Soup and salad was fantastic. Watermelon was unique but fruit was a bit mushy. Raclette was fantastic but the duck which i was.most looking forward to was just okay. It seemed a little bit dry and seemed like processed meat. Ambiance wise, it was nice but the flies were everywhere. I understand that this is in the middle of a "forest" and it was the start of the rainy season but something must be done though as it can be a nuisance when dining. Staff was friendly and attentive though. This restaurant has a lot of promise and we'll be back for sure.

Had to pay a visit when I saw spot ph’s feature about the Prism restaurant. Amazing fine dining experience without breaking the bank plus the overlooking view of Taal was divine! Had their truffle pasta and lemongrass chicken, paired with wine. It was superb! Savory but not overpowering. They have huge servings too. The menu was sophisticated but not intimidating. You can really see that it was well-thought. Will definitely go back! Ps: have their mashed potato as sides, you won’t regret it

My husband and I went here today for a lunch date. It is the week of our wedding anniversary and we decided to try out this place. Getting to the place felt like driving through zombie-apocalypse because the resort the restaurant is situated in feels abandoned or hasn't been in operation for a while... but the moment we turned the curb to get to the front of the restaurant, we were greeted by the restaurant's excited security guard. He had a big smile on his face and a big welcoming wave that made us feel very special. We opted for the 4-Course Meal upgrade, and we absolutely LOVED the food and the service! At first, we opted to eat at their outdoor seating to take advantage of the fresh air and the nice views. We ate our starters here... but when the main dishes arrived, the flies started flocking, and it bugged us. The food is so good and we wanted to enjoy it! So we requested to be transferred to the indoor seating. The staff was extremely accommodating and we really appreciate it! While we transferred to the indoor dining area, our waiter had a little accident and dropped my dish. We felt so sad and concerned for him, but accidents like this happen... The staff acted quickly and told us they would just replace our meal, and they quickly cleaned the place so it wouldn't be a bother to the other patrons. I was so impressed because it felt like they cleaned it up so fast that I barely noticed it. Other than that, we got all our orders, and despite the lunch time rush, the servers all had smiling faces! The food was excellent, the service was excellent, the food options were great (btw, i love that they have a lot of healthy options!), and the portions and plating of the food were good! We are definitely coming back here again. ♥️

The food is superb. Ambiance is relaxing and breeze feels refreshing. Great for birthdays, intimate weddings or any family gathering. Will definitely come back. Highly Recommended!

Prism Restaurant Cafe is a hidden gem in Lipa City. You will trail through a mini rainforest to get to it and it is worth it because not only the place itself has a cabin vibe with a five-star hotel-feels ambiance, it is also a perfect spot to view the Taal volcano. On their menu, per dish is written with what it comprises. I was craving for steak but sadly it was all sold out at the time which I understand as it is their bestseller! This is one of many reasons why I would def come back! Haha We ordered PRISM Cured Chili-fennel Salmon for the appetizer; Grilled Lemongrass Chicken, Double Cooked Pork Belly and King Prawns, Olive and Pepper Crusted Tuna for the mains; and Strawberry Mojito and Cafe Americano for the beverages. The food came and they all looked like painted art - all beautifully crafted! Each plate was a masterpiece aesthetically but the taste won't be second-rated! Their cocktail was heavenly and I wished we stayed longer just so I could order more! Haha Lastly, one of the owners came to our table and personally asked us how the food was. We did not even have to give a 'fake' feedback or care if the pepper (from the crusted tuna) was in between our teeth because, boy, we were so satisfied! I recommend Prism for parties and special occasions such as proposals. Prism restaurant alone is a venue you will never forget!

Great date venue and for family gatherings. Coffee: 5/5 - Robust coffee & matcha taste. Great presentation. Love the idea of drinking fresh coffee in a can Cake: 3/5 - Serving size is big. Taste is okay. A bit dry than expected. Cake batter is heavier than expected as well Location: 4/5 - A bit difficult if traveling at night especially if one is not used to driving in Lipa City and on roads with minimal lighting. You will need to travel some narrow roads Overall: 4/5 - Going there is worth it especially if you want to have a unique dining experience

The place is very quiet. The food is good but pricey. Not really that good view of taal at the ground floor. So many flies on the dining area. Their mini fan is not enough. During my time, the dessert was not served until I checked the bill and asked the waiter of it's already been served. So if ever, I did not check the receipt I could have paid a food that wasn't even eaten. Please check the bill before paying it.

We Celebrate our Wedding Reception here last July 12, the best food, 5-star Food, very solemn place, all our guest love the food & the place, never even stressed about anything, as they all did everything for my wedding. Forever grateful that I found this hidden gem, made new friends. Perfect for dates, family dinners, or just a lunch with your friends. A must try! 🤍

Really disappointing experience; honestly if they can't keep the flies out they have no business charging what they charge-- it ruins everything else about the restaurant. Apart from the views and cute drinks the restaurant was very dated and the food was a mix of good and average- the structure seemed to belong to a themed resort. While it may have been salvageable from design and vibes the amount of flies on our table by the end aint it 😵‍💫

The location of the restaurant, the views, the garden, and the ambience were great! The food is lackluster and felt way too overpriced for the quality you're getting. Service wasn't great - there were no staff in our area so we had to go downstairs for them to take orders/ask for bill/follow-up on orders. One of our dishes took too long that everybody had already finished their food before the last one was served.

The place is the best recommendation for a quick escape from busy city life and just commune with nature peacefully and quietly. Went to Prism Restaurant Cafe for a Corporate Dinner Event. Sit-down dinner and cocktails are well-managed.

Customer service were superb. Food, a little pricey, but was delicious. Scenery and ambiance was great.

Okay, before I get haters or negative comments, let me tell you why I rated the food at 4 stars. Perhaps it was just that day or a slight fluke, but our food was on the salty side. We had the Thai green papaya and pomelo salad that had a but too much hebe or dried small shrimps that madebit quite salty. We ended up picking them off to eat the salad. Thevtomato soup was VERY good and fresh. It had the great balance of flavor. Its something to really get into. For aour main, we had the double cooked pork with prawn. The pork was good, but some parts of it was just salty. We doused it in the sauce to eat it. We mentioned this to our server and she was genuinely apologetic. I really am hoping it was a one time deal. In any case, the whole place was just great. The staff was courteous, the ambiance was great, the road leading there was... slippery since we were on a big bike and it had just rained. All in all, even with a 4 star rating on the food that we ordered, I still think its a 5 star place. I do recommend this to readers and see for yourselves.

Spent my birthday here!!! Food was really good 10/10. The views and ambience of the place was very warm and cozy. You can take nice photos because the place is well decorated + amazing views. They also gave me a free cake for my birthday! 💕

The steak was dry, smoked duck tastes like Christmas ham, adobo sa dilaw has a distinct taste only people with adventurous tastebuds would enjoy, gambas was ok but nothing special. Service was mid (expected more tbh). Hands down for the plating tho. No aircon; it was super hot and suffocating inside. Flies everywhere. To be brutally honest, not worth it. This resto is young so I’m hoping for improvements.

Michelin star worthy. Food, scrumptious; experience, top-notch; service, excellent. The pastas are my favorite. Can’t wait to go back.

The place was really nice, although it was a little hot in the al fresco area (we were there at noon, that"s why 🥲). Fave: Wagyu Beef Risotto thingy :) + strawberry ade!

The place was nice, but it's not maintained like it should be, being a fancy and expensive restaurant. There are a lot of stains on the ceilings and walls. Also, the service was not totally okay since one of the crews seems too tired of her job and just doing it for the sake of having a job but not with a pleasing personality. The steak was ok but not quite good for its price. Try CASA MARIKIT if you want expensive but nice rib eye steak. The burger as you can see on the picture was a little burnt. The rice was too salty. The lava cake was not done correctly, my wife knows how to do it.. Overall, the food was not bad, but if you think of the price, it wouldn't match your expectations. I don't recommend this place but just like us, you can try it and it's not a crime ✌️ (just a review from our experience)

Food is good and dining experience was great. Coffee was great too! Overall, twas worth the price. Going here was a little bit bumpy since there are some unpave and potholes along the road.
