Worst experience... employees are blind or illiterate i think... fraud people... Visited thrice for exchange of my earphones... they saw the bill in all my 3 visits but the day i had to recieve my earphone they said ur bill is inapproriate.. which was actually not... must not visit THIS service centre... customer dealing is also ridiculous... totally disappointed...

I went to this service center to change my mobile display since it was not working. The person who is sitting there told me that we couldn't replace the display under warranty since it was damaged by me and it will cost around 4750rs . To be honest I couldn't even find even a single scratch or crack in my display. It was crystal clear. I started arguing with him and he told me that the liquid has come of the display. My question is how can there be a liquid in a LED display. Finally I went to a service center amritsar and I got replaced under warranty. They try to cheat you when you go for warranty and their behavior is not good.Please try avoiding this service center.

I went here in their office for my mobile to fix LCD. And they orderd mobile part . They said it will be be come on 1 week i call almost 7 time they always said its not coming yet finally they said somethinh wrong part is not cominh so you can come get your money back 18 days passed i collecy my money .. so plz y i dont like their service at all dont ever come there if u dont trust me you can try there you ll be definitly
