This is a govt hospital so youd better be very patient about long lines and waiting so be prepared. They only accept patients until 9:00 am in the morning, so come early. Don't expect five star facilities and treatment as this is a public hospital. Facilities are adequate.

It's an old hospital. was able to see the ER, and areas around Cashier and Pharmacy (to buy medicine for the anti-rabies). Facilities around these areas are clean but you'll see marks of broken things in the hallways. you'll see marks of a really old building. cannot wait inside the ER for the 1hr observation period. waiting area is outside. cheap medicine compared to private. You'll pay at the cashier first then get the meds at the pharmacy then go back to the ER. we went here at around 10pm then finish at 1am. we're the only patient at The ER.
