really amazing where you can see your test reports. The price point is definitely a differentiator. Staff is so polite and proffession. Honestly my experience with Spectrum Diagnostic is amazing and live their way of support its great and appreciated.

Worst experience never recommend anybody to go there..we didn’t get the reports on same day it takes too much time for ur turn...our patient is in pain and already suffering from many things and they just treated like toy...first they said come it's your turn then they said you have to wait 2 hours..patient who can't even walk they treated like this.....I don't know what they think

Its only MRI centre in Roopnagar. Charges about ₹5300 for upper abdoman...I think rates are quite high as comparable to Metros. Staff seems nice abd helpfull.Now waiting for the report.

Very poor service , staff here is so unprofessional , dont even reply clearly they took almost 4 hrs to give one ultra sound report ..and behaves like they are doing work for free.. don't go there.
